President Trump has stated that he will be arrested on Tuesday and we should all take to the streets.
Don't do it!
Stay home, and let the lawyers handle it.
This is a set-up, just like January 6. Don't fall for it.
Don't go anywhere near a federal building, don't stand with groups of people you don't know, and don't send threatening emails.
Stay home, and let the lawyers deal with it. President Trump has good lawyers, he has great lawyers...he even has had Alan Dershowitz as a lawyer.
Trials are meant to be won, by rich people. President Trump is rich. Let him fight his battle.

let him fight HIS battle? this is Our battle. i will hang my then insulted flag upside down and wear my flag lapel pin in the same way until Justice is delivered. i love my flag = but this is a killer move against the Constitution/BillofRights/former president that it represents and makes it hang its head in shame and sadness.

Let's start w Bill Clinton who paid Paula Jones $850,000 WHILE HE WAS IN OFFICE.
Remember when Democrat Congressman John Conyers paid $27,000 to squash a sexual misconduct complaint in 2015, and he paid it out of his Congressional Office budget, the same year he was running for re-election? Remember when then Democrat Presidential candidate John Edwards paid his baby mamma/mistress in 2008 from campaign funds to keep her mouth shut about their affair? Remember when, in 2017, it was disclosed that Congress had it’s own slush/hush fund, and that over a period of 20 years it paid out $17 million dollars to settle all types of complaints?
Trump says he did not do this but it was BEFORE he was President. Preceding rumors of his incoming indictment, Trump called the attacks a “political Witch-Hunt,” and reiterated “I never had an affair with Stormy Daniels, nor would I have wanted to have an affair with Stormy Daniels.”
Remarkably, Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, had already been dealt a defeat in the courts. As reported by RSBN, Daniels was ordered to pay Trump $245,209.67 in attorney fees for her initial failed lawsuit against him, along with an award of $292,052.33. This double-defeat for Daniels seems to have meant nothing to those who have been mobilized to find something – anything – to charge Trump with.

Trump supporters should not surrender their right to assemble, and protest. McCarthy is in charge of the House now, can request the National Guard, and can order the Capitol Police to do their jobs, which is not pepper spraying or rubber bulleting citizens, or opening the doors of places they aren't allowed.

#1, if you want to sit in jail, that is your choice but I won't. Like #3 said, Stephanie Clifford is already paying his fees so let these prosecutors do what they need to do and let Donald Trump and his lawyers do what they need to do. I want to believe that this is just another "Russian collusion" and fabricated event. I will not protest when I don't know if Donald Trump is being honest and because of that uncertainty, I won't protest about a personal action. I agree we don't need anymore "J6" prisoners for an immoral act.

We can't let them intimidate us by scaring us into giving up our right to assemble and free speech. This is political persecution and the Dem party has now become the Americanized version of the communist socialist party. Don't let them scare you into hiding in the basement , that is Joe Biden's ploy, stand proud and strong for the rights and freedoms this country was built upon. Standing up for our rights can be done without violence and tearing up or buring a city. If we don't stand now then all will be lost. Biden has turned this country into a shambles, in all aspects of life, and he uses fear and propaganda as his weapon, along with lies and fraud. Don't let him win again. God bless America.

I have one more comment and I may get blasted for it. I have heard often that Donald Trump references his Bible. With that said, I question the action of protesting. If Donald Trump is truly reading his Bible, he would notice the nine qualities of the "Fruit of the Spirit" especially the self-control quality. It really is a slippery slope with protests as January 6 has shown us. When the other side acts immaturely with deceptive practices, that slope now becomes ice. I find the suggestion of "protest" to be an immature presidential act. As a good and effective leader, it would have been in your best interest to say "speak up".

Respectfully, #5, the lawyers already did "what they need to do", and Stormy lost and even ended up paying. Whether Trump lied about her or didn't has no further bearing. This is now a sick contest among the Soros Stasi to see which of his District Attorneys will win the accolades for being the one to successfully indict the man. It has nothing whatsoever to do with honesty or justice.

This drama will play Broadway until at last January '24. I expect this is the first act, a beginning of additional charges, such as tax fraud, that will be ginned up for further indictments to spice up the summer and fall heading into the '24 primary cycle. Biden's skirts are clean because NY is filing the charges...don't march on Washington, but Albany or Gracie Mansion. And when you take to the streets remember there are many Trump supporters who will also walk...away from the drama fearing four more years of such. And that's at the heart of all this.

#10, I already know that but I absolutely do not want a repeat of J6. Those prisoners have suffered for two years for nothing and nobody has done a darn thing. Do we really want to do that all over again? I guess all I can say - go ahead if you really need to protest.

Two sides to this argument. If we stay home it indicates to the Schutzstassel that their intimidation on January 6th is a tactic that works and it will be used again and again to thwart the 1st Amendment. Don't start any violence but don't be afraid to finish it. New York law enforcement is a joke and so is this DA.

RE #8 - You state: I don't know if Donald Trump is being honest..." Not being honest about what? He has never denied the payment of money to the whore Stormy and whether he slept with her or not. I do not care then and I don't care now. She signed Non-Disclosure Agreement INDA) and they are signed all the time by all sorts of people in and outside the government. There is not illegal about signing a NDA and it is not hush money.

As a reminder, how many people turned out to witness and protest the crucifixion of Jesus? If they did not pass down the story of this crime, how would we know about it 2,000 years later? The best way for evil to survive is to ignore it.

January 6 was a trap because it was held in DC, the belly of the beast. Trump underestimated his enemies, who salted the venue with troublemakers and set the insurrection narrative. There are only a few other places in the U.S. where that would work. Cowering in fear of those elected or appointed to serve the public, is a third-world response of subjects, not U.S. citizens.

If you do get arrested, keep in mind that Trump will do for you exactly what he's done for J6 defendants, which is to say nothing.

Protest would have been fine except Trump opened his big (very big) mouth and demanded it.
Hence incitement to insurrection and solitary for the insurrectionists. Do what the article suggests and stay out of jail.

Here is the goal and frankly, wet dream from the left. Do NOT fall for it.
They want to so tarnish Trump with this to force his EGO into running as a third party when even some of his more ardent supporters will see that he is un-electable.
IF Trump runs as a third party it will tell me one thing - Donald Trump loves his country... but not nearly as much as he loves himself.
A third party run by Trump would ensure a democrat wins the Presidency. You can bet the farm on that.
Remember, Bill Clinton won in 1992 with 43% of the popular vote. 43%. Had Ross Perot been able to check his over-compensating ego at the door and NOT run, "Bill Clinton" (and "Hillary Clinton") in 2023 would be nothing more than often-missed answers on trivia night at the local pizza parlor.
If you love Trump and think that a third party run is a GOOD idea... you are a fool who has not learned from history.
I am telling you. A third party run by Trump IS THE GOAL of the left. If you FALL for it, then you are a TOOL of the left and you will have been played like a fiddle.

I think it would be far more effective to not let any elected official have more than one term in office. It is clear they aren't governing. They want a career in politics, then they have to govern like they mean it.
Until then...
VOTE. THEM. ALL. OUT.

8~ With all due respect, the age-old wisdom of never judging someone until having walked a mile in their shoes seems quite fitting on behalf of President Trump. This man has endured visceral hatred for almost eight years aimed at him and members of his family. This man is, indeed, the man in the arena—the man who strives valiantly on behalf of all Americans.
While he may not be as well-versed in Scripture as others, he is a man of faith and evidenced by his LOVE for family and America as he seeks JOY and PEACE for this nation; he has a philanthropic KINDNESS and GOODNESS that is done without fanfare; his FAITHFULNESS to keeping his campaign “word” is a matter of record; and his GENTLENESS is obvious in the way his family (including grandchildren) respect and admire him. Fruits of the Spirit. Yes, his SELF-CONTROL may be elusive at times, but what he has endured for almost eight years is beyond anything heretofore seen or experienced by American citizens—conservative or liberal—and therein, for the most part, he has exhibited FORBEARANCE/endurance.
To some extent, Jesus is considered to have been a protestor—he stood “against the powers-that-be, but only insofar as those powers are standing against God. Jesus is not a rebel for the sake of rebellion. He rebels for the sake of the divine rule of God.” President Trump is not perfect; we are not perfect. That imperfection is made clear in Matthew 7:1-3. However, President Trump could certainly use support from God-fearing people, to have his God-given “rights” defended at this point as being “needy.” (Speak up and judge fairly; defend the rights of the poor and needy. ~ Proverbs 31:9)
