As it stands now, why would China have to get involved in a kinetic war with the USA? When they can easily invade the USA by sending increasing numbers of unarmed military age Chinese citizens into the USA in violation of the US Immigration laws that the leftist and progressive Democrats refuse to enforce. With the Harris-Walz Democrat presidential ticket claiming that when they are elected that they will grant all illegal aliens amnesty, make them US citizens, and of course leftist Democrat voters by the tens of millions, which common sense would tell you would encourage and invite unlimited numbers of future illegal aliens from all over the world to unlawfully cross the borderland into the USA in the future, that is if there are even immigration laws remaining at that point? Currently the Harris-Walz ticket is blaming Trump and the Republicans for the out of control borderline because they opposed and knocked out the latest Democrat amnesty bill in Congress, that the Democrats call a “bipartisan bill” and “comprehensive immigration reform”, because a couple of Republican RINOS initially supported that bill, that would have essentially allowed up to two million illegal aliens to cross the borderline into the USA each year on into the future before the immigration laws could be or might be, enhanced to stop that flow, plus all sorts of other amnesties and other legalization programs inside the USA. All the efforts by the Democrats to flood the USA with poor and uneducated Third World origin illegal aliens are aimed at fulfilling one big leftist and progressive Democrat partisan political objective, to permanently change the racial and ethnic population of enough of the USA to transform the country into a minority-majority populated country favoring the leftist and progressive Democrats, by creating unlimited millions of new foreign origin leftist Democrat supporters and voters to keep the leftist Democrats in future permanent control of the Congress, the White House, and State and local governments throughout the country that the Democrats term as being “democracy”, which common sense will tell you amounts to national suicide and the ushering in of some sort of socialist utopia. The big question is, do the wimpy Republicans even have a clue?

China is a closed country. A resident of China opposed to Communism would more likely to be thrown into a re-education camp rather than book a flight to Mexico. They would have to sneak out, and China is very diligent regarding breaking up any smuggling networks. Over 35K Chinese have made their way to Mexico and most likely with the blessing of the Chinese government. Seriously doubt there are tens of thousands of Chinese successfully escaping China. These aren't people fleeing Communism. These are people spreading Communism by any means necessary.

That's enough military aged males to stand up 2-3 Divisions of Chinese troops on American soil. (Divisions range from 10,000 to 25,000 troops each.) All they need are a couple Conex boxes of weapons and they're ready to go.
