A ‘Spill’ of FBI Secrets

Americans will hold accountable those responsible for the accelerating degradation of the U.S. justice system as the government's J6 narrative collapses and their wrongdoing becomes apparent. The FBI agent squirmed on the hot seat. Confronted with messages the Justice Department attempted to conceal, Nicole Miller, one of the lead FBI investigators assigned to the Proud Boys case, was on the verge of admitting that the FBI monitored privileged communications between one defendant and his attorney in 2021.

Would our brave and honorable FIB do something like this?

It looks like most of the initial attorneys "defending" these folks were in on the scam, just like the judges, prosecutors, and all the inquistors and government planners of the J6 "insurrection."

The FBI must be disbanded. Everyone who works for them has to be fired. Their headquarters should be bulldozed.

This assertion by the prosecution might have wide repercussions for the feds: As he article presents the feds' excuse: "... Those in custody must agree to terms of use, including an acknowledgement that attorney-client discussions would be monitored. 'Rehl waived any privilege by knowingly using [the Federal Detention Center]-Philadelphia’s monitored email system to communicate with his attorney.'” Prisons have provisions to protect inmates' consultations with lawyers inside their gates. That is because client-counsel privilege is considered fundamental, though not absolute if third parties are directly involved. This is a special, more serious violation of the privilege--intentional eavesdropping. The prison controlled all digital communication between the prison and the outside world. That's clear. Moreover the Covid panic discouraged person - person consultation; it was arguably overly burdensome. Weren't the feds were obliged to protect privacy and wasn't understandable if prisoners assumed privacy? One possible can of worms. But there's more: The federal government , solely responsible for the network, allowed itself (the fbi) to violate the defendants legal rights. ISPs are responsible for illegal activity on their network when they are aware of it, and the federals can't claim ignorance when their law enforcement agency is responsible. Of course terrorism could provide an exception, but have the feds succeeded with that smear? But here potentially is another can of worms, maybe a tank of worms. Could this persuade the feds to back off?

Adding to #6, much like an accountant and lawyer, the FBI are highly trained and held to a higher level of standard. They can't claim ignorance, or similar, as they are held to higher level of understanding of law enforcement. It certainly seems like a few lies turned into more lies, and needed more agents to run even more operations. Have any of them thought what they were doing was wrong? When Congress was able to stop the new weak DC crime standards, how did they have jurisdiction? If they can do that, why can't they take over what looks to be an extremely biased judicial system, which would include the jails?

The Democrat-Media Insurrection Myth 7 replies

There were two events recently that were met with considerable hysteria by what remains of the Democrat party and their stenographers in what passes for our “news” media. First, the purchase of Twitter by Elon Musk, who promised to restore freedom of speech there. Second, Tucker Carlson’s release of the videos of the Capitol riot that took place on the Jan. 6, 2021 given him by Republican Speaker of the House, Kevin McCarthy. The reasons for the hysteria in Liberal Land over both of these positive developments is that the Democrat-Media Collusion Team has been in charge of virtually all institutions since Jan. 6, 2021....

Tirien Steinbach helped derail a talk by a federal judge. The school says the talk's organizers should contact her for 'support.' Hours after Stanford University apologized to Fifth Circuit appellate judge Kyle Duncan for the disruption of his talk last week, administrators encouraged members of the law school's Federalist Society chapter, which sponsored Duncan's visit, to "reach out" to the same administrators—including the diversity dean—who aided and abetted the melee.

Intimidation of conservative Supreme Court Justices, including protests at their homes, has normalized intimidation of conservative jurists. It’s no surprise that it has trickled down to elite law schools and an attack on Fifth Circuit Judge Stuart Kyle Duncan. A crowd of jeering Stanford Law School students shouted down, yelled profanities and sexual mockery...at Fifth Circuit Judge Stuart Kyle Duncan. Stanford Law School Associate Dean for Diversity, Equity, And Inclusion Tirien Steinbach then intervened, not to admonish the students, but to spend several minutes berating the Judge for having the audacity to appear at Stanford Law School, which was traumatic to the students given his conservative judicial decisions.

Fifth Circuit appellate judge Stuart Kyle Duncan, who was shouted down by Stanford Law School students as administrators looked on in silence, says the protesters behaved like "dogshit." Now, in an interview with the Washington Free Beacon, Duncan is calling on the school to discipline the students who disrupted his talk and to fire the school’s associate dean of diversity, equity, and inclusion, who stepped in during the event to chastise him and deliver what the judge described as a "bizarre therapy session from hell."

The FBI may have abused the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) to spy on the very congressman tasked with overseeing FISA, according to revelations at a congressional hearing Thursday. Rep. Darin LaHood (R-IL), a member of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, said at a committee hearing that he has reason to believe that he is the unnamed congressman who, a recently declassified report from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) admitted, FBI agents wrongfully conducted a search on. LaHood is leading a working group tasked with oversight and renewal of Section 702 of FISA....

Tucker Carlson is locked in shredding the nonsense surrounding the January 6 riot, which has been sold to the public as a violent insurrection. The hyperbole knows no bounds as others have said that day was worse than Pearl Harbor or the 9/11 attacks, once again showing that liberals have no sense of history. Trump supporters killed Capitol Police officers; people took that seriously. And it’s all a lie.

In the latest stunning testimony from whistleblowers at the FBI, it has been alleged that the bureau actively used intelligence threat tags to label multiple groups of conservative activists as potential domestic terror threats. According to Just The News, one such whistleblower told the House Judiciary Committee over the weekend that a terrorist threat tag originally created to target far-left activists who threatened conservative Supreme Court justices after the overturning of Roe v. Wade was ultimately flipped to the opposite purpose, and instead became a marker for pro-life activists that the FBI considered dangerous for simply protesting at abortion clinics.

Once whetted, the appetite of the woke beast is insatiable. But one senses it is nearly sated in its hate feast against Scott Adams. How do you imagine the woke beast? It is rough, surely, and slouches towards some unprofitable venue, so not Bethlehem. I think of it as something ravenous but episodic in its appetites, a sort of Polyphemus for hire. It gorges in a destructive frenzy and then retreats to some dank corner to belch and sleep and slobber. The world, appalled by the spectacle of its rampage, instantly begins making excuses for its viciousness—were not its victims somehow to blame?

Vindman proposed that for $12 million in initial funding, his company Trident Support would bring support closer to the front lines by providing a logistical midpoint from which equipment could be distributed.

San Francisco residents lined up at a city board meeting last night to share their full-throated support of a wide-eyed reparations plan that would award every black resident $5million, wipe their personal debt, guarantee $97,000 incomes for 250 years and $1 homes. But no one at the emotional meeting - where residents burst into song and begged to be made 'whole' - asked how the struggling, debt-addled city might pay for it. Reparations are being considered in various Democratic cities around America as a means of providing compensation to the descendants of enslaved African-Americans.

After months of near-silence and innuendo, Florida Gov. and GOP presidential hopeful Ron DeSantis decided to speak about Ukraine, removing all doubt about his position. While his statement on Tucker Carlson’s Fox News show makes a handful of valid points, it is ridden with a fundamental misunderstanding of the war and US geopolitical interests. First, the good. DeSantis is correct to criticize the Biden administration’s lack of clear objectives in its support for “as long as it takes,” which is a recipe for a long and intractable conflict — which Americans would be right to reject.

Some electric vehicle (EV) manufacturers are scrapping the AM radio from their cars, claiming safety concerns. Although conservative talk radio dominates AM radio ratings, it is also considered a critical safety tool, as it is one of the primary ways that federal, state, and local officials communicate with the public during natural disasters and other emergencies. Automakers such as Ford and Tesla have ditched the AM radio from their newer EV models, arguing that the motors on EVs interfere with AM frequencies, creating buzzing and signal fading, according to a report by the Wall Street Journal.

Because we’re already a quarter of the way through 2023, and if the world can no longer be saved, if it’s too late to reverse climate change (which is a hoax), Greta and her fascist agenda are no longer relevant. After all, if it’s too late to save the world, we might as well party on, right?
