SAN FRANCISCO — Authorities in California are asking for the public’s help in identifying a woman who allegedly fed wild coyotes in San Francisco. A recent photo snapped by officials with San Francisco Animal Care and Control shows the woman allegedly holding a platter of raw meat in San Francisco’s Bernal Heights Park, KTVU reported. “You are looking at a woman bringing a tray of meat to coyotes,” Virginia Donohue, executive director of San Francisco Animal Care and Control, told KRON. “On days when she is not there, the coyotes wait for her. They know somebody is coming with a
Better to have coyotes roaming your neighborhood than homeless addicts. Both relieve themselves in the streets but the former might destroy your cat; the latter - you.

I never go to SF anymore for any reason.
It has nothing to do with wild coyotes getting fed.

How do you know they aren't rabid? If they are still hungry they would kill people's pets. Can see why city officials want to stop this. Too bad they fail to see the problems with homeless and illegal wandering the streets.

Shoot the dang coyotes and there won't be a problem with feeding them. Pretty simple actually.

Woman is in Big Trouble when the San Fran Sissies find out it wasn't Free Range Meat. She should have tried to teach Wiley E. Coyote to eat kale.

Most of the West used to have bounties on coyotes. Don't know about now. I've got coyote packs right across the road from me, on the other side of a subdivision, and we hear they yapping when they are killing someone's cat or dog at night. I've seen a pair of them go after a large rottweiler that I wouldn't have messed with. Must have been near their den. My neighbors are "egregious coyote feeders." They keep their cats and dogs out at night.

Don’t understand people who hate wild animals! Let’s just go kill eveything wild that comes in our yard? Wow! Certainly aren’t outdoors people!

I don't hate wild animals, but I will protect what little livestock we have from coyotes, bobcats or whatever comes on to our property.

Here in the FL Panhandle we’ve got Coyotes, Black Bear, Red Fox, Coon, ‘possum, etc roaming our subdivision adjoining the Eglin ranges which are mostly wilderness.........been putting our bones and scraps out for them every night on a low stump and it’s all gone by morning. Walked out there one morning after I didn’t put anything out and was met by a big turtle who I swear gave me the evil eye because there was nothing there.

Ignore those caught on video murdering people on the street and stealing their $950 worth of designer clothing and cosmetics every day. Be on the lookout for the coyote feeder! The joke is on San Franciscans, the coyotes will soon own their city and probably keep it cleaner than the animals that currently live there.

In my neck of the woods we shoot coyotes on sight. Apparently in San Francisco it’s “nice doggie.”
