WASHINGTON, D.C. — On the final day of “Pride Month” the Biden White House hosted an online event pandering to gender-confused persons, during which top members of the Administration urged children to report transgender “discrimination.” The Biden Administration also sent out a warning that the Department of Justice (DOJ) is coming after states instituting laws resisting transmania.
Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights at the DOJ, Kristen Clarke, declared that state laws protecting girls’ sports from infiltration by gender-confused boys “single out and target transgender youth” and “violate both the Constitution and Title IX.” She added that state laws banning “gender-affirming” procedures for youth are “rooted in bias and prejudice.”

LinkedIn has reinstated the account of mRNA vaccine technology inventor Dr. Robert Malone, who said his page was deleted last week after he made comments about mRNA COVID-19 vaccines and questioned whether they’re appropriate to give to certain groups of people.
In a Twitter post on Monday evening, Malone said he’d received a “very kind and personal note from a senior executive of LinkedIn,” and shared, with permission, an anonymized version of the message.
“Dr. Malone’s account has been fixed as of this morning,” (Snip) “I’d like to apologize on behalf of LinkedIn—we’re just not good enough at detangling complicated, subtle scientific claims concurrent with similar (but different) misinformation coming from others.”

U.S. Soccer responded to allegations the women’s national team slighted a World War II veteran and the American flag during a match with Mexico on Monday.
A video clip showed some members of the women’s team facing away from the veteran, Pete DuPre, who was playing the harmonica for the U.S. national anthem.(snip)“To be clear, no one turned their back on WWII Veteran Pete DuPré during tonight’s anthem. Some USWNT players were simply looking at the flag on a pole in one end of the stadium,” the organization tweeted. “The players all love Pete, thanked him individually after the game, and signed a ball for him.”

Public school enrollment in 2020–2021 fell by 3 percent nationally compared to a year earlier, according to preliminary data from the U.S. Department of Education’s National Center for Education Statistics (NCES), with pre-K and kindergarten jointly seeing a sharp 13-percent drop.
The stark numbers represent the biggest year-over-year decline in enrollment since the start of the century, with the drop concentrated among the youngest learners, the NCES figures show.

Rep. Thomas Massie (R-Ky.) said he was informed by some members of the U.S. military that they would leave if the armed forces mandated a COVID-19 vaccine, coming after a report claimed Army headquarters told commanders to prepare for mandatory vaccinations in September.
“I’ve been contacted by members of our voluntary military who say they will quit if the COVID vaccine is mandated. I introduced HR 3860 to prohibit any mandatory requirement that a member of the Armed Forces receive a vaccination against COVID-19. It now has 24 sponsors,” Massie wrote on Twitter. He didn’t provide more details.
It’s not clear how the service members could quit or how many

Energy company TC Energy has said it’s seeking $15 billion in damages from the United States government over President Joe Biden’s decision to cancel the Keystone XL pipeline project.
In a statement on July 2, the Canada-based company said it had filed a notice of intent with the State Department to begin a legacy North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) claim under the United States–Mexico–Canada Agreement.
The company said it aims to “recover economic damages resulting from the revocation of the Keystone XL Project’s Presidential Permit,” adding that it suffered a loss of more than $15 billion “as a result of the U.S. Government’s breach of its NAFTA obligations.”

This Fourth of July holiday we might pause for a moment from our festivities to ask how we collectively lost our minds over the last 15 months—and are we yet regaining any semblance of our sanity?
A pandemic caused by the leak of a Chinese-engineered virus and its coverup was cause enough for nationwide madness. But the spread of COVID–19 was followed by a nationalized and often politicized “flatten-the-curve” quarantine that soon ensured a stir-crazy nation. Tens of millions saw no people, and heard nothing human other than what was fed to them through television and computers. No wonder they grew paranoid, conspiratorial, and angry, and soon forgot the therapeutic

President Donald John Trump seems determined to get re-elected for a second time in 2024. I am not going to tell him how to campaign, because I am confident in his political abilities. My concern is about governance. He must learn from the mistakes of the first term.
He was too nice.
He was too trusting.
He was too dependent up Republicans in Washington, who are too interested in enriching themselves than in serving the public.(Snip)
In Term II, Trump needs to clean house and fire every political appointee, because they are unreliable lifers. Tony Fauci is the best example of these builders of bureaucracies that are insulated from accountability.

First things first, it is not my intent to outline the entire history of how we got to this place where the intelligence community now acts as the superseding fourth branch of government. Such an effort would be exhausting and only take our discussion away from understanding the current dynamic.
History has provided enough warnings from Dwight D Eisenhower (military aspect), to John F Kennedy (CIA aspect), to Richard Nixon (FBI aspect), to all modern versions of warnings and frustrations from HPSCI Devin Nunes and ODNI Ric Grenell. None of those prior reference points are invalid and all prior documented outlines of historical reference are likely true and accurate.

We recently discussed the latest disclosures from the laptop of Hunter Biden showing new business dealings leveraging access to his father — and further contradicting President Joe Biden’s repeated denials of any knowledge or involvement with his son’s deals. Now there is a new disclosure of $100,000 given to the Biden grandchildren by former FBI Director Louis Freeh, who was seeking business deals with the Bidens. As usual, there remains a virtual blackout on the Biden laptop or the mounting evidence of Hunter Biden’s influence peddling.(Snip)
Freeh reportedly made the gift in April 2016 to the trust for the children of Hunter’s late brother, Beau Biden,

Moderator Chris Wallace asked President Trump during Tuesday’s debate why he “directed federal agencies to end racial sensitivity training that addresses white privilege or critical race theory.” Mr. Trump answered: “I ended it because it’s racist.” Participants “were asked to do things that were absolutely insane,” he explained. “They were teaching people to hate our country.”
“Nobody’s doing that,” Joe Biden replied. He’s wrong.
My reporting on critical race theory in the federal government was the impetus for the president’s executive order, so I can say with confidence that these training sessions had nothing to do with developing “racial sensitivity.”

McDonald’s has its “Happy Meals,” so it’s only fair that Joe Biden has his “Happy Times.” The Fourth of July weekend is one of those bright, smiling occasions that normally begets happiness, though in truth the White House occupant was not smiling on Friday when reporters ventured to ask him about the decision (I won’t say his decision) to turn over Bagram Airfield to the Afghans after nearly 20 years, $2 trillion in taxpayer money spent, and thousands of U.S. casualties.
Question for the future: what did we get for all that blood and treasure? Don’t answer now, just put it on your mental to-do list.
Comments:
Even his own political appointees must go. Surber is a great fan of President Trump. This is very strong stuff, intended to benefit him.
