LA DA Gascon suspends prosecutor for misgendering
and 'deadnaming' trans child molester
accused of murder

Los Angeles District Attorney George Gascon has suspended the attorney who prosecuted a 26-year-old trans child molester who was accused of identifying as a woman only after DNA evidence linked her to a cold case crime, according to law enforcement sources. Shea Sanna, who had been the lead prosecutor for part of the case, is accused of misgendering and "deadnaming" the convicted child molester Hannah Tubbs, who is now accused of beating a man to death in the woods with a rock in Kern County. Sanna has argued in the past that jailhouse phone calls show Tubbs was attempting to use gender identity to game the justice system

Comments:

What's truly disgusting is that in their report, Fox News refers to the child molester as she. Tubbs was, is and always will be "he".

INSANITY. Public policies empowering mentally ill people and making them out to be 'victims' is a FAD. Like disco. This is proof to me that the Left is only about division and power. And also a sad commentary on the state of the current generation-since when do we suddenly see so many individuals 'confused' about their gender? Thoughts of Lenin and his useful idiots comments come to mind.

Hannah Tubbs is likely gaming the system. Many a male prisoner has claimed to be female attempting to get a transfer to a female prison, and there have been a number of rapes on females by these fake-women.

While I don't believe in the government paying for elective surgeries for criminals, I will make an exception for this animal. Before he steps foot in a women's prison, chop off his tiny "wee willie and dingle berries". When he is informed that that will be the cost for going to a women's prison, I'm guessing he will suddenly decide that maybe he is a man after all!!!!! But this is Cuba-fornia, and even worse, it is LA, so he will go to women's prison with all his parts intact, and the DA will be shocked -- shocked I tell you -- when he rapes several female prisoners his first week there!!!

Los Angeles ended up with a Soros DA. We have seen how that went elsewhere, not just in LA. OP is right. This man is a hardcore dangerous pervert who has molested at least twce (probably more) - his targets, children. About ten years ago I turned a man in to police when I saw him exposing himself in the children's area of our branch library on a quiet weekend morning. He was sitting crosslegged on the floor in the children's area where the librarian could not see him. He was pretending to read a magazine he had on his “lap”, covering open pants. Other than me, the only library patrons were a man and his young daughter. She was in the children's area while Dad was in the adult section. I walked around the small library and spotted this guy. Told librarian and also called police. A librarian at another branch ;ayrttold me that she had chased him off that property in the past. Clean cut looking young guy in tennis attire. Not a tranny. Dangerous to kids. You can’t go by their looks. As for this one, he is obviously gaming the Soros-Gascon system.

Last I checked, molesting children, beating people with rocks, and rape were all actual "Crimes", using someones official name, rather than their alias is NOT. I can agree with removing a law enforcement professional from duty if they commit a crime, stopping them from prosecuting criminals when they have done so legally is not a crime. Under the Gascon rubric, anyone that changes their name, for any reason, at anytime, cannot be prosecuted for crimes committed under their prior name...or names...even if the name change occurs after prosecution has already started.

State Sen. Chapin Rose, R-Mahomet, recently received rare statewide publicity when he tweaked the noses of Gov. J.B. Pritzker and his big-city supporters. In a tongue-in-cheek protest, he introduced the “If This Is Such a Good Idea, Let’s Start With You” Act. “The City of Chicago must convert Millennium Park into a solar-energy park by building solar-energy facilities on all open space and mounting solar-energy facilities on structures,” the bill states. The legislation also would require municipal officials in the Windy City to “place multiple wind-energy facilities in each public park.” What’s this about? A political double-cross, and a political disconnect.
