Maryland’s $760 Million Overpaid Unemployment
Fraud Problem

Original Article

An audit has exposed that yet another blue state way overpaid thousands of citizens, including potential identity thieves, in a financial blow to the state’s already foundering budget. With the Somali fraud scandal and the SNAP welfare scandal still making headlines, the new unemployment debacle in Maryland is just one more proof of gross mismanagement of taxpayer funds at the state level. While there is fraud in Republican states, it is particularly bad in Democrat states, because politicians there actively cover up or are complicit in fraud. In this case, with Maryland, it is not clear if dishonesty or plain stupidity is to blame,

I wonder how much of the National Debt is due to the fraud and waste caused by the Democrats love of buying votes with handouts. Inquiring minds want to know.

I'd say welfare is legal fraud, perpetuated by DemoRoids going back to at least LBJ's time, intended to keep blacks on the DemoRoid's plantation. For the most part, they succeeded.

So that's what happened to the multibillion-dollar surplus the state had when the Republican governor left office. The demosluts immediately turned it into a four billion dollar deficit.

It's a good thing that the working people of Maryland enjoy paying high taxes or they would be in serious trouble. No need to make a choice here, both dishonesty and stupidity come in a package deal with democrats.

Soon they will discover that around 50¢ of every tax-dollar goes toward Fraudulent Schemes and Artifices, what with Federal, as well as State criminality. Imagine what Americans will think when they discover that half of their tax-bill should have remained in their bank account? A veritable civil war could erupt, as tax-payers gather pitchforks and torches and proceed to demand of their representatives for government to pay them back for the fraud and graft they've paid for, and which robbed them of so many necessities, like health insurance, and niceties, like higher education for a child, or children. It's high time we DOGE the entire United States!

A new report in Minnesota highlights how a former bureaucrat involved in granting a church millions of dollars later went to work as a consultant for the church. The audit also says that the church failed to provide necessary reporting for hundreds of thousands of dollars of state funding. Both the church and the former bureaucrat deny any wrongdoing, and gave their side of the story to The Daily Signal. According to the report, issued by the Office of the Legislative Auditor last week, a grantee—later identified as Zion Baptist Church in North Minneapolis—”could not provide us detailed invoices or program participant data to support a payment of $672,647.78″ from

Minnesota residents of Somali descent and Hispanic heritage are suing President Donald Trump’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to effectively shut down federal immigration enforcement across the state. On Thursday, the left-wing American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), representing Somali immigrant Mubashir Khalif Hussen, Mahamed Eydarus, who is American and of Somali descent, and Javier Doe, a Hispanic American, filed suit against DHS Secretary Kristi Noem and ICE Director Todd Lyons, among other agency officials. The lawsuit is asking a federal court to issue a statewide injunction to stop what it calls “unlawful policies and practices” being carried out by ICE agents, including allegations of racial profiling.

For years now, the H-1B debate has been sold to us as a tech-company issue or a skills argument. But what doesn’t get talked about is how much of the H-1B pipeline starts long before the lottery or the job offers and way before the actual paperwork gets filled out. A recent piece from the Times of India just admitted the ugly truth out loud. For many Indian families, an American student visa has zero to do with education. It’s quietly understood that the student stuff is a progression that starts with admission and a visa and moves through internships and graduation and ends with work authorization long enough

Shirley’s exposures have compelled local pro-Democrat journalists to acknowledge and describe the fraud that they have long overlooked. That silence was likely forced by career-threatening pressure from the Democratic politicians and activists who gain from the Somali-managed fraud.
