The Newsom Nuisance

With a classified document scandal encircling him like a vulture waiting on a wounded animal to succumb to its injuries, Joe Biden’s chances to be a presidential candidate next year are closing in on nil. So who will be the Democrats’ flagship candidate? The smart money says it will be the foolish Gavin Newsom. The California governor wouldn’t be the only candidate, of course. A lineup for the primaries is likely to include, at the least, current vice president and former U.S. senator from California Kamala Harris, as well as previous candidates Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg, and U.S. Sens. I detest this phony hypocrite as much as anyone, but he is the perfect Democrat. The media will absolutely love him. He has a pretty face and hair, is not overweight, and a nice smile. He talks well, is articulate, and does not mumble. When he decides to run for President, and I think he will, he will be chosen by the ruling elite as the next President, and all the Democrat money and support from the national media will be behind him. Name one other potential Democrat candidate who is anything like him. With the Democrat machine and electoral fraud, stolen votes, electronic manipulation, etc. it will take a miracle to defeat him. I am not optimistic for any Republican's chances in the next election. I am totally in support and will vote for DeSantis but I would also vote for Trump if he is the nominee.

They're all clowns. Sanders is an unapologetic socialist, and all the others are socialists pretending to be moderates. If they pretend-moderates all run, they will split the non-socialist vote and Sanders will take the nomination. That's exactly what would have happened in 2020 if the panicked Democratic Party leadership hadn't persuaded Warren, Klobuchar, and Mayor Pete to drop out within days of each other.

Demented, inept and corrupt Joe will be the Dem’s candidate in 2024. He doesn’t have to campaign, he doesn’t have to make speeches, he doesn’t even need to hold a press conference to receive 81+ million votes in 2024. If a brain damage Fetterman can be elected by the Dem ballot stuffers in PA, so can Joe in all the blue states that matter. So, don’t bother speculating about Newsome or Mrs Train Wreck Buttigieg, since Joe isn’t going away. Biden is a figure head that our “news and entertainment media” protect no matter how much he and his policies fail. Remember, Biden is going to Poland and possibly Ukraine next week so his staff can make videos for his 2024 campaign.

Assuming that Newsom is the 2024 candidate, I guarantee that he has a better than 50/50 chance of winning. He will go into the general election as the favored candidate whether or not he really is. The press adores a leftist and a leftist that is reasonably attractive and can string two sentences together is an absolute wet dream. Any Republican candidate is literally Hitler. Look...... Algore lost the presidency by 500 votes. "We" elected Obama TWICE. Never mind that 20 years previously he would have been laughed off of the stage for his views. Hillary won the popular vote but managed to lose the electoral vote. And, "allegedly" Biden won the election not knowing where he was on any given day and rarely leaving his basement. Pennsylvania elected Fetterman and for reasons I can't discern, Georgia re-elected Warnock. Newsom would be the candidate to BEAT. While I have no doubt that DeSantis would literally tear him to shreds, I do doubt the intelligence of the voters.

While spending the country into ruin, President Joe Biden likes to portray himself as a fiscal conservative who has cut the deficit in half in the past two years. But a new report from the non-partisan Congressional Budget Office shows just how big a lie this is — a 5 1/2 trillion dollar lie, to be exact. During his State of the Union speech last week, Biden not only claimed that “my administration has cut the deficit by more than $1.7 trillion — the largest deficit reduction in American history,” he also claimed that he’s a miser compared to Donald Trump. “Under

Almost exactly two years ago today, the New York Times ran an article headlined: “Biden and Fed Leave 1970s Inflation Fears Behind.” That story has not aged well. Neither have the troika of ideologues and imbeciles behind the rebirth of ‘70s-era inflation. On Tuesday, the Bureau of Labor Statistics reported that prices climbed 0.5% in January, which is up from December’s 0.1% hike. Prices were up 6.4% over the year before, which is higher than economists had been predicting and comes amid warnings that inflationary pressures are building again. This all comes one week after President Biden reassured the nation that “here at home, inflation is coming down.”

Hot, cold, wet, dry, sunny, clear, snow, no snow – it doesn’t matter, it’s caused by global warming, the climate alarmists tell us over and again. Their desperation is palpable, the cords that keep them tethered to reality fraying more than ever, their charade coming apart. For more than 30 years, the crisis peddlers have carried the narrative that man’s carbon dioxide emissions are creating an existential threat. They’ve cajoled, bullied, lied, deceived, screeched and burned an immense volume of fossil fuels to get their hard-left agenda codified and executive ordered, and they have some successes to refer to. But their efforts have been, and always will be, useless.

No question about it: Americans are hurting from the surging inflation that began early in President Joe Biden’s first term and that has persisted ever since. Indeed, as the latest I&I/TIPP Poll shows, a large majority of Americans now say the sharp rise in inflation has caused them financial hardship. With inflation running at an average annual rate of 8% last year and 4.7% the year before, Americans are feeling the pinch. In this month’s online I&I/TIPP Poll, taken Feb. 1-3 from 1,358 adults across the nation, we asked the following question: “How much of a hardship has inflation caused you and your family over the past two years?”

At about the mid-point of President Joe Biden’s State of the Union speech, he went off script. If you missed the importance of it, so did we, until we read about it on PJ Media. Because it confirms exactly what we’ve been saying was the real cause of high gas prices – namely, Biden’s war on energy. According to the official transcript of the speech, Biden was supposed to say: You may have noticed that Big Oil just reported record profits. Last year, they made $200 billion in the midst of a global energy crisis. It’s outrageous. They invested too little

State of the Union speeches are known for stretching the truth in some cases, and outright lying in others. President Biden’s speech, one of the longest ever, was filled with both. Case in point: Illegal immigration. Biden repeated he wants Congress to reform border security. In fact, what he really wants is to blame someone else for the deadly chaos he has created on our border. During Tuesday’s SOTU speech, rowdy Republicans yelled out, “Secure the border!” as Biden began talking about immigration. He responded, “you got it!” Were the Republicans rude? Perhaps a tad. But

The public health community is nothing if not determined to keep COVID on everyone’s mind, so much so that it is now playing up the alleged horrors of “long COVID,” the symptoms of which are vague enough that just about anyone could probably claim to have it. There is, however, a genuine long-COVID crisis. But it has nothing to do with the virus. At least not directly. It’s the fact that Democrats used the pandemic to quietly but dramatically expand government dependency, knowing that once in place, these expansions will be hard to uproot. Republicans, naturally, were clueless about what the left was up to. Take Medicaid.

Joe Biden will ramble through his second State of the Union speech tonight and will tell us that all is well. But just like the blundering president, this nation is ailing. Three years ago, before our miserable “leaders” made the worst public policy decision in history and told us to hide in our basements, nearly half of Americans thought their country, while politically divided, was moving in the right direction. Inflation was low, as were energy prices, and employment was high. The economy had been growing steadily until it was interrupted by panicked policymakers (most of them Democrats). The country was at peace,

The online I&I/TIPP Poll asked 1,358 Americans a simple question: “Are you better off today than you were two years ago, or not?” Possible responses were “Yes, better off,” “No, not better off,” and “Not sure.” The poll, which was taken from Feb.

New Census data show that roughly half of the states had net gains in population in 2022, and the other half net losses, thanks to what’s called internal migration. The winners were almost entirely red states, the losers blue. There’s a huge opportunity for conservatives, if they seize it. Think about this migration trend for a minute. The map below shows the net migration of hundreds of thousands of people in 2022. (On this map, which is a screenshot from CBS News’ website, the redder a state the more people it lost, and the bluer the more it gained.) Notice

On February 9, New Jersey Italian restaurant Nettie’s House of Spaghetti, despite having a name that makes it sound like a children’s restaurant, issued a statement across its social media accounts that beginning in early March, they would no longer allow children under 10 to dine at the restaurant. The announcement made headlines and points to the perennial debate over whether banning kids under a certain age from eating at restaurants is reasonable. This debate is, of course, not new. There will always be a steady stream of new children coming to restaurants with their parents, and some of those children will act in accordance with their developmental tendencies.

That is now an annual requirement. The aim is to deliver “equitable outcomes” for all Americans, including underserved communities, through government policies, programs, and services.

Rupert Murdoch and Fox News hosts expressed disbelief in former President Donald Trump’s false election fraud claims, according to evidence released from Dominion Voting Systems’ $1.6 billion lawsuit against Fox Corp and its cable-TV networks. In court papers filed Thursday, text messages and testimony from depositions show that Fox executives and TV personalities were skeptical about claims that the election between the victorious Joe Biden, a Democrat, and Trump, a Republican, was rigged. The release follows months of discovery and depositions that have remained private until Thursday, when the companies filed court papers before a Delaware judge laying out each of their cases and unveiling recently gathered evidence.
