The hits just keep on coming exposing the Public Health™ lies. Common sense might dictate that one not receive flu and COVID shots at the time same – yet that’s exactly the recommendation of the CDC. It turns out common sense wins out over the CDC yet again. [Tweet] Via ABC News (emphasis added): Older adults who received last year’s COVID booster and a high-dose version of the flu vaccine in the same visit may have a potential increased risk of stroke, according to a new FDA-funded study.

Comments:

Not only am I NEVER getting the Clot Shot, I'm also never getting the Flu shot again since I can't trust what is being injected in my body. You can't undo an injection!!

I've had the flu shot since 2010 and will not get one again. I was always sick for 1 day from the flu shot but now I have no idea what is in the flu shot and will not be getting it again. If this was a normal gov't, these covid shots would have been stopped a long time ago.

Lady Chihuahua got the flu shot only and was OK. She sees no point in getting COVID shots since COVID isn't as severe anymore. I didn't get any shots. Never bothered with any shots until COVID. COVID shots aggravated my A-fib, and now don't trust any of them.

I will never get a flu shot or shingles shot or anything else. I’m sorry. I can’t trust our government to not slip something into those shots. Many years ago, I objected to putting fluoride into our drinking water to combat tooth decay. Maybe it helped but my objection was medicating people against their will. Now cities are dropping that because of latent side effects. But, they said, it’s for your own good. What’s to stop them from dosing us with Valium to keep us compliant and stoned?

Under my doctor's direction, have been getting a flu shot annually for the past 15+ years. No more. Like others here, I'm done. Survived the Russian flu in the seventies - I'll take my chances, going forward. That's tragic, when you think about it.

At my semi-annual checkup my doctor asked if I wanted the flu shot and/or Covid shot. I told her absolutely not on Covid and her reply was that she is hearing that from many patients.

I only had a "flu shot" one time. My son and his wife were propagandized into demanding it of us before we could see our newborn son, about 8 years ago. They also demanded we take, of all things, a whooping cough vaccination. There is essentially zero risk we could have whooping cough! There were (are?) TV commercials showing smiling grandparents morphing into scary wolves threatening a baby, because they didn't have a flu shot. Oh, can't let grandparents threaten the child! Oh no. It infuriated me then, and still makes me a bit angry when I think about it.

A Nevada man was arrested last week in connection to allegedly issuing ominous and antisemitic threats to a U.S. senator in the wake of Hamas’s bloody terror attack on Israel, according to a criminal complaint. ABC7 reported: John Anthony Miller, 43, allegedly began making the calls to the unnamed female senator on Oct. 11, four days after Israel’s war with Hamas began. […] While the senator is not named in the complaint, Sen. Jacky Rosen is Jewish, and Miller’s threats repeatedly seek to tie the lawmaker’s support for Israel to what he says is her Jewish background. Miller is accused of leaving a voicemail with Rosen’s office on October 17th, court documents said.

We've seen a lot of twisted reactions calling for a ceasefire in the war between Israel and Hamas, including protests like those in New York City, where people chanted in support of Hamas. Advertisement We saw an unbelievably awful response from the UN — that organization that's supposed to be about bringing people together — that showed again it's about anything but with a couple of its resolutions last week. The juxtaposition of the results of those resolutions was jarring. First, they failed to pass a resolution condemning the Hamas attack on Israel. So that couldn't get the two-thirds vote required to pass.

Lost in the swirl of events over the past three weeks, as well as the rapid pace of events in cases in multiple courts involving former President Trump, is the fact that he moved to dismiss the Washington D.C. case filed against him by Special Counsel Jack Smith based on a claim of “Presidential immunity” from criminal prosecution for acts while in office. On October 19, 2023, Smith filed an Opposition to that motion. Much like the motion itself, the Opposition escaped scrutiny as it came around the same time Sidney Powell and Kenneth Chesebro pled guilty – to what I’m still not certain – in the Georgia case,

Now that Rep. Mike Johnson (R-LA) has been elected as the Speaker of the House, you know that Democrats are desperately trying to dig up any kind of dirt that they can find on him. Democrats target anyone who might stand in the way of their power, so you know it's a good sign that they're having such a meltdown over Johnson. But you know how hard up they must be with The Atlantic’s effort to attack Johnson. It’s pretty comical, truthfully. If this is all they can come up with, Democrats are going to spend a lot of time gnashing their teeth. What have they come up with?

Dean Phillips (D-Minn.) launched a longshot bid on Friday to unseat Presidentish Joe Biden in the upcoming Democratic primaries that functionally don’t matter, yet somehow Phillips has Democrats freaking out. Washington Post columnist Dan Balz serves as the unofficial voice of what all the correct people in Washington are thinking, and he led his Saturday column with the story of how Sen. Eugene McCarthy — another Minnesota Democrat — spoiled President Lyndon Johnson’s reelection in 1968. Phillips’ campaign, Balz wrote, "is built on perceived anxiety about Biden’s age," and serves as "a placeholder for the unease about Biden, 80, that exists among many Democrats."

The antisemitic Left seems ascendant. The UN appears to be pro-Jihad. Even these terrible days will pass into something better. There is a famous story about King Solomon, the wisest of all men. He asked a jeweler to fashion him a ring that would help him to keep his head straight at all times. The jeweler was overwhelmed by the task given him and did not know what to offer the king. With the deadline approaching, the jeweler made a gold ring engraved in Hebrew, “This too shall pass.” King Solomon was thrilled with the ring. Iran has begun aggressive war games. Turkey—a supposed NATO ally—pledged publicly to send its troops to Gaza. Putin has invited Hamas and Iran to Moscow for private talks. Netanyahu announces an expansion of Israel’s necessary defense, and the reaction intensifies support for the terrorists—not Israel. In hundreds of major cities, hundreds of thousands of protestors chant slogans supporting the complete elimination of the State of Israel and Jewish people altogether. In America, those chanting such things appear to far outnumber those in attendance at rallies supporting Israel. Most Western governments have been decidedly silent on the matter. In America, while Biden has parroted the right ideas,

The wide-ranging case against King, who spent over two months in the custody of North Korean law enforcement, includes eight distinct charges under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, according to court records obtained by Reuters. The Army claims the private had the intention of abandoning his military duties permanently when he ditched his South Korean post by running across the demilitarized border into the totalitarian country.

On Friday evening, Harvard President Claudine Gay gave a speech to Harvard Hillel that was adapted in Forward. Gay forthrightly admitted that Harvard has an anti-Semitism problem: Here in the U.S., we are witnessing a surge in anti-Jewish incidents and rhetoric across the nation — and on our own campus. The ancient specter of antisemitism, that persistent and corrosive hatred, has returned with renewed force. A recent ADL report found that incidents of antisemitism had almost tripled over the past six years nationally. Here at Harvard, I’ve heard story after story of Jewish students feeling increasingly uneasy or even threatened on campus.

According to details available, the deal mimics many components of the union’s deal with Ford, where base wages will increase 25 percent through April 2028. Likewise, the deal reinstates benefits that GM’s auto workers have not enjoyed since the Great Recession, such as cost-of-living allowances, a three-year wage progression, and an elimination of wage tiers

“This machine cannot be stopped,” declared Israeli defense minister Yoav Gallant earlier today. At the very least, Israel will not stop the IDF, now fully unleashed in Gaza, short of total victory. Instead, Gallant offered Hamas a different deal, which sounds remarkably like Hamas’ true ‘offer’ to the Israelis. “Die or surrender” sums both up nicely, no? This is the same ‘deal’ that Hamas, Hezbollah, and Iran have offered Israel for decades. It’s the same deal that the other Arab nations offered between 1947 and roughly 1979, too. For the last sixteen years, Israel has hoped that withdrawal from Gaza might moderate those enemies similarly as Egypt and Jordan moderated
