Former President Jimmy Carter celebrated his 99th birthday early by making his first public appearance since he entered hospice care seven months ago. Carter, 98, was met with raucous applause as he made his way to the Plains Peanut Festival in Georgia on Saturday, and was seen being driven down the flag-lined street in a black SUV alongside former First Lady Rosalynn Carter. I still laugh at that picture where the Carters look like midgets next to Old Joe and Doktor Jill (who was wearing her tablecloth). I guess people shrink down in their old age.

As a fellow Georgian, I didn't hate Jimmy. I think he was not very competent and out of his league but he was, I hope a patriot, but he was the start of a President getting bullied and run over by the left. Reagan chased him out of office and turned him into a bitter old man. Amazing that he is still around. Brother Billy has been dead 35 years. Tempus Fugit.

I was very impressed with the Hospice that took care of my mother in her last days. The family had an excellent meeting with them where every procedure was explained. Even though she was in a nursing home they came four times a day to check on her. Basically their mission was to make her comfortable, pain free and supervised. They worked hand in hand with the nursing home toward that end. We were told that their care did not necessarily mean that her death was right around the corner. They actually had patients that lived for years under their care. It just meant that her physicians believed her death would probably happen within 6 months. She died two weeks later. I too felt that Carter was just out of his element as president. He was a lousy president simply because he couldn't do the job and did not understand. The "people" behind FJB know exactly what they are doing. They are evil. And unless we get them, all of them, out of the WH I do believe we are domed. I hope he is living a life free from pain and can enjoy being around those that love him. God speed.

Agree with #1, 2, 3, 5, 9, & 10. All comments I would have made, but y'all beat me to 'em. Is it just me, or has every Democ'RAT president since I became politically aware in the early 1960's, been worse than the one before? JFK was I guess OK, in spite of the media 'Camelot' tongue job. Lyin' Lyndon Johnson, much worse than JFK. Started the Welfare State with his 'Great Society' programs. Set us on the road to national bankruptcy. Mishandled the Vietnam war, filled the Universities across the USA with Communist draft-dodgers. Jimmah, worse president than Johnson. Totally inept. The HornDog, worse than Jimmah. Not just for lying about 'banging' the female help in the Oval Office. (Remember, the HornDog sold the ChiComs the guidance systems to place satellites in orbit.... and also guide ICBM's precisely onto American cities.... and he also made it easy for them to steal the W87 and W88 miniature Atomic Warheads to put on those ICBM's.) Zero.... blatantly Anti-American, worse than The HornDog. The Hairsniffer.... Senile, Corrupt puppet of Zero..... ..... the Worst. President. Ever.

Gal Luft, the fugitive “missing witness” of the Biden corruption investigation, has offered new evidence to the House impeachment inquiry about an FBI mole who tipped off Hunter Biden that his Chinese partners had been named on four sealed indictments in 2017 by Manhattan federal prosecutors in the Southern District of New York. The Israeli professor, and former Israel Defense Forces officer, has been on the run for six months, after skipping bail in Cyprus where he was awaiting extradition to the United States on gun-running and foreign-lobbying charges, also brought by the SDNY. In an open letter to Reps James Comer, Jim Jordan and Jason Smith, the three House committee chairmen

Callahan, 13, contorts herself into a backbend as 7-year-old Hudson fiddles with a balloon and 10-year-old Keegan plays the piano. Like a growing number of students around the U.S, the Pruente children are on a four-day school schedule, a change instituted this fall by their district in Independence, Missouri. To the kids, it’s terrific. “I have a three-day break of school!” exclaimed Hudson. The former president issued his call from his Truth Social page on Sunday, asking why the FBI never raided Democrats’ homes like they did at Mar-a-Lago. “Senate Democrats should all resign based on Senator Bob Menendez! They all knew what was going on, and the way he lived. Why doesn’t the FBI raid Senate Democrat’s homes like they illegally raided Mar-a-Lago, where nothing was done wrong based on the Presidential Records Act,” he wrote.

An anti-religion group attempting to throw cold water on an Alabama university after the school’s football coach was filmed assisting with the baptism of a student has a "twisted interpretation of the First Amendment," a legal expert says. "These ongoing and repeated constitutional violations at the University create a coercive environment that excludes those students who don’t subscribe to the Christian views being pushed onto players by their coaches,"
