The sitting president of the Paterson City Council, already under indictment in a 2020 election fraud probe, faces new charges after state authorities say they uncovered evidence that he “personally collected ballots” in violation of New Jersey election law and tampered with witnesses in the case. The fresh accusations against Alex Mendez provide new details in an long-looming vote-by-mail fraud probe that drew national attention after former President Donald Trump invoked the case in his attacks on the legitimacy of the 2020 presidential race.

Comments:

This is the continuation of the NJ Democrat mail-in vote fraud case that PREDATES the stolen 2020 election which should have been a warning to Americans just how reliant democrats are on stealing elections to secure political power.

But this could NEVER have happened in the 2020 Presidential election. Biden was the legitimate victor. Right ... sure he was.

A man was on a plane, and the plane needed to stop in New Jersey because of a problem. All on the plane people were given hotel rooms to wait it out. The man was arrested because he had a pistol, and New Jersey requires all guns to be counted...and his wasn't. Thus, I will have nothing to do with that state.

I figured when I saw election fraud I assumed Democrat but then since he was indicted I wasn't sure so I read story to find out. Now I'm sure because party wasn't mentioned. A few hundred here, a few hundred there and soon you have millions of fake votes and millions of real votes in the trash.

Starting to look like there is growing evidence that the election laws are being followed any longer. This directly disenfranchises everyone. Any ballot drop box should employ ATM-style technology with a log-in code use, only 1 ballot submission at a time, a receipt with time/date stamp. Each ballot should have a tracking number for both the ballot and official envelope. Election officials need to be able to certify that the voter rolls are current and cleaned of any who have moved, died, incarcerated, confined to mental facility, or diagnosed with dementia/alzheimer's. That should be at least 3 months prior to first ballots being mailed out. All other ballots/registration after that date, will be provisional and require greater scrutiny. Nothing I've mentioned above would impact any voter.

Police officers were joined by local rescue squad members, who covered the dolphins in blankets, to form a bucket brigade pouring ocean water on the dolphins for hours as Marine Mammal Rescue Center officials raced to the scene, he said.

New Jersey has banned police officers from lingering around polling stations and ballot drop boxes on election days under a new law that advocates argued was needed to protect against voter intimidation. Democratic Gov. Phil Murphy signed the Democratic-sponsored bill into law earlier in the week after it passed the Democratic-controlled state Legislature mostly along party lines. It says both plain-clothed or uniformed police need to keep at least 100 feet from polling stations or drop boxes.

The embarrassing impasse in the House of Representatives has finally ended, as Louisiana’s Mike Johnson has been elected Speaker. So, who is Mike Johnson, and why was he finally able to succeed where several more notable House members failed? I suspect that the answer has more to do with desperation than anything else. The Republican Party was made to look ridiculous, not so much by the party’s divisions as by the utter lack of party loyalty and discipline that was revealed by one failed vote after another. Most likely, Republicans coalesced behind Johnson–a little-known commodity, who has never been a committee chairman–to stop the bleeding.
