Biden’s divisive and false Tulsa speech

The 100th anniversary of the Tulsa Massacre, in which black residents were murdered in bloody riots, was an opportunity for Joe Biden to be the uniter he promised to be. Instead the president gave a speech with more partisan ire than lofty ideas; more condemnation of America than belief in it.
The horror of Tulsa, where at least 39 died and likely many more as whites burned down “Black Wall Street,” is a too-often forgotten dark chapter of our history, and it’s right to highlight it.But Biden suggested that the nation hasn’t come very far in the past century, and diminished the tragedy by pretending today’s voting laws are somehow equivalent.

When are as many tears going to shed for each poor child murdered in drug-dealer crossfire as there are for St. Floyd the Violent Felon? How long does it take to get to 39 murdered blacks in Chicago? I'm told their lives matter, but clearly not as much as the Tulsa lives. Why do we let other people decide who we care about and who we don't? History 20 years ago is more relevant to this issue than 100 years ago. 20 years of exploiting a minority group for political gain and passing the buck on who is wrong has lead to a disaster for America - and a boon for the Democrats.

Old Joe just reads (barely) what his handlers put up on the teleprompter. His "principles," if he ever had any, were lost in his slide to senility.
His claim about being a "uniter" becomes more and more preposterous by the day.
He could be a permanent fount of hilarity on SNL if Lorne Michael wasn't such a leftist and Biden's ridiculousness wasn't so dangerous.
Expect Putin to eat him for lunch at their "summit."

No surprise, Biden is just continuing on with the extreme leftist Democrat divisiveness in that speech that he has consistently shown on racial issues since he was installed in the White House by the corrupt DC “system”. That’s not going to end until either Biden is wheeled off to some five star rest home, or the wimpy Republicans neuter Biden by taking control of the Congress by way of the 2022 Congressional elections.
Of course if Biden is relieved by Harris the divisiveness will only get worse. You have to wonder why Biden is making such a big deal about the Tulsa incident that occurred over 100 years ago that nobody alive in the USA in this modern era has any responsibility for instigating, other then to pander to low information potential socialist Democrat Black voters. All the time while ignoring the current really important issues that are adversely effecting the American people?

Biden's speech, as usual, was empty words and statements of the obvious. Blacks have every opportunity that whites have. I have seen the change over the 80 plus years I have been alive. I have seen grandchildren of a severely prejudiced grandmother show no prejudice against any race. I have seen blacks used as comedy relief in movies move to blacks in the lead in movies. There are more blacks and other races depicted in advertisements on TV than ever before, yet the socialist democrats continue to say that there is systemic prejudice in the states.

Hey Joe, I don't believe we can move past events like the Tulsa Massacre until you Democrats apologize for your role in murdering those those black men and women. The blood falls squarely on your party, not whites in general. From Slavery, KKK, Indian displacement, Japanese Interment, Jim Crow etc. It is all Democrats instigated and executed. Come on man, take some responsibility.

Biden presented his speech as if the Tulsa tragedy happened yesterday, not 100 years ago. In Biden's version of history, evil Republicans rampaged through the prosperous Black area of Tulsa killing Blacks and burning their businesses because they were successful. Biden's goal is to enflame the racial divisions in this country and prove to Black people that yes, they really are persecuted by conservative white people even today! His revisionist history politicizes the story so much, it barely resembles what really happened. Why couldn't Biden just acknowledge that, yes, a terrible tragedy happened 100 years ago. Our county has changed and the racism and discrimination of the past has greatly improved. Yes there is still work to do but we still offer the best opportunity of any country in the world for Black people to advance with perseverance and hard work.

For so many people claiming that BLM, there has not been ONE protest against the constant violence in the Black communities. I ask one SJW to walk the streets on Friday and Saturday nights, mourn the victims and try to bring peace to these devastated areas. It won’t happen because I doubt anyone really cares.

If you really want to play identity politics here about “white supremacists,” then let’s dig down one more layer: the Tulsa riots were conducted by mainly white DEMOCRATS against mainly black REPUBLICANS. If any reparations are paid, they should rightly be borne by the DEMOCRAT Party.
