Yale Law School professor Oona Hathaway wrote an especially revealing Guest Essay in the pages of the New York Times. By aiding the government’s exceptional indictment against a former U.S. president, she may have violated several laws; the American Bar Association (ABA) Model Rules of Professional Conduct; and the American Association of Law School (AALS) Statement on “Law Professors in the Discharge of Ethical and Professional Responsibilities.” Hathaway’s essay demonstrates how extreme ideological fervor can make law professors “legally blind” to what the law actually says. However, Hathaway’s essay, which is but one of many such partisan essays by law professors

I was thinking about what happened at Stanford University law school not too long ago while reading this column.

FTA " What the professors themselves don’t generally appreciate is that they undermine .their credibility and that of their institution". Oh but they do. These are not half literate sophomores. They are full participants in the Left revolution that is now systematically dismantling our values, ruining our culture, destroying valuable institutions that have taken centuries to build. Don't for a moment think these sc****** are doing anything unknowingly or inadvertently.

On Tuesday it was reported that Hunter Biden had struck a deal with federal prosecutors to plead guilty to two tax misdemeanors while his felony firearm possession charge would be effectively dismissed via a pretrial diversion — a resolution only reserved for a Biden. In 2021, for example, fewer than 1 percent of cases filed by U.S. attorneys in federal court resulted in the same pretrial diversion offered to Hunter. No such resolution was offered, for example, to the rapper Kodak Black. According to Black’s lawyer, Black — a two-time Grammy Award nominee — got 3 years for the same offense.

In a story that’s captured international attention, world champion kickboxers Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan find themselves in the crosshairs of Romania’s judicial system. Or, as Tate prefers to call the system: ‘The Matrix.’ The brothers stand accused of horrific crimes, including rape, human trafficking, and orchestrating an organized crime group for the sexual exploitation of women. Despite the severity of these allegations, the handling of this case has raised numerous eyebrows, becoming a poignant example in the ongoing debate over justice, fairness, and due process.

Psychological projection is the stock in trade of our American ruling class. You can see this in the way the D.C. Deep State always treated President Trump as a totally illegitimate bum; especially as regards their most precious possession, classified material. Recall the furor when Trump revealed some Israeli information to the Russian foreign minister, in a bid to get help from them in the Middle East. Such top-secret horse trading goes on all the time, yet since Trump is a bum, he cannot be allowed the traditional power with respect to classified documents that all Presidents have, as in Navy v. Egan.

This past May 1 was a typical day on the New York City subways. Commuters and tourists were transiting beneath the chaos of overhead Manhattan, only to witness New York’s subterranean version of Dante’s Inferno. Specifically, a homeless man, now euphemistically called an “urban camper” or “displaced person,” was harassing fellow subway passengers. The Guardian went further in their descriptors, calling Neely “a talented dancer” who was “remembered as kind and loving” and even “had a fan club.” Neely also had a long rap sheet, a fact conveniently overlooked by most media sympathizers.

One of the most vital things for a successful dictatorship is military control. A politically neutral military composed of people loyal to the country, rather than its leadership, represents an ongoing threat to a despot. For centuries, America has had that politically neutral military, but the Biden administration is accelerating a process begun under Obama, which is to weaken military readiness while ensuring that both officers and troops hew to a specific political ideology. In the first five years of his presidency, Obama fired almost 200 military officers, some of whom felt very strongly that there was an ideological purge taking place.

Secretary of State Tony Blinken traveled to China this past weekend to give the green light to the communist regime to invade Taiwan. The Biden regime is destroying America from within and surrendering our principles and leadership on the international stage at the same time. As Steve Bannon says, “Elections have consequences. Stolen elections have catastrophic consequences.” Tony Blinken made this announcement from mainland China, “We do not support Taiwan independence.”

Do you believe is a target, potentially in the January 6 case? Barr said, “Yes. And, by the way, I defended him on cases that I think are unfair, like the one up in New York and so forth. I think the January 6 case will be a hard case to make because of First Amendment interest. But I am actually beginning to think they will pull the trigger on that. I would expect it to be this summer.” If Barr were an honorable

Happy Father's Day. Nineteen sixty-four was our last Father's Day in Cuba, but no one remembers much about that. We were just lucky that our father was out of a political prison. Many of many friends were not so lucky. I did not hear the following story until years later, and I fell in love with it immediately. This is a great Father's Day story to share with your father or sons. We lost our father seven years ago, and my sons will confirm that I've recounted this baseball tale a few times. Before he became Senator Jim Bunning of Kentucky, he was a good Major League pitcher, winning 224

During an interview with podcast host David Axelrod, Obama called for implementing "digital fingerprints" as a mandatory online requirement to combat misinformation. The Democrat suggested the government needs a way to track and identify people who spread so-called "misinformation" online. The CNN podcaster claimed he has seen "misinformation, disinformation, [and] deep fakes" targeting the former president, which Obama agreed with

Last January, Tucker Carlson featured a segment that challenged the theory that Jeffrey Epstein committed suicide. He was not alone. Many doubt the official narrative. What the doubters don’t realize is how the press used the cover-up of a 1995 brutal prison homicide to facilitate the cover-up of Epstein’s (very likely) homicide. On August 21, 1995, Kenneth Michael Trentadue was found dead in his allegedly suicide-proof cell at the Federal Transfer Center in Oklahoma City. Pieces of his skull were missing in three different places. There were deep bruises underneath his arms, including bruises shaped like a person’s fingertips running along his biceps. His knuckles were deeply bruised and swollen.

We have seen for some time how off-the-rails the FBI has become, a danger to a free society. More and more evidence now shows it’s not just the FBI. Every federal employee with a badge and gun seems to think he’s a law unto himself. This week the spotlight is on the IRS, and the Congress has to step up and rein the agency in. While Matt Taibbi was testifying before Congress on the administration’s extensive censoring of social media content, the IRS appeared at his door, ostensibly to question him about his taxes, but obviously to intimidate him for showing up government censorship.

This was a MAGA resolution that Donald Trump threatened if any Republicans voted against it like they did last week they would be subject to a primary challenge. A dozen bundlers and donors across the country told Politico that Biden’s campaign fundraising numbers are not as strong as he hoped, causing “anxiety,” “concern,” and “nervousness” among his supporters. The picture will become clearer next month when the 2024 campaigns file Federal Election Commission (FEC) reports. Biden’s goal is to raise about $2 billion for the entire cycle to defeat the Republican nominee. “One DNC official dismissed the early anxiety as typical sky-is-falling tactics that bundlers use every election cycle,” Politico reported. The US Navy detected an acoustic signature consistent with an implosion on Sunday in the general area where the Titanic-bound submersible was diving when it lost communication with its mother ship, a senior Navy official told CNN. The Navy then immediately relayed that information to the on-scene commanders leading the search effort, and it was used to narrow down the area of the search, the official said. But the sound of the implosion was determined to be “not definitive,” the official said, and the multinational efforts to find the submersible continued as a search and rescue effort. “Any chance of saving a life is worth continuing the mission,” the official said.

They are yet to confirm what exactly was discovered, but Richard Garriott, President of the Explorers' Club, tells DailyMail.com his understanding from the teams involved in the search is that key components of the sub were among the items.

She claimed the 'issue' was widespread but that people are unaware because teachers are 'not allowed to tell you'.
