U.S. Marshals assigned to guard Supreme Court justices during the controversy over Roe v. Wade last year were reportedly told not to arrest protesters that gathered outside their private homes.
Last year, individual Supreme Court Justices were targeted by protesters after an illegal leak of a draft decision aiming to overturn Roe v. Wade before it had been officially decided. At the time, even the left-wing Washington Post admitted such protests were likely illegal according to Title 18, Section 1507, of the U.S. Code.

It is, as of now, necessary to destroy the Democrat Party in all its forms! There is nothing good that will come of the continuance of their existence!

Can Merrick Gsrland be removed for not following the law? It’s getting harder and harder to read the news, see the democrats breaking the law and knowing nothing will ever happen to them. They never face any consequences for their actions. .

Must be a pretty formidable bunch of college pansies to scare off the US Marshall service.

Merritless Garland took an Oath. He has violated that Oath.
He is nothing but a bitter, demonrat socialist hack-- time for him to be brought up to face the music of his lawless "I said so" attitude that does not follow the Constitution.
Did he do this on his own volition or did someone at the Vegetable farm tell him to do this??? Street Organizer NoBama or HIS handlers or activists carrying out an agenda??

Garland must have needed the extra manpower to go after abortion protesters. Seriously, this apparatchik needs to be prosecuted and jailed.

Two Qs.
1. Why did the US Marshals obey illegal instructions from Garland?
2. Why isn't Garland in jail or impeached already?
The left would throw the book at our side if we did such things. Some on the right would as well. Heck, they throw the book at US (1/6) even when we don't do anything wrong. But the left is treated better by the criminals in charge, and we know the lefties pay less taxes than the rest of US; they're all bloodsuckers. Keep poking you evil lefties; keep poking.

I wonder if those Marshalls who arrested the guy who traveled from Cali to try and kill Justice Kavanaugh and his family got reassigned to the Barrow, Alaska field office for their failure to follow orders?

The democrat party and their hand-maiden press corps are a complete and total Criminal Enterprise, from Cabbage Head down to the newest member. There is not a law in the land they cannot break and waltz away from. And the vast majority of them will be reelected in the next election. It's over, America.

Impeach Merrick. He refuses to follow the law. He enforces some laws, typically against Joey Baby's political enemies. And ignores other laws, such as Antifa's destruction of property. Again, impeach Merrick, ASAP. No joke.

Okay And? Senators Cruz, Hawley, et al. can yell and scream and grill Mayorkas all they want, but at the end of the day - nothing happens!! No reductions in any department's budget, nothing.
Quite frankly I am tired of the dog and pony show put on by our Republican Senators and Congresspeople - all sound and fury but then no one is held accountable thanks to useless Republicans like McConnell, Romney, Capito, Cassidy, etc who tied McCarthy's hands by voting for the omnibus budget last year.

Dirty Democrats play dirty games. We can no longer consider this a legitimate government and must act accordingly or lose our rights forever. Once the communists take over we will have China West. FJB and the entire government that he and Garland have created.

They don't care if they are exposed. Other the House now, which they figure they will be just ankle biters, they control everything else. They own the left media and the voting process. They obviously don't want to govern for the good of the American people, so the democrats have all the bases covered.

Just think of thios for a moment (I'm sure most of you have..) The chief law enforcement officer in the USA SELECTIVELY enforcing the laws of the Nation. Yet we hear nothing from the GOPeahens on this infringement of the equal protection clause of the Constitution. This is certainly an impeachable offense yet NOTHING... It isn't that the members of Congress didn't know this was happening, they surely did. However, they do NOTHING! Since the vote has been basterdized we the People no longer have representation in most State Capitols and especially in the District of Columbia. What is our recourse? Convention of the States.

There are two forms of justice in the United States. One is for Democrats and the other is for the rest of us.

So Garland testified that DOJ didn't prosecute anybody for protesting at Justice Kavanaugh's house because the Federal Marshals didn't arrest anybody. Now we learn that the Marshals didn't arrest anybody because they were ordered not to arrest anybody. Garland is truly a piece of work.

And...WE still have no idea who leaked the Roe decision...thanks to Roberts....another example of how corrupt the swamp in DC is....I pray every night for Justices Cavanaugh...and the other conservative justices..especially Justice Thomas...to keep them under the watchful eye of God...

The integrity, courage and intelligence of the current US Marshall service as portrayed by Ralyn Givens in the Justified TV series is as big a lie as Robert Stack's FBI character. Contemptible traitors.
The rat party is an evil cancer, but some on the right side of life register as rats in order to down vote in rat primaries and otherwise waste rat resources on stupid mailings. Fight the scum in any way you can because oathkeepers like the current US Marshals aren't.

Boy the little vindictive, corrupt, smarmy and evil Keebler Elf who sits the largest office on the seventh floor of the RFK Building in DC really is still upset that he didn't get a seat on my SCOTUS isn't he. The little arrogant bastid needs to be fired for not doing his sworn duty to follow the damn laws of my country.
