During Tuesday’s White House briefing, Karine Jean-Pierre declined to comment on the ongoing child support trial in Arkansas involving Hunter Biden, the President’s son. Despite being asked about why the Bidens have not acknowledged the child, KJP refused to answer any questions on the matter.
When asked if the President and First Lady were monitoring the trial, KJP simply replied, “I’m not going to speak to that from here.” When pressed further about why the Bidens have not publicly acknowledged their seventh grandchild, KJP responded, “I’m not going to speak to that.”

The Texas gunman who shot dead five people, including a nine-year-old, had an elaborate death cult shrine and links to the criminal underworld.
Francisco Oropesa, 38, opened fire in his neighbors' Cleveland home, about 40 miles north of Houston, on Friday after they asked him to stop firing the gun in his backyard.
Oropesa, who is an illegal immigrant from Mexico previously referred to as Oropeza by police, fled the scene as a nationwide manhunt unfolded. An anonymous law enforcement officer working on the case told the Center for Immigration Studies that a shrine honors the 'Santa Muerte death cult' was found in his room following the massacre.

The United States Navy has turned to a drag performer in its efforts to reach younger recruits on digital platforms and social media.
Yeoman 2nd Class Joshua Kelley, whose stage name is Harpy Daniels, announced on TikTok in November that he would be the Navy's first 'digital ambassador,' highlighting his journey from performing on board beginning in 2018 and growing to become an 'advocate' for those who 'were oppressed for years in the service.'
Kelley, who identifies as non-binary, was one of just five active sailors to participate as 'digital ambassadors' for the Navy in its 'efforts to reach a wide range of potential candidates,'

On Tuesday afternoon, U.S. Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett gave the city of Naperville in Illinois until Monday to respond to a challenge levied against its “assault weapons” ban, according to the Chicago Tribune.
Robert Bevis, owner of Law Weapons & Supply, claims Naperville is destroying his business and that it is unconstitutional. Breitbart News reported that Bevis filed an emergency application with Justice Barrett, asking the court to intervene and issue an injunction against two separate “assault weapons” bans in Illinois pending appellate review.

Two parishioners at a Latin Mass Catholic Church have reported “suspicious activity” from what appeared to be FBI vehicles this past February, just a month after the FBI’s Richmond field office submitted a now-rescinded internal memo warning of danger from “radical-traditional Catholics.” The story was first reported by The Daily Signal.
Two witnesses told the outlet that they saw two vehicles approach the church, drive through the parking lot as if they were marking down license plate numbers, then leave. This was reported on two separate occasions at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Chapel in Linden, Virginia, located about 63 miles outside of Washington D.C.

Sow the wind and reap the whirlwind. Joe Biden is arguably the, if not one of the, worst presidents in American history. I use the word “president” loosely, but let’s not get ahead of ourselves. By any national metric, we’re all far worse off now than we were before Biden stumbled through the doors of the Oval Office like a lobotomized polio victim. His “stiff gait” is an indicator of serious neurological decline which has become a brand of sorts. It’s Biden’s version of Trump’s rambunctious mane. But, instead of signaling a raucous virility, Biden’s halting and unbalanced gate communicates fundamental weakness and morbidity.

Maricopa County’s ballot irregularities have been making headlines, and now Elon Musk has added his voice to the conversation. On Twitter, Musk commented on the strange events surrounding Maricopa County’s ballot counting and pointed to the county’s inability to provide a chain of custody for a number of ballots, which was twice Kari Lake’s opponent’s margin of victory.
“Strange”, he simply said in response to a few jarring irregularities.READ: (Tweet) His comments caused a flurry of reactions.

Investor Matt Allen posted an interesting tweet on how one Democrat lawmaker was able to wade through the collapse of First Republic Bank.
Congresswoman Lois Frankel sold First Republic Bank in March before the stock dropped 80%
After she sold First Republic, she bought JP Morgan Chase which just bought First Republic. She clearly had inside information.(Tweet) The Free Beacon reported:
Florida Democratic representative Lois Frankel is capitalizing on First Republic Bank’s collapse and subsequent buyout by JP Morgan Chase & Co, according to congressional financial disclosures reported on by Newsweek.

There are still 553 days until Election Day 2024, but right now, things look pretty bleak for President Joe Biden.
Shortly after Biden announced his re-election campaign — not with a live event featuring thousands of cheering supporters but with a weird video posted on his website — his job approval rating among the U.S. public slipped to 37%, Gallup reports. That’s just slightly more than 1 in 3 people — not a winning number. In the 2020 election, Biden won 51.3% of the vote, so that’s a 14.3% drop in support.
And for the record, 37% is the lowest Gallup has measured for him to date.

Texas authorities captured the man they believe fatally shot five people — including a child — Tuesday after he was on the run for four days, according to an official.
A person believed to be alleged gunman Francisco Oropesa, 38, was arrested in the Lone Star State Tuesday, San Jacinto County District Attorney Todd Dillon told NBC News.
He was taken into custody in the city of Cut and Shoot, the prosecutor said.
Authorities are awaiting a fingerprint match to confirm the person they grabbed is the correct suspect, Dillon reportedly said.

Debate of a controversial bill in Texas to ban young transgender people from accessing surgery, puberty blockers and hormone therapy was blocked Tuesday amid angry protest, with police and activists scuffling outside the House chamber.
Protesters inside the chamber, seated in the gallery, began a noisy chant as the SB14 was being discussed - unfurling banners, clapping and catcalling.
The Sergeant at Arms was asked to remove the agitators, who chanted 'trans rights are human rights' as they were dragged out of the chamber.
