So, on Gettr yesterday, I blasted the LGBTQ+ community for the behavior I witnessed on social media, taking place at several pride parades nationwide and in Canada. We've seen so much degeneracy recently that it's difficult to look around at it all and wonder why no one who identifies as being part of the whole LGBTQ+ thing ever speaks up against it. Well, I guess I just hadn't seen this guy's open letter now circulating on Twitter.

For the last couple of weeks, my parish has had a woman speak after the mass ended pleading for support for a crisis pregnancy center. I recognized the speaker as the head of a pro-life local group that I had once joined years ago.
My first involvement was a peaceful protest in front of Rep. Susan Molinari's district office and her voting record did not sit well with this woman. When I heard her yell through a mega phone that G od would punish Molinari for supporting abortion, that ended my connection with this group.
Let me be very clear, I am forever pro-life.

It is amazing how many people seem to have discovered last Wednesday that riots are wrong -- when many of those same people apparently had not noticed that when riots went on, for weeks or even months, in various cities across the country last year.
For too many people, especially in the media, what is right and wrong, true or false, depends on who it helps or hurts politically. Too many media people who are supposed to be reporters act as if they are combatants in political wars.

Elizabeth Holmes, the founder of scandal-ridden health tech company Theranos, is set to go on trial next summer to face criminal charges for allegedly defrauding investors, doctors and the public, the Associated Press reported.
Holmes founded Theranos in 2003, claiming that the company would be able to conduct clinical tests using only small amounts of blood, an innovation that would revolutionize blood testing and healths services.
Starting in 2013, the Justice Department alleges, Holmes and former company president Ramesh "Sunny" Balwani started making grand claims to investors about the company and its technology that were false or misleading.

Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan warned parts of the East Coast could be "swallowed by the ocean" in a dissenting Supreme Court opinion in an environmental regulation case Thursday.
"If the current rate of emissions continues, children born this year could live to see parts of the Eastern seaboard swallowed by the ocean," Kagan wrote in her dissent.
Justices Stephen Breyer and Sonia Sotomayor joined Kagan's dissent in the 6-3 case.

President Joe Biden on Thursday said that American motorists should expect to pay elevated prices for gasoline until the Russia–Ukraine war is over.
In a press conference following the NATO summit in Madrid, Biden was questioned about how long people should pay higher gas prices.

An alleged intruder is in critical condition after being shot by a 93-year-old Moreno Valley, California, homeowner early Wednesday morning.
