Twitter creator and former CEO, Jack Dorsey, hasn’t been America’s favorite person, nor should he be. He is one of the architects of Twitter’s hard-left, speech-silencing ways, after all. In what many would consider a strange turn of events, Dorsey seems to have found his voice about the problems going on behind the scenes at Twitter. Recently, Twitter pulled out a nuclear option called a “poison pill” that would flood the market with new shares of Twitter should any one person acquire more than 15 percent of the company, effectively making the current stocks worth far less and stopping a hostile takeover from happening.

The U.S. Department of Justice says it will appeal a ruling that eliminated COVID-19 mask mandates for public transportation if the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) deems it necessary.

Ezra Miller has been arrested for second-degree assault in Hawaii, less than four weeks after the “Flash” and “Fantastic Beasts” star was arrested for disorderly conduct and harassment in Hilo, Hawaii.
Miller was arrested early Tuesday morning after an incident at a private residence in Pāhoa. Patrol officers responded to a report of an assault that occurred at a get-together in the Leilani Estates subdivision in lower Puna. According to the Hawaii Police Department, Miller allegedly became irate after being asked to leave and threw a chair, striking a 26-year-old woman on the forehead and resulting in an approximate half-inch cut. The woman refused treatment for the injury.

But on Monday, it came from the unlikeliest of sources: Chris Licht, who is about to take over Jeff Zucker’s old role as head of CNN. Uber and Lyft lifted their respective mask requirements for U.S. passengers and drivers on Tuesday, one day after a federal judge overturned the Biden administration’s mask mandate for air travel and public transportation.
“Riders and drivers are not required to wear masks when using Uber,” the rideshare app told users in a message on Tuesday. “However, the CDC still recommends wearing a mask if you have certain personal risk factors and/or high transmission levels in your area.”

Now, David Zaslav, the Warner Bros. Discovery head who is taking over the conglomerate that includes CNN and a variety of other entertainment networks, is speaking out on his intentions. He sat with Oprah Winfrey this past week, outlined some of the changes that would be coming, and bashed “advocacy networks.”
The CEO told Winfrey that CNN needs to be about reporting and truth and facts.
