American families struggling with high food prices due to inflation should eat cereal for dinner in order to save money, Kellogg’s CEO Gary Pilnick, who has an estimated net worth of $15.7 million, said. It’s no secret that American families are suffering due to inflation under the Biden administration. Kellogg’s CEO Gary Pilnick, a multi-millionaire, views the issue as a great opportunity to market his company’s brand, suggesting that cash-strapped families eat “cereal for dinner.” “The cereal category has always been quite affordable, and it tends to be a great destination when consumers are under pressure,” Pilnick told CNBC

Guy obviously doesn’t know how expensive cereal is now. I remember when Niixon and Ford were president CBS news used to send Bill Plante shopping for the same basket of groceries every week just to show how bad inflation was - of course they stopped doing that when Carter came into office.

Yea, eat foods that are manufactured with high fructose corn syrup and loaded with empty carbs that do nothing but harm your body. As you age cancer will develop and then you are beholden to big pharma who will have hospitals pump you full of synthetic poison so that they all can make big profits. Eat healthy and shop sales. You can do it but you need to be deliberate. Its a matter of life and death.

I don't think this marketing is working. Snoop Dog and Master P have a cereal out that's really cheap (approximately $3/box), but some people are saying, based on the many ingredients, it's attempted genocide. Even Walmart won't carry it. Shame on those multi-millionaires. The price of cereal was high before biden; I can't imagine what it's like now. Leftist policies are driving us back to the days of being self-sustained. Grow any food you can so you'll have something to provide for you and your family when they break the world.

Founder John Harvey Kellogg, was a strange fellow, who believed in meatless living and "clean" living. He was also rather odd by modern standards (Wikipedia): "Kellogg founded the Race Betterment Foundation, which became a major center of the new eugenics movement in America. Kellogg was in favor of racial segregation in the United States and he also believed that immigrants and non-whites would damage the white American population's gene pool."

Box of cereal at Aldi is usually less than $2 a box. It is so much cheaper than the name brands at the big grocery stores makes me think that the name brands are marking their products up way more than cost of production.

Most Americans think Joe Biden’s policies will cause prices to rise, a poll of registered voters by CBS News and YouGov shows. As the U.S. economy approaches the third anniversary of the explosion of inflation that has sent the cost of living soaring and real wages plunging, a solid majority of registered voters think Biden’s policies will cause prices to go up. Less than a fifth think his policies will bring prices down. The CBS-YouGov poll results released Sunday showed that 55 percent of registered voters say Biden’s policies will make prices go up. Seventeen percent said his policies will make prices fall. Twenty-seven percent said his policies will

The United States is expected to be grappling with more than 8 million asylum seekers and migrants who will have crossed over the southern border by September. The staggering figure represents a 167 percent surge in five years and underscores the challenges faced by what is both an underfunded and antiquated immigration system. The vast majority of the 8 million are now free to roam US streets, including 2 million 'high-priority' cases of career criminals seeking asylum. The system appears to be struggling to cope with the rapid numbers of migrants flowing across the border, which reached an all-time high of 302,000 monthly crossings in December.
