The charges filed by the St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner against Mark and Patricia McCloskey already seemed like a political witch-hunt because the couple dared to defend themselves and their property by displaying guns to BLM ‘protesters’ who trespassed on private property back in June. The ‘protesters’ went through a gate onto a private street and allegedly onto the property of the McCloskeys. Mark McCloskey said that the ‘protesters’ also threatened him and his family. They also allegedly broke the wrought-iron gate onto the private street at some point during the incident.

Everybody else already said it. Isn't this tampering with evidence? Who has the authority to remove Gardner? She is abusing the power of her office.

I would think once they stopped protesting peacefully OUTSIDE the gates, and entered the private street, they stopped being protesters and became a mob marching towards his home and family. They likely felt threatened for their life and property at that point.
Does he have a right to protect himself, his family and property?

# 4, “Malicious prosecution and tampering with evidence” describes the General Flynn trial as well. Like Flynn, the prosecution will seek to harm the McCloskys financially and professionally. And far worse, by openly removing their personal protection, Kim Gardner has made it clear that the BLM and Antifa mob can return without fear of harm.
That large white mansion restored over the years by the McCloskys is now an ideal arson target, and i would be hesitant to sleep there. Or to buy it when the McCloskys finally give up their progressive madness and leave St Louis.

One can only hope this is enough to get Hinckley disbarred. If it is this should effectively end his career both as a lawyer and a professor. Hopefully some organization will push this and get the outcome he deserves.

Note to McCloskey's: I'm behind you all the way but please take a moment to reflect on what may have happened had your uninvited guests called your bluff? I sure hope the AR was ready to rock and roll. You never pull a gun without both the will and ability to use it. You should have kept the AR slung and muzzle down and the pistol (Walther PPK I think) if it had been operable similarly pointed down. But hey overall great job.

The Clinton administration was determined to make criminals of those of us who owned SEMI-AUTOMATIC weapons and did so by re-defining an AUTOMATIC weapon to be any semi-automatic that could be converted to full-automatic fire through four hours or less of ordinary gun-smithing so even though Mr McCLoskey's weapon may have been INOPERABLE at the time it was seized, it could easily have been made OPERABLE, and that's what made it illegal. The real question here is will Mr McCloskey be voting for Joe Biden?

The St. Louis SOROS AG claimed it was a loaded weapon from the beginning. My first question was, "How does she know?" That magazine could very well have been empty and not a single round in the chamber. That's a big legal hurdle to overcome, so apparently they've doctored the evidence. Start deposing the Police officers, immediately.

In many states the governor can remove prosecutors from office for misconduct.
Seems like maybe the state AG should file charges against Gardner for tampering with the evidence.

I'm surprised that the prosecutors didn't shoot themselves in the process.
A pity.
