'Musk Or Us': The Astroturfing Anti-DOGE Follies

Get ready for "Musk Or Us" to meet "DOGE R Us." And the astroturfers whose finances are about to get shredded will not like the outcome. The Protection Racket Media has seized (or is it pounced?) on protests at town-hall meetings over DOGE cuts to the federal bureaucracy. Politico gave us an example of the DOGE-is-unpopular media narrative this morning, in fact: Rep. Jay Obernolte’s town hall in California last week was drowned out by shouts of “No king!” Rep. Glenn Grothman entered his Wisconsin town hall to boos and jeers, while Rep. Cliff Bentz of Oregon faced so much heckling that he threatened to leave. But

Wailing against Elon and DOGE. Wailing against 47 and Hitler. What is common? The Democrats, the LSMedia and the Deep State wail because their DC Money Laundry is being shut down. The access to taxpayer $$$ is threatened. The access to their accumulated wealth is threatened. The DC Money Trough is being drained bone dry. So they are desperately disguising the shutdown of the DC Money Laundry with personal attacks, trying to hide this from the voting public. Unfortunately for the Democrats, the LSMedia and the Deep State - the public is seeing the theft of taxpayer money for personal gain by the politicians and their supporters. The crime - theft of taxpayer money, period, no joke.

And you can be sure the Fake News Media was part of the planning and execution for these small staged events. Consider that in a typical company, about 2% of employees are out sick on average. 3% of the DOGE agency resigning is just slightly more than that, hardly a big deal. Yet it is portrayed as the agency and Trump's agenda in trouble. The event is fake and the media interpretation is fake. AND the media KNOWS it is a fake story. Even the media that picks up the story and echos it know it is fake. One thing that we know is real because of the tears and whining, the propaganda media is massively losing audience, losing sponsors, losing money, cancelling shows, and firing underperforming "talent". Then they are rearranging the remainder of their useful idiots to cover the holes without any real attempt to address the garbage that their programming is. One might consider that there might be a connection between hemorrhaging audience and their repeated lies but that never seems to occur to their management. In the few companies where it DOES get called out, the liberal loons on the staff go into revolt. They are dedicated to their agenda and willing to go down with the ship. That's a good solution. Then they can watch impotently from the sidelines as Trump succeeds and their brethren hacks in government join them in unemployment and the numbers of Americans supporting Trump continue to grow.

Defund George Soros. Good luck convincing the American people that we want the grift to continue. President Trump needs to get rid of taxation at the federal level ASAP. That will fix a whole lot of this crying coming from those feasting off US. Give US our money back, and it will shut the left down like a bolt of lightning and end all opportunities for federal grift. Then, on to the states and localities.

It appears to me that if the 2025 federal expends, excluding SS and the Post Office, were to return to 2023 levels, and then expand atv3% per year, the long term deficit issues get solved (the PO and SS issues remaining for individual attention). This is hardly an Armageddon worth fighting about…some austerity is necessary and this expenditure garden can be made big and beautiful by some trimming of overgrowth, more complete removal of weeds, and cautious reshaping.

A poll published this week by the firm Ipsos found Canada’s leftist Liberal Party overtaking the Conservatives in support for the first time since 2021, shortly before an expected election to replace Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. The survey, published on Wednesday in conjunction with the media outlet Global News, found the two parties within the margin of error of each other’s support. About 38 percent of respondents said they supported the Liberal Party, compared to 36 percent for the Conservatives. Support for the New Democratic Party (NDPs), a far-left rival to the Liberals, almost entirely collapsed to 12 percent. The poll’s margin of error is 3.8 percent.

So President Trump has closed the border to illegal immigration, declining to accept asylum applications from illegal border crossers, shutting down the USAID spigots to NGOs fueling the migrant pipeline, reading Mexico the Riot Act on its free trade privileges and rapidly repatriating those who attempt to enter illegally. President Trump said earlier today that tariffs on Mexico (plus China and Canada) would finally take effect on March 4, which is next Tuesday. His reason? Too many illegal drugs are still coming across the border. Tariffs on imports from Canada and Mexico will go into effect on March 4 “as scheduled,” President Trump said on Thursday morning, claiming that those countries were still not doing enough to stop the flow of drugs into the United States... “Drugs are still pouring into our Country from Mexico and Canada at very high and unacceptable levels,” he said. “A large percentage of these Drugs, much of them in the form of Fentanyl,

Mainstream media members professed shock this week when the White House took over access and pool assignments in the press briefing room from the White House Correspondents Association. They professed even more shock when people scoffed at the argument that this was an affront to democracy and transparency. Perhaps there may be a good argument in that response, but the American public simply doesn't have any trust in the media to be transparent and honest. A new survey from Gallup shows that trust in their integrity has fallen to yet another all-time low, unsurprisingly: About two-thirds of Americans in the 1970s trusted the “mass media

Diversity, equity and inclusion has been dying a slow death since Donald Trump assumed the presidency. It’s a philosophy that was aimed at evening the playing field for people of all races, genders and sexual persuasions, but instead it merely divided people and encouraged institutionalized racism, division, and putting someone’s characteristics over their actual merit for jobs and promotions. One Democrat, though, Rep. Marcy Katpur of Ohio, had a particularly ugly moment using Musk's immigration status as a means to question his "loyalty." "Mr. Musk has just been here 22 years," Kaptur said, as she complained about how he has citizenship with multiple countries. The congresswoman completely missed the point when it comes to how he is a citizen of the United States, and has been since 2002.
