COVID Tyranny: Federal Judge Rules 'Public
Safety' Overrides Personal Medical Autonomy

A federal judge seated in Montana, The Honorable Donald W. Molloy, recently ruled that “public safety” trumps individual autonomy over what gets injected into your body. Via PBS: A person’s choice to decline vaccinations does not outweigh public health and safety requirements in medical settings, a federal judge ruled in a Montana case. U.S. District Judge Donald Molloy last week permanently blocked a section of law the state said was meant to prevent employers — including many health care facilities — from discriminating against workers by requiring them to be vaccinated against communicable diseases, including COVID-19. “The public interest in protecting the general populace against vaccine-preventable diseases in health care settings

“The public interest in protecting the general populace against vaccine-preventable diseases in health care settings using safe, effective vaccines is not outweighed by the hardships experienced to accomplish that interest, Annnnnd, there's the rub... Not safe. Not effective. Mandated by cowardly toadies.

First of all, it’s not really a vaccine and it’s mostly ineffective. Now they say you need one, two, three, four boosters to work. The deadly side effects now outweigh any potential and overrated benefits. I am retired and can tell them to KMA but others are not so lucky. Funny how they never demanded quarantines, bath house lockdowns and intense tracing of the infected with AIDS. Might hurt their feelings, you know, so they let hundreds of thousands die due to political correctness.

I would like to know how a federal judge is involved in a Montana state law. Unfortunately the writer doesn’t provide that information, instead he rants about the dangers of the vaccine. I would like to know who brought suit against the law and how it ended up in a federal court. I’m troubled that a state law, which to me is very sensible, can be overturned by a federal judge.

Well, in that case you da Judge need to get injections for Covid until you finally get so many medical problems you have to Vacate your seat. This decision is so bad I can't even begin to understand it, other than the likely fact that this Judge is a Democrap and hates Everyone but his Marxist buddies!

“The public interest in protecting the general populace against vaccine-preventable diseases in health care settings" DOES NOT APPLY HERE. The JABS are NOT "vaccines." PERIOD. The injections were, and have subsequently been PROVEN to be, NEITHER safe nor effective. IF they are THAT effective, why do we need BOOSTERS? The honorable judge would find a much more receptive audience in Canada or maybe CHINA, where freedom is already abridged by sheep, or is non-existent.

Judge Molloy needs to reread his constitution and just get the heck out of the medical profession. He and others don't have the right to force me with my health issues to get a toxic poison jabbed into my arm. Not to mention I believe that this jab is the Mark mentioned in the Bible NT. God says woe to those who take this Mark into/onto themselves and I believe Him. Besides, the judge is obviously ignoring all the news that has been trickling out all over the world. This Jab doesn't protect you, in point of fact, it gives you covid.

The ruling involved people who work in a healthcare setting such as a hospital. Having worked in hospitals for decades, it's probably the worst place to be if you're sick. Remember, every patient is there because of some health issue. If they weren't sick, they wouldn't be there. Funny how this issue is only an issue when it comes to the Covid non-vaccine. If the Covid shot actually prevented someone from getting Covid, then I don't think it would be an issue. Healthcare workings are required to provide proof that they have been vaccinated against a variety of diseases on a yearly basis. It not only prevents the hospital workers from getting sick, but it also prevents the patients from getting sick. Again, this whole ordeal becomes an issue ONLY with the Covid shots. They don't work, and they cause issues that are becoming well documented.

Anyone who has ever seen a Hollywood dystopian action flick knows that the more automated life becomes, the closer we are to huddling in giant, underground cities while an elite few humans battle the machines for dominance of the planet. When it comes to law enforcement activities, the use of artificial intelligence takes on a particularly sinister feel. San Francisco recently suspended its killer robot program after Americans discovered it has an actual killer robot program. Robotic aids, not unlike those sent in to examine and contain bombs, had been approved for use against violent suspects in some “extreme situations.”
