Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said Thursday on CNN’s “The Source” that she found it “so distressing” Americans would vote for former President Donald Trump. Clinton said, “Here we are. It’s 12 days before the election of the President of the United States of America. It’s absolutely bonkers that we are talking about what he might do to violate the law to punish his political opponents. I mean, this is so un-American. I’ve been around longer than you have, and I’ve agreed and disagreed with presidents, Democrats and Republicans over a lot of decades. I was on the impeachment inquiry staff that investigated President Nixon

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced Thursday that it had killed a Hamas commander who led the attack on dozens of civilians on October 7, 2023, who had fled the Nova music festival and hidden in roadside shelters.
In addition to being a mass murderer, the IDF said, Mohammad Abu Itiwi had also worked for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA). The IDF and Israel Security Agency (ISA, or Shabak, or Shin Bet) said in a statement:
Yesterday (Wednesday), in a joint IDF and ISA operation, the IAF struck

Former President Donald Trump told his audience at a Turning Point Action rally in Las Vegas, Nevada, Thursday night that he is leading Vice President Kamala Harris “by so much” that he is expanding the electoral battleground.
Trump shared that Harris is on a downward slide that was even worse than President Joe Biden’s, which forced him out of the race so she could ascend to the top of the ticket. “Now she’s imploding worse than him. She’s actually imploding, if you take a look, because look, I’m not supposed to say it, but we are leading by so much,” Trump said to thunderous applause.
“We’re leading by a lot

The more you get to know Kamala Harris ...
Two big media polls dropped today, and both of them look like bad news for Democrats -- especially Harris. Despite the shrieking hysteria coming from the campaign and the media (but I repeat myself!) about how dangerous Donald Trump is, voters like Trump more ... and Kamala less.
Let's start with the Wall Street Journal poll, where Trump has "opened a narrow lead" among registered voters, who usually lean a bit more Democrat. Duane mentioned this poll at the end of his post about the CNN town hall, but it's worth exploring a little further:

The Biden administration has considered creating a new “information czar” for national security to combat foreign disinformation operations about elections and other issues, according to White House National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan.
Asked about creating such a post on the National Security Council on Thursday, Mr. Sullivan said the idea has been a topic of debate throughout the intelligence and defense agencies.
Mr. Sullivan gave an audience at the National Defense University a rare glimpse inside the hidden debate about how to police foreign speech that the U.S. government finds abhorrent. “I think on the ’czar’ [proposal], that’s something we’ve been grappling with and thinking about across the national security enterprise,”

Former president Donald Trump would not rule out a pardon for President Joe Biden’s troubled son Hunter during a radio interview Thursday morning.
Asked by conservative radio host Hugh Hewitt whether he would consider pardoning the younger Biden, Trump said “I wouldn’t take it off the books.”
“See, unlike Joe Biden, despite what they’ve done to me, where they’ve gone after me so viciously, despite what, and Hunter’s a bad boy. There’s no question about it. He’s been a bad boy. All you had to do is see the laptop from hell. But I happen to think it’s very bad for our country,”

Don't take my word for it, here's what the Wall Street Journal reported yesterday about how markets seem to be preparing for a Trump win.
Some large hedge funds and money managers, sensing a potential shift in momentum, are getting behind trades that could pay out if Donald Trump beats Kamala Harris in the presidential election.
While most polling still shows a tight race, that shift has rippled across markets in recent weeks, boosting assets seen as likely to benefit from a Republican victory. For instance, private-prison operator GEO Group is up 21% in October, on pace for its best month since 2022, while bitcoin miner Riot Platforms has risen 34%.

Kamala Harris' Labour Party advisor's #1 priority is killing Twitter.
We can't let the proles speak. Only the vanguard of the proletariat and their Pravda media propagandists can be allowed to have a say, lest the dirty dumb demos quit doing what they are told.
Matt Taibbi and Paul Thacker have the scoop, and it is just as scary as you think. The campaign to destroy free speech is in full swing, and they are executing the plan. I have written a lot about censorship because, in the long run, it may present the greatest threat to our freedom. If we have free speech, we can at least fight back.

After watching Kamala Harris' hastily-called presser Wednesday afternoon (it can't really be called a press conference since she didn't take questions) in which she basically called Trump Hitler for eight minutes, I wondered what possessed Harris to do that -- especially since she was set to appear at a CNN Town Hall Wednesday night where she'd no doubt find the opportunity to bring up that talking point.
(And, she did find the opportunity to bring up that talking point - video at the bottom of this story.)
I mean, there's no way that any undecided "average Joe" voter would watch the video of Kamala's statement and think

With the momentum benefiting Donald Trump in the final weeks of the campaign, the sign of desperation from the Democrats has reached a fever pitch, and the left has now entered a phase where bogus anti-Trump stories are starting to flood the news. A couple of bogus stories have already been published, and more are on the way. Sources are pushing one story in particular, waiting for someone gullible enough to run with it.
On Saturday night, Mark Halperin, discussing the recent Atlantic hit piece, which has already been debunked, revealed that he has been pitched a story that, if true, would "end his campaign."

Between October 13 and October 21, I’ve made a total of seven predictions about the Harris-Walz campaign. They were all published ahead of time for the whole world to see.
The sixth one just came true.
Here’s what I wrote on Oct. 21:
I guarantee you that large numbers of the Harris-Walz campaign staff is talking off-the-record to the media every day. (Hey, they’re all on the same side. Many of them have even worked for the same bosses.) There’s a 100% probability they’re sharing tales of frustration, disappointment, fear, confusion, and anxiety — yet we haven’t really seen any stories about it.
Nothing’s been leaked.

A New York Times report on Sunday that equated skepticism about Vice President Kamala Harris’s claim to have worked at McDonald’s with birtherism was based in large part on a source—a friend of Harris’s—who said that Harris’s late mother told her about the job.
"Donald Trump has claimed without evidence that Ms. Harris never worked at the fast-food chain," the paper said. "Her campaign and a friend say she did."
Meet Wanda Kagan, Harris’s high school classmate and longtime girlfriend, whom the Times described as "a close friend
