Attorney General Merrick Garland has been accused of breaking his pledge to be 'nonpolitical' by sharing a statement blasting election laws in Republican-led Georgia as he honored the anniversary of civil rights legend Rep. John Lewis' death. Garland and the Department of Justice have gone after the state of Georgia over its voting law which he argues violates federal law by inhibiting voting rights on the basis of race. The Justice Department sued the state in June after Republican Governor Brian Kemp signed a 98-page election law in March that made numerous changes to how elections will be administered,

here is NOTHING in any of the Georgia Election Laws that even "Mentions Race", in any way, shape, or form. What is it about these "Racist Dog Whistles" where it is ONLY Lefties that can hear them? (It has become Racist to treat people equal I guess, something Repubs have promoted and voted to do since the very formation of the Repub party)

The democrats are morally bankrupt! No pledge, promise or oath means spit to these people! The oath of office is truly a joke to all of them!

I suspect there's some payback in his current activism. He probably thinks he was cheated out of a place on the Supreme Court. He's forever lost his shot at an appointment. If someone dies while Senile Joe or Camel Toe are in office, they won't nominate him, but an avowed leftist hack like the "Wise Latina."

Much kudos to Sen. McConnell for keeping this nasty lying political hack off of the Supreme Court.
Not any kind of a fan of China Mitch, but he did a good thing with that one.

The opposition to the Election Integrity reforms on racist grounds, is bases totally on the outright RACIST Ancient Demonrat Myth, that Blacks, POC's and members of other minority "victim" groups are dimwitted, ignorant and totally incompetent in the principles and way of voting in elections in the USA. They are unable to obtain a Photo ID document even if issued for them free by the Government and even if they have them they will not know how to use them at election time. In addition they are also incapable of understanding the rules concerning where when and how to vote on the basis of their residential addresses. This latter issue raises the question as to WHO VOTES FOR THEM NOW???

Anyone who thought Merrick Garland is an independent or even moderate, needs to be remind of recent history.
Barrack Hussein Obama nominated him to SCOTUS. If you really think Obama would nominate anyone other than a far left activist to any position then you have not been paying attention.

It's not that Garland and the rest of the Bidenites aren't fascists. They are.
It's just that their actions and reactions are so ham-fisted and artless.
Biden may as well be holding a shopping list. Today gun control, tomorrow racism, etc. Boring, pro forma stuff. It's just as well because the shuffling old fool can't even order ice cream without pulling a note from his pocket.
Garland is like the rest of the reactionaries under Biden, smug and lazy until it's time to scramble when they are caught out politically and strategically.
In one of life's ironies, Garland has already demonstrated he's a hack who had no business on the Supreme Court. So much for all the caterwauling about his nomination.

If as 9 suggests, Garland never gets his Supine Corpse position, when an opening arises, perhaps they will use that as a convenient ploy to sideline harris. And heaven help us with who they shoehorn in as Veep.

Attorney General Merrick Garland once again proves that he should never, never, NEVER be put on the Supreme Court. Anybody this biased obviously would not render impartial justice under the law. Even as Attorney General he is supposed to 'uphold and defend the Constitution.' I wonder if he has ever read it, much less, understands it.

I call's um the way I see's um.
All democrats are Marxist Communist Global One World Government working for Lucifer (Satan) just as God our Father states. They are all antichrists. Read their DNC party platform where they denied any mention of God our Father, Christianity in their organization. Their goal is the destruction of all who are not Lucifer's (Satan's).

A liberal's pledge is worthless and they are never held accountable. For example:
"That means that no matter how we reform health care, we will keep this promise to the American people: If you like your doctor, you will be able to keep your doctor, period. If you like your health-care plan, you’ll be able to keep your health-care plan, period. No one will take it away, no matter what.”

Boy---did we dodge a bullet with this guy re: the Supreme Court. We KNEW what we were getting with "the girls": checking the female (and maybe gay) and Hispanic boxes in terms of qualifications, and we can live with it. But Garland was put forth as this non-biased, heroically follows the law individual who was being blocked from his rightful place as one of the great Supremes. Wow!
