An audit has exposed that yet another blue state way overpaid thousands of citizens, including potential identity thieves, in a financial blow to the state’s already foundering budget. With the Somali fraud scandal and the SNAP welfare scandal still making headlines, the new unemployment debacle in Maryland is just one more proof of gross mismanagement of taxpayer funds at the state level. While there is fraud in Republican states, it is particularly bad in Democrat states, because politicians there actively cover up or are complicit in fraud. Minnesota residents of Somali descent and Hispanic heritage are suing President Donald Trump’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to effectively shut down federal immigration enforcement across the state.
On Thursday, the left-wing American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), representing Somali immigrant Mubashir Khalif Hussen, Mahamed Eydarus, who is American and of Somali descent, and Javier Doe, a Hispanic American, filed suit against DHS Secretary Kristi Noem and ICE Director Todd Lyons, among other agency officials.

Under the Insurrection Act, the president can deploy the military and federalize the National Guard in response to civil disorder or an armed rebellion against the US government.
“If the corrupt politicians of Minnesota don’t obey the law and stop the professional agitators and insurrectionists from attacking the Patriots of I.C.E., who are only trying to do their job, I will institute the INSURRECTION ACT, which many Presidents have done before me,” Trump warned on Truth Social.
