Benjamin Netanyahu has learned to take Hamas at its word. The United States, and specifically Antony Blinken and Joe Biden, still have not. As Blinken met with the unity government in Jerusalem to push Israel to ‘pause’ operations for aid to flow into northern Gaza, Netanyahu delivered a rather humiliating public rebuke.
If the US wants a pause, then Hamas needs to unconditionally release all the hostages first. Failing that, game on:
In a brief televised statement before the start of Shabbat, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says he has told visiting US Secretary of State Antony Blinken that he rejects any temporary halt

Good for him. Whatever he chooses to do, I'm all for it. What Hamas did to women and babies is beyond imagination. They are animals. I'd be a long way from stopping.

Do not stop. They always want to stop, when they have lost. Gaza must be defeated, and put under Israeli military governership. Southern Lebanon should be put under Israeli governorship, and declared a de-militarized zone.

Good for Netanyahu. He's right, the fools and idiots like Blinken and Biden are just apologists for Muslim mass murdering 7th century barbarians.

Bibi knows to take Hamas at its word; seems he also knows NOT to take our wretched, evil government at its word. Blinken totally deserved that slap down. I hope many more are forthcoming to this vile, lying swamp creature. He needs to be publicly rebuked regularly.

Any "humanitarian aid" will go straight to Hamas. We did not send aid to the civilians in Nazi Germany, Japan, or North Korea for that very reason. When their leaders are removed by force and the threat to Israel nullified, we can talk about assistance. Until then, "humanitarian aid" is aid and comfort to the enemy.

Palestinians in Gaza do not consist just of two groups. Over 5000 Hamas monsters and the rest innocent angels. No group like Hamas can exist without direct support, shelter and help from the population in which they are embedded. The German people actively supported, helped and worked for the Nazi regime. Only towards the very end did the 'I was only following orders' meme began to appear. A German friend told me many years ago ' No matter what we say to the world, the biggest problem we have with Hitler is that he lost the war'. Israel should pay scant attention to this 'innocent civilians are dying' drivel. There is a quick, effective way for the Gaza Palestinians to save themselves. Turn over the Hamas killers hiding in their midst. If they refuse to do so they will pay the price. That is how the real world operates.

There's only one reason Biden is meddling in Israeli decisions. That reason: Michigan.

Bibi has led during wars before and was in the military. Joey Boy has not - was not - and knows jack about it. probably less. Bibi sees JoeyB playing politics now with this anti-Islamophobia kick - and he ain't playing. not going to lay down for the Yank. amen, brother Netanyahu, and pass the ammunition.

I could not be more ashamed of the current sorry excuse for an administration. Everything they touch, everything, brings death and destruction to someone. He’s alienating our closest ally and helping terrorists. I feel like I’m living in an insane world.

Do not negotiate with Hamas or those who support Hamas. Never trust Joe Biden. He is not worthy of trust. Do what you believe is right. The vast majority of Americans are with you because we are not fools and saw exactly what Hamas did to your precious citizens. Right now our government is hostile to anything good and cannot be trusted, therefore never confide in Biden or anyone in his administration.

This is Netanyahu's war, not Biden's; and he needs to do what he thinks is best for Israel.

Spot on Netanyahu, the 5x draft dodging vegetable knows nothing about warfare, nor does Austin or Blinken blanken.

I don't remember anyone calling for a cease fire on December 8, 1941 or on September 12, 2001.
