Will Eric Swalwell Be Killed Off the Ballot?

A largely ignored, but interesting, development has arisen in the upcoming California gubernatorial contest. It is a viable petition that has been filed with the California Secretary of State that could potentially see Rep. Eric Swalwell, contending for the Democratic nomination in the governor’s race, thrown off the 2026 ballot. The legal case has been brought by California resident, documentarian, and indefatigable investigative reporter Joel Gilbert. Gilbert has been doing yeoman’s work for Gateway Pundit in researching and reporting on Swalwell’s apparent gross misrepresentations in various official documents that are shocking in their brazenness. Seems pretty cut and dried. Swallowswell does not live in CA. Period. His residence is in DC. Maybe Fang-Fang can lend him an address at the Chinese spying headquarters in San Fran.

Apparently, Swalwell's domicile is now his lawyer's office in Sacramento. That won't do. Excluding this bipedal worm from the California gubernatorial ballot will cause an entertaining brouhaha. But if he won't cease his nonstop lying and slander, what will cure him will be physical pain. He can't be reasoned with, so make him holler loudly. A cat-o-nine-tails or a Singapore cane is best. String him up and flog him bloodless.

Social media has become a driver of information, among many other things, but it’s also provided the single greatest argument toward ending women’s suffrage. I’m sorry, but white, crusty, liberal women have killed the case for the 19th Amendment. Should there be a complete and total shutdown of women’s voting rights until we can figure out what’s going on? Maybe. Look, we know what’s going on, to be honest. We killed their hopes of a Hillary Clinton presidency and obliterated Kamala Harris’ shoddy, inept, and overall shambolic 2024 campaign. With all the whining, ranting, and calls for violence, have you noticed one common theme regarding

HONOLULU — Brooks Koepka is returning to the PGA Tour just five weeks after bolting from LIV Golf, agreeing to a one-time program for elite players that comes with a financial penalty that could rank among the largest in sports. Koepka plans to resume his PGA Tour career in the Farmers Insurance Open at Torrey Pines at the end of the month. But he will not be eligible for PGA Tour equity grants for five years, he will not receive FedEx Cup bonus money in 2026 and he cannot play signature events unless he earns his way in. The out-of-pocket cost is a $5 million charity donation

Happy Monday, dear Kruiser Morning Briefing friends. (Snip) Since January 2009, the blame for most violence against law enforcement in the United States can be laid at the feet of His High Holiness the Lightbringer Barack Obama. While it's true that the Democrats frequently had a fraught relationship with the law and those who enforce it before then, Obama's presidency retrofitted the party's DNA with hatred of all cops. In any police/civilian conflict, Obama was never presidential or circumspect in his responses. His default was always to jump to conclusions before getting any facts and assume the worst about law enforcement and side with the lawbreakers.

Iran is at a crossroads. The largest and most sustained wave of nationwide protests since the “Woman, Life, Freedom” uprising in 2022 and 2023 is now sweeping the country. The current marches may soon eclipse them. What began in late December 2025 as demonstrations over a collapsing currency and rising living costs has spread rapidly across cities and regions. As repression has intensified and casualties have mounted, the protests have hardened into open demands for regime change. No matter what happens next, there is no scenario in which the Islamic Republic survives 2026 with its power intact. Too much has happened; too many uncontrollable yet intersecting factors

Normally, the Supreme Court hears cases that deal with matters of law. But on Tuesday, Jan. 13, the justices will also be dealing with basic science. Not only that, they’ll be debating fundamental truth, as I can personally testify. The stakes couldn’t be higher in the case, West Virginia v. B.P.J. The specific question facing the court is simple: Should transgender boys be allowed to compete on girls’ sports teams? But you can’t really answer this question without asking a more important one: Can a young boy or a girl actually change genders? I asked this question myself, starting at age 12. I gave the wrong answer. I was

New York City's socialist Mayor Zohran Mamdani ran on a platform of making things "free" and "affordable." That was a lie, of course. He has no authority to, for example, make the city's buses and subways "free" for commuters. In fact, a few days after he took office, the subway fare climbed to $3 per ride. He also thinks he can make World Cup tickets "available to all New Yorkers," because — like all socialists — he has no idea how the real world actually work. But his most nefarious plans come from housing. He and his housing/tenant advisor Cea Weaver, hate private property (yours, not theirs, of course)

A cluster of New York Democrats whose offices cover New York City, state, and federal government have come out with near-identical statements on X condemning a protest that took place in New York City on January 8, 2026. The protest featured a group of approximately 200 pro-Palestinian agitators chanting pro-Hamas slogans outside a New York City synagogue. New York State Attorney General Letitia James wrote: Hamas is a terrorist organization. We do not support terrorists. Period. Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY-14) chimed in with: Hey so marching into a predominantly Jewish neighborhood and leading with a chant saying “we support Hamas” is a disgusting and antisemitic thing to do. Pretty basic! Senator Chuck Schumer (D-NY) added: Let’s be clear:

WASHINGTON — The US used a powerful mystery weapon that brought Venezuelan soldiers to their knees, “bleeding through the nose” and vomiting blood during the daring raid to capture dictator Nicolas Maduro, according to a witness account posted Saturday on X by the White House press secretary. In a jaw-dropping interview, the guard described how American forces wiped out hundreds of fighters without losing a single soldier, using technology unlike anything he has ever seen — or heard. “We were on guard, but suddenly all our radar systems shut down without any explanation,” the guard said. “The next thing we saw were drones, a lot of drones, flying over our positions.

The brilliant U.S. action in Venezuela is causing major shifts in this hemisphere. Indeed, all the world seems atilt now from the Mideast to Europe, and as we near the mid-term elections, the Democrats seem to have lost it with all but the mentally handicapped. The New World Argentina, Chile, El Salvador, and Bolivia seem to have discarded the leftist, anti-American nonsense that has so hampered South America and kept it from achieving the promise of its abundant natural resources. With the capture of Maduro and restructuring of Venezuela, like dominoes cascading, much more of Latin America appears to follow.

The Trump administration has canceled the Biden administration’s rules forcing banks to ignore immigration status for loan applications. On Monday, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the Justice Department eliminated the Biden guidelines that ordered lenders not to consider immigration status when evaluating loan and credit applications, a rule that had major implications for mortgages, credit cards, and auto loans, Bloomberg reported. The Biden administration maintained that considering immigration status would violate anti-racism laws that ensure equal and fair lending practices. The Biden era rules were intended to help anchor illegal and temporary visa workers into Americans’ communities, for example, by providing funds for homes, autos, and apartment leases.

The average national price for a gallon of gas dropped to $2.796, the lowest we’ve seen since 2021, per AAA.For obvious reasons, the White House is eager to spread this good news. “In 43 states, the average gas price is below $3/gal. In 30 states, it’s below $2.75/gal,” wrote the White House’s official Rapid Response X account. “In 17 states, it’s at or below $2.50/gal.”The cost of gas is the tip of the wedge to achieve that new word everyone’s using these days: affordability. Those gas station signs we all pass displaying that day’s cost per gallon acts as a national barometer about how we feel about the economy.

In Shirley's previous video, he and his source, David Hoch, who has been investigating this billion-dollar-plus scam for years, discovered multiple daycare centers in one building without children in them for years. And this is where Hoch says is the heart of the ongoing continuing criminal enterprise. Hoch says the new video will show that most of these companies are Somali-owned, and his and Shirley's visit to these companies found zero companies.

Have you ever “taken to the streets” over any issue? Marched in a protest? Chanted whatever some weirdo ordered you to repeat? Maybe, but probably not. The only protests or marches I’ve ever attended were one against war a friend wanted to go to and he didn’t want to drive to DC alone (plus, I’d never been to DC at that point), one I got extra credit for in college involving newspaper strike, and one that was an annual even to “protest” pot laws because we went to meet chicks and get stoned in a crowd – mostly the novelty of it (which is now common).
