The FBI is facing questions over an airport that was left open after Charlie Kirk was assassinated, with speculation brewing over a jet that could be linked to his murder.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — The man accused of stabbing a Ukrainian refugee in Charlotte, North Carolina, is now facing a federal charge.
The Department of Justice charged Decarlos Brown Jr. with one count of terrorist attack or other violence against a mass transportation system.

Brown’s sister, Tracey Brown, 33, shared an audio recording of a phone conversation with her brother six days after his arrest. In the recording, Brown, who has been diagnosed with schizophrenia, claims that the government had implanted foreign “materials” in his brain that controlled his actions during the attack.
“I hurt my hand, stabbing her -don’t even know the lady,” Brown said. “I never said one word to her at all. That’s scary, isn’t it? Why would somebody stab somebody for no reason?”

This may be the hardest column I’ve ever written, one where I’m so angry that it’s hard for me to put my words into a sequence that’s both coherent and not profane. They murdered Charlie Kirk today. They shot him dead because he dared to exercise his right as a human being to speak freely – contrary to what Democrat senators insist, our rights do not come from government but are endowed within us by our Creator. So, this was not merely a crime against one man, or against his beautiful family, but against both this country and our God.
And it will be righteously avenged.
Charlie Kirk is no longer with us. The conservative activist, host, and founder of Turning Point USA was assassinated at Utah Valley University in Orem, Utah, today. He was 31. He leaves behind his wife, Erika, and two children. A shooter took a single shot, striking Kirk in the neck. The footage is ghastly. He was rushed to the hospital but did not survive.

President Donald Trump on Thursday voiced concern for the country in the wake of the killing of conservative activist Charlie Cook, and said he wanted his supporters to respond with "nonviolence."
Trump was asked if he's worried for his own safety in the wake of Wednesday's fatal shooting of Kirk as he left the White House for New York on Thursday afternoon.
"Not really," the president responded. "I'm really concerned for out country. We have a great country. We have a radical left group of lunatics out there, just absolute lunatics, and we're going to get that problem solved. I'm only concerned for the country."
