The United States Supreme Court just announced that it will take up a Mississippi abortion case that could potentially affect the so-called right to abortion in the entire country and blue checks on Twitter are giving their doom and gloom responses. SCOTUS announced on May 17 that it would provide a ruling on a controversial abortion ban from the state of Mississippi and hear the case next fall. The Mississippi law – passed in 2018 but blocked by lower courts – banned all abortions after 15 weeks of pregnancy.
LifeSiteNews summed up the threat to Roe, writing that SCOTUS is now set to hear the case “which challenges the ‘viability’

It should be a slam dunk given the supposed "conservative majority" on the SCOTUS.
But we all know that is a joke.
This has to be how the "end times" feels!!!

SCOTUS would not strike down Roe vs. Wade. Way too many liberals there.
Only Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alitto have a proven conservative record.

I hate to be negative, but this is the same supreme court that told us we have no standing when it came to the fraud. I have zero confidence that they will overturn Roe v. Wade. I keep wondering what the point of them even taking it is, to fool us into thinking we have a representative government? Things aren't going so well for the deep state in the election audits.

Prediction: Roe v. Wade will be left intact by a 5-4 vote, with Chief Judas Roberts writing the opinion, and Clarence Thomas writing the dissenting opinion.

#4, The SCOTUS is taking it up now because it is a win-win for democrats. Democrats will blame the conservatives on the Court if the vote is favorable to pro-lifers. That would gin up their base and they will push to pack the Court. If the decision goes in favor of the pro-abortioners, they claim victory and continue the genocide. Personally, I look for it to decide in favor of the pro-lifers because democrats need a reason to pack the Court and this would give them the perfect one. Every pro-abortion advocate in the country would become unhinged and demand more Justices be seated. Then they would simply bring another case before the Court that would do exactly what they want. Voila! They own the entire government. A packed Supreme Court, stolen Presidency and a corrupt Congress, and let’s not forget the criminal bureaucracy. It just warms the heart...

The Court will decide that some provisions in the Mississippi Statue are unconstitutional.

With 6 Catholics on the court the result should be a slam dunk. But these days, you never know. Supporting abortion in any way is grounds for excommunication and that includes ruling in favor of leaving it alone when you have the power to stop it. We’ll see if anyone other than Thomas and Alito are merely CINOs. Sotomayor certainly is.
Those freaking out on the left have no idea what overturning Roe v Wade actually means - they think it ends all abortion access when it merely returns that choice to the individual states.’
It’s also disturbing that the court probably won’t rule on the case until next year - how many innocent children will die in the meantime?

Let's see - - Roberts and the three commies will vote in favor of abortion - - Thomas, Alito, and Gorsuch will vote against - - and Kavanaugh and Barrettt will abstain.
So - - I guess it'll be 4-3 in favor of abortion.

In Solomonesque fashion they will cut the baby in half. There will be permission beyond 15 weeks but with stricter restrictions. All hell will break loose - for a while. Thus has nothing to do with abortion. The pro Democrat rulings and abstentions of this court have angered conservatives. They will be mollified while keeping the Soros/Jarrett regime intact.

Maybe these activists haven't heard that every extra baby they have is now worth $300 a month to them, thanks to generous Joe and our stimulus money.

So, when it comes to abortion, enter the SCOTUS. But, when it comes to the Great Election Fraud of 2020, exit the SCOTUS.

However, if the SCOTUS should rule in favor of the pro abortionists, will be because Pfizer, Moderna, and J & J stepped in to remind SCOTUS that they need the baby parts for making their covid vaccines.

If Roe was overturned, then Biden will definitely pack the Court. I don't see this happening that Roe will be overturned. I agree will be a 5-4 decision on this appeal of the Mississippi law.

Yeah... yeah... WE've heard this before... the Supreme Court is useless... it's been compromised and cannot follow the constitution...the approach should be... if you want an abortion... you pay for it... not taxpayers who believe in the life of the baby at conception...pro choice does not mean... you are free to chose MY money to pay for your night of kicking ... pardon the pun... birth control is available at every drug store...

All of you pay good attention to the outcome of this case. GOD has never liked abortion and He is going to judge every person in favor of it soon. Watch what happens to Joe concerning about this case before he ever knows the outcome.

We averted a population explosion of welfare thugs in 1973. What fools you'd have to be to undo that.
