Attorney General Barr just mobilized the Department of Justice to engage as appropriate to investigate election fraud throughout America. He is on very solid legal grounds. It is a very simple means of addressing the greatest attempted political theft in American history(snip)The actual fact that AG late last night triggered the use of the DOJ legal handbook bodes very ill for those who are involved in electoral cheating.

If AG Barr is in charge, I'm not holding my breath

Don't get discouraged when you can't see God working in our lives. He does most of His work behind the scenes. Have faith in God. Miracles happen. Let's pray!

Still waiting on that investigation of the 4 year old fraudulent "collusion" to bear fruit. No expectations that anything will be done in the next 4 weeks

Our problem is not Barr, per say, its the fact that the Justice Department was filled by Democrats appointees long ago. It's what's been slowing things down. All of the underlings are slow-walking what they don't want to succeed. This is true in ALL branches of government.
It's not that they particularly agree with the Democrats, but, they are beholden to them, and afraid they will lose their livelihood if the Democrats will is crossed. It's pitiful, really, but they are cowards through and through. This is the same thing that Businesses do. Patronize and pay off the Democrats to keep their businesses safe. The biggest businesses get selected to be taken over by the 'best' Democrat supporters , unless the developers are or pretend to be fanatical devotees of the Democrats.
I've seen it before. My Dad may have died because of it. As the chief legal officer of his company, he bucked what the Democrat senior officers wanted and was dead six months later from 'medicine' for his high blood pressure that softened the walls of his arteries and killed him with an aneurysm of the brain. The medicine had been withdrawn by the maker for this' unfortunate side effect' before he even started taking it, but somehow, the company doctor found enough of the stuff to keep him stocked up till he died six months later. My family didn't work this out until 20 years after his death when we got all the relevant papers from the company that went defunct because, after he died, they went ahead with their plans and got caught trying to defraud the federal government.
I KNOW these people. And I loathe them.

We have been assured that Biden is President-Elect.
Such a title customarily is given to the winner in the Electoral College. But this time the declaration has been made by the main-stream Media.
A vote is a choice, made by a citizen, at a particular time and place, of a representative. A ballot is a piece of paper generated by a printer. A ballot only becomes a vote when the ballot is legally demonstrated to have been completed in a legal fashion by a voter. When the law regarding supervision of the counting of ballots is abrogated, and Republicans not permitted to take part, fraud is assumed. That is just common sense. We have heard this song before. Lyndon Johnson. John F. Kennedy. Al Franken. The list goes on and on. It is not up to the Republicans to prove the ballots are fraudulent. It is up to the Democrats to prove the ballots are legal. Otherwise we are in the circumstance of guilty until proven innocent.
In law, an accused person is presumed innocent until proven beyond doubt to be guilty.
In politics, a ballot is presumed to be just a piece of paper until it is proven to have been validly cast. Or this should be the case. Suitcases of ballots prove me wrong in this instance. And post-dated ballots. And ballots without signatures. And last-day registrations. And 125% of eligible voters with ballots counted. And legally completed ballots discarded. And machine tabulation which, as a result of programming, changes votes from R to D. I would not accuse the fraudsters of lacking imagination. Their fertile minds have come up with more schemes than there are ticks on a hound.

99% of DOJ prosecutors are deep state left wingers. Barr has no one to go after the left wing criminals. That's why nothing has happened on Hillarygate, Russiagate and Ukrainegate. That is why election fraud is rampant throughout the country in 'Democrat' states.

"Attorney General Barr just mobilized the Department of Justice..." Maybe. Maybe not. Mobilized investigation into spying on the Trump campaign with John Durham too. And what happened to that?
He met with Mitch McConnell before the latter defended the president on Senate floor. Neither man appears to be a particular fan of the president. Since Barr has received a letter from 39 House Republicans requesting an investigation into allegations of voter fraud, it could all be just a case of CYA/CYB.
Color me skeptical. We'll see.

It’s tough enough to try to find a glimmer of hope in this situation without the naysayers piling on. As I understand it, the DOJ is just one aspect of the Trump administration’s strategy. They play psy-ops; we play psy-ops.

A vote of 'no confidence' is not a belief that all hope is lost. We have a fighter in the White House, a Constitution and a real /living God who hears and answers prayers that His righteousness, rightness and justice will prevail. We watch and we pray.

Yes, #10. I have already apologized on the original post. I did not see it when I checked before posting.

It has been my hope all along that the investigations will include interviews with hundreds of citizen volunteers who suddenly find themselves threatened with a felony. Then, let the deal-making begin and listen to them report everything - especially names of those who gave the orders.
