Far-Left Judge Engoron Denies Trump’s

Far-left Judge Arthur Engoron denied Trump’s bid for a mistrial in the NYC fraud case. President Trump’s lawyers went on offense on Wednesday and asked a judge to grant a mistrial in the civil fraud case brought by New York Attorney General Letitia James. Trump’s lawyers argued that the fraud case was tainted by bias. Radical Marxist New York Attorney General Letitia James is seeking $250 million in ‘damages’ when there is no victim in this fraud case and she is also seeking to ban Trump and his sons from operating any businesses in New York.

Ask yourself one simple question: should calling for the genocide of Jews be considered harassment and bullying? Anyone with a sliver of decency knows the answer is emphatically 'Yes'. Yet when the university presidents of Harvard, MIT and Upenn testified this week under oath to Congress as I questioned them over the rampant and unabated antisemitism infecting their institutions, I could barely believe what I was hearing.

Former President Donald Trump headed back to a Manhattan courthouse where he got a last look at the venue as his lawyers wrapped up his defense before his expected bombshell testimony Monday. Trump left Trump Tower Thursday morning, after skipping Wednesday night's prime time presidential debate in Alabama, and headed for the courthouse, where he once again delivered a harangue about the case against him. He was accompanied by longtime aide and former White House official Margo Martin, who could be seen holding up her cell phone on outside his motorcade.

TUCSON, Arizona — Breitbart Texas observed a constant stream of fully loaded buses carrying migrants from a Border Patrol processing facility to the Casa Alitas Migrant Welcome Center in Tucson. Adams’ approval rating fell to 28%, the lowest rate since Quinnipiac University began polling in 1996. “There’s no good news for Mayor Adams in this poll. Not only are voters giving him poor grades

As we reflect today on Pearl Harbor and the United States' entrance into World War II, it is also an anniversary of sorts for some soldiers of America’s ‘unknown war’ on Korea’s Demilitarized Zone (DMZ). Private Second Class (PV2) Douglas Blakeney, his heavy rucksack digging into his shoulders, was frustrated with the slow pace of the man in front of him. This patrol is taking too long, he thought as he passed the slower soldier. Stepping back into the file formation of the patrol, he triggered a blast mine, probably the ATM-74 ‘shoebox’ variety. The blast shattered Blakeney’s ankle and foot,

In a new directive Tuesday, Whitmer announced a move to bring the state’s fleet of vehicles down to zero greenhouse gas emissions in fewer than two decades. The goal, Whitmer wrote in the order, is “essential” for her administration’s green energy agenda. Whitmer wrote in the directive: Michigan is on the cutting-edge of mobility and electrification. Our world-leading auto industry is making the switch to electric, and we continue to attract battery, semiconductor, and clean energy investments from other states and nations. We must usher the future of mobility and clean energy into Michigan

Of particular note, however, is a new revelation that Willis’ office reached out to the Democrats’ House Select Jan. 6 Committee to get information that could aid in her effort against Trump.
