Rev. Al Sharpton announced that he is organizing a rally in Washington on Jan. 20, coinciding with both the inauguration of President-elect Donald Trump and the Martin Luther King Jr. federal holiday.
The outspoken Trump critic announced the rally on MSNBC earlier this week.
“While Trump supporters will be on one side of Washington watching him take the oath of office, I will be at the nation’s capital working to keep the dream alive,” Sharpton said. “There has never been a more important time to peacefully organize and mobilize.”
In 2017, the largest anti-Trump rallies in Washington were held one day after his inauguration.

Paid for, no doubt by Mattressback's donation of half a million to Sharpton. Ain't it cute how this works?

At the Capitol? Sounds like an insurrection by the racist in chief. Capitol police better be there to lock him up.

Oh Al, bet you don't point out that a huge percent of black infants are murdered in the womb by the real racists who hate you and all your people simply because of skin color.

DJ T has done more for and will do more for the Black community than Al Sharpton could hope to do in 100 lifetimes.

When PDT takes office, he should sic the IRS on Sharpton - I believe he still owes a boatload of delinquent taxes. He'll plead poverty, so they can put him in jail.

He's paid millions a year to be a TV race rabble rouser but somehow gets to skate on paying millions in back taxes and still not one Dime to the man he was found guilty of defaming. Millions were awarded in a judgement against him but still nothing.

#19, how racist of you! You wouldn’t accuse Sharpton of being a huckster if he was white. I’ll have you know that he studied theology at Harvard….hold on that’s not right. He studied theology at the Union Theologi …. Oh, wait. He began preaching after he spent two years at Manhattanville College…. That isn’t right either. He started preaching at age 4 but he was the warm up act for gospel singer Mahalia Jackson. And did graduate from high school. But he learned to preach the word for real when he got a job as James Brown’s tour manager and if that doesn’t spell “Most High Reverend” in your book you are a homophobe, islamophobe, transphobe, misogynistic poopy-head.

Doesn't Sharpton need to get a permit from Washington DC government to be allowed to have his rally. They would need to arrange police and crowd control. I imagine that they will already be busy with the inauguration. They should deny Sharpton's rally due to safety considerations.

I have seen reports that the Revrun seems to have a habit of avoid payiing his taxes. Maybe Trump will be irritated enough by this disrespectible stunt that he will be certain to direct his IRS Director to reconcile this matter once and for all.
