It’s clear now that both impeachments of Donald Trump were shabby partisan affairs that will be remembered as shameful episodes in American history. But they happened, and that’s that — or is it? Now House Speaker Kevin McCarthy has suggested that the impeachments could be “expunged.” Mediaite reported Friday that McCarthy “said at his first official presser in the job that he and the House GOP majority might ‘look at’ the idea of expunging ex-president Donald Trump’s impeachments.”
If this could actually be done, it would be a matter of simple justice. The first impeachment was over a phone call Trump had with Volodymyr Zelensky

Should never have happened as there was nothing President Trump did but to get
America back to our founding principles.
Soros’ and Zero’s evil and malice are what needed to to be expunged from America.

It just seems all they do is their own business - not the business of running the dang country. No functioning corporation could remain alive if it's CEOs spent the vast majority of their time accusing, investigating, fighting and backstabbing each other to the extent our leadership does. And for all this self-centered expose' on how poorly they've conducted themselves - they've quietly rewarded themselves with hefty pay raises and bonuses for the progress they've made destroying the nation. And as their excrement increasingly hits the fan blades, it is we who are splattered. They are well covered.

Stop using terms like considering, might, or possibly. Just do it or don't talk about it.

I'd rather they expunge Trump's impeachments than waste time on a Biden impeachment. That is, of course, unless they actually have the goods on Biden. Then we'd have to survive the two years of enterainment from Kamala.

McCarthy gets good grades on symbolic gestures so far. Expunging Trump's impeachments would be a GREAT move and (I believe), unlike legislation, would not be subject to a Senate vote or a Presidential veto. Now let's see if McCarthy and the House GOP can continue the momentum when it counts.

DJT was naive in his request to Zelensky
to investigate Biden.
The fiX was already in place, and the billions of
U.S. dollars pouring into the Ukraine is proof of that.

While they're at it, how about expunging the fraudulent election of the Conniver in Chief.

Is this why Trump backed McCarthy for speaker?

#3 your argument looks disingenuous. Expungement is just a vote not a year of labor. There are 216 Reps and they have staff. They can find time for all that they choose to do, them and their three day work weeks. Sounds as if you are practicing arguments against the GOP pushback....

Usually what the Congress does they can undo. But today will a majority in the House of Representatives actually vote to expunge Trump’s past impeachment proceedings? That may be doubtful as the wimpy Republicans are most of the time hamstrung by their RINO class that usually causes the wimpy Republicans, at least in the past, to “cave” to aggressive leftist Democrat demands.

Wait! That will destroy six years of work for Pelosi, Schiff, Nadler, Liz Cheney, the FBI, Bill Barr, John Durham and the entire team of Trump's lawyers. Are you saying they wasted all of that time and we paid for it?

The "impeachments" were Korrupt Kangaroo Kourt operations by a really deranged, nasty political hack and her evil minions. There was "no there, there".
