Three current and former Smartmatic executives are charged with running a brazen alleged bribery scheme to use bribes connected to use of the company's voting machine technology. The indictment, handed down in Florida Thursday, doesn't identify the name of the company, which gained notoriety in 2000 when Donald Trump allies leveled debunked allegations that its equipment was part of a vote stealing conspiracy theory. It is engaged in a prolonged defamation lawsuit against Fox Corp. where it is seeking $2.7 billion in damages.

One of the images captures the 20-year-old Crooks perched on a wall in a grassy area on July 13 at the Butler, Pennsylvania rally - just moments before he opened fire.
In the picture, Crooks can be seen holding up his cell phone - as if chatting to someone on a call. Investigators have still not determined what Crooks' motive was or whether he was indeed acting alone.
