Have you ever wondered what happens to flat-earthers?
Not all spend their days eating pudding with plastic spoons and rewatching old sitcoms -- or as fabulists hanging at the end of the bar, boasting of their heroic exploits until closing time.
Some become president of the United States.
Or they find power in President Joe Biden's administration and join him in gaslighting the nation about that dismal April jobs report as businesses struggle to emerge from those government pandemic shutdowns.
With so many Americans now vaccinated, economists predicted about 1 million more Americans would find work, but only 266,000 jobs were added to the economy.

Everyone knows someone who is horrible with money; some friend or acquaintance who is always up to their neck in credit card debt no matter how much money they earn. You probably try to avoid seeing this person as much as possible because it’s always the same old story when you do. Sadly, rather than remove these people from our lives, we’ve elected them to Congress and they keep sticking us with the check.
This isn’t about Republicans or Democrats, they’re both horrible when it comes to spending. The only differences between the two parties on spending is Republicans pretend to be responsible when they’re not in power,

On Wednesday, President Donald Trump went off on RINO Republican Liz Cheney after she got “fired” from her position as House GOP Leadership.
Cheney has made it completely clear in recent months that she will not only backstab former President Donald Trump but also the Republican party in an effort to side with Democrats.
In response to Cheney’s removal, Trump released a statement.
“Liz Cheney is a bitter, horrible human being,” the former president said. “I watched her yesterday and realized how bad she is for the Republican Party. She has no personality or anything good having to do with politics or our Country.

Six thousand eight hundred American patriots died in action, six thousand one hundred were wounded, and eight thousand to twelve thousand died as prisoners of war to free us from the chains of slavery from a tyrannical government under King George III. They willingly gave their lives as a sacrifice for the Bill of Rights that is set in our Constitution. We must never forget what they have done for us.
The enemies of freedom of speech range from the White House to the halls of Congress and down to the schoolhouse.

Leave it to Madison, in the fifth paragraph of Federalist No. 57, to anticipate the current matter of whether Liz Cheney is to remain the third-ranking Republican member in the House of Representatives, as chair of the House GOP conference, or be replaced by Rep. Elise Stefanik.
Madison pointed out that membership in the House of Representatives is not to be a matter of wealth, class, or society status. He wrote that the rich no more than the poor will be members, and then, after stating "not the learned more than the ignorant," added: "not the haughty heirs of distinguished names,

We should never forget how we felt in the days after November 3, 2020. Donald Trump’s sizeable Election Night lead mysteriously disappeared while we slept, and then...silence. A surreal quiet followed in the days after the election. There was little of the usual back-and-forth of the talking heads, no real argument about whether there had been fraud — just an eerie quiet that pervaded the political class, Silicon Valley, and corporate America. Nothing to see here! The most secure election in U.S. history!
Then in February 2021, Molly Ball wrote in Time magazine what we had surmised: we had been witness to election theft.

As Arizona’s forensic audit runs into massive resistance in the courts and from the Department of Justice, another forensic audit is being requested as a lawsuit hangs in the balance in the State of Michigan. The fate of the one of the last election lawsuits in the country is set to be decided in court on Monday morning.

One maskless photo at an off-campus party has cost three students at UMass Amherst their entire spring semester.
The three female freshmen were attending an off-campus party when they snapped the maskless photo, which was posted on Instagram.
It's not clear when the party took place, though one student has a clover on her shirt and many students are wearing green, suggesting it could date back to St. Patrick's Day.
A party known as the 'Blarney Blowout' is typically thrown at the school during March.
The three students have since been suspended from UMass Amherst, which may only be the beginning of their disciplinary problems at school.

A man videotaped and taunted a young pregnant woman who wasn’t wearing a mask in a grocery store and put the video online, which has amassed more than 400,000 views as of Friday.
“Right there, right there, no mask,” the man said, zooming over to the pregnant woman as she checks out with her groceries.
The woman calmly waves, only irritating the already emotional man. “You’re on candid camera. Here we go. I want you to know that your insensitivity is ridiculous,” he scolded her.
He then equated her massless face with the deaths of his grandparents.

Republican Florida Governor Ron DeSantis on Wednesday informed unemployed Floridians during a Wednesday press conference that May will be the last month they can collect unemployment benefits without proving they are looking for work.
DeSantis, who had lifted the state’s policy requiring such proof because of the pandemic, said that reopened Florida now offers ample opportunity for employment, and capable residents need to get off the government dole, according to CBS Miami.
“Normally when you’re getting unemployment, the whole idea is that it’s temporary, and you need to be looking for work to be able to get off unemployment,” DeSantis said. “It was a disaster, so we suspended those job search requirements.

Democratic Washington, D.C., Mayor Muriel Bowser on Wednesday defended her recent decision to ban dancing and standing at weddings in the District of Columbia and suggested District residents should instead be glad they can even host a wedding.
Asked during a CNN interview what good a wedding is without dancing, Bowser chuckled and replied, “Well, I think there’s a lot of good to a wedding, like people starting off their lives together and doing it in a safe way, and not doing it in a way that puts themselves or their guests in danger.”

When President DeSantis is sworn in at 12:00 pm on January 20, 2025, he should give a short speech and by 12:10 be firing people. Lots of people.
Okay, it might not be the current Florida governor – we do know it’s not going to be Gov. Nikki! Haley (R – Establishment) or Kristi! Noem (R-NCAA) – but whoever beats Kamala Harris like a drum needs to come into the Oval Office ready to clear-cut the bureaucracy.
Just level it.
Every keen observer understands that Donald Trump’s first and foremost failure as president was personnel. He did not get it right until the end, and then it was far too late.
