An appeals court in Washington unanimously ruled that a Jan. 6 defendant’s sentence was improperly enhanced, a move that could impact numerous other Jan. 6 cases.
On Friday, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit ruled that Larry Brock, who was convicted for a range of crimes related to Jann. 6, improperly had additional charges of “interference with the administration of justice.” The judge who wrote the court’s opinion wrote that the charge doesn’t apply to a sentencing enhancement, however, and struck it down.
“Brock challenges both the district court’s interpretation of Section 1512(c)(2)’s elements and the sufficiency of the evidence to support that conviction,” wrote the judge, Patricia Millett.

Hunter Biden spent 6 hours testifying on Capitol Hill Wednesday and giving obtuse answers to questions from a joint panel from the House Oversight and House Judiciary Committee.
Within his testimony Hunter Biden consistently blamed his drug addiction for his memory lapses and suggested he was often too high/stoned to recall events. (snip)Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-Ky) made the full transcript available to the public earlier today. The 229-page document is full of information – READ HERE.

A potential merger involving former President Donald Trump’s social media platform Truth Social can take the company public and will give him access to $3.5 billion in funds—a deal which his political rivals are looking to thwart.
On Feb. 14, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved the merger between Digital World Acquisition Corp. (DWAC) and Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG). TMTG is the owner of social media platform Truth Social. Once DWAC merges with TMTG, it can go public, with President Trump holding 78.75 million shares in the combined entity. DWAC shares were trading at around $45 as of 1:45 p.m. EST on Feb. 27,

By now, we all realize that our government and many of our so-called “esteemed institutions” are steeped in massive corruption. Yet, even so, the sheer audacity of this corruption can still stun even the most jaded among us. That’s what has happened with the recent developments in the so-called “rape case” involving E. Jean Carroll, (video)In a move that baffles the mind, the judge, without any concrete evidence, has suggested that Trump might be guilty of an alleged “rape” t(snip)

No state in modern times has transitioned from a worker freedom state to one that forces workers to join a union and pay dues to labor bosses. All the momentum across the country in the last two decades has been in the opposite direction: allowing workers the right to choose a union — or not.
That’s why what happened last week in Lansing, Michigan, is such a tragic setback for workers’ rights and for the economic competitiveness of the state(snip)
Thanks to a corrupt deal between the labor bosses, the Democratic state legislature and Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, Michigan will no longer be a right-to-work state.

Trump-era Department of Justice official Jeffrey Clark won a big victory against Democrat lawfare on Monday when the D.C. Court of Appeals ruled he did not have to comply with a subpoena issued by the D.C. Bar’s Office of Disciplinary Counsel.
The appeals court denied the D.C. Bar’s attempt to enforce its subpoena against Clark because it “infringes on Mr. Clark’s Fifth Amendment right not to be compelled to be a witness against himself.” (snip)
The victory for Clark serves as a shocking blow to Democrats, who have tried to disbar more than 100 attorneys who agreed to work on election integrity cases following the 2020 presidential election.

Nobody can blame Nikki Haley for continuing her not-a-chance-in-heaven campaign for president — she has nothing to lose and lots of money to gain — but it’s helpful to remember that if not for the media’s white-hot hatred for Donald Trump, they would have absolutely razed her life and family months ago.
Literally, the only reason she’s even still able to show her face in public is because the media know her candidacy is of zero consequence.

In August of 2020 I sent this tweet to the general public after a lengthy discussion with John Durham’s leadThis tweet created major controversy amid those who were deep in the research weeds on the entire Spygate/Russiagate fiasco. Few would believe that in the effort to preserve the institutions at all costs, AG Bill Barr was the Bondo application and Special Prosecutor John Durham was the spray paint. It was all a coverup operation to hide the rot in the DOJ and beyond.
Essentially, Durham and Bill Aldenberg admitted to me that nothing the Robert Mueller team

I find it very interesting this report surfaces in the New York Times and not The Washington Post first. This material distinction showcases the motive for the outline is heavily domestic in nature; meaning, the core of domestic USA politics (specifically the White House) needs to admit that Ukraine is a proxy province in order to retrigger support for policy.(snip)The White House is admitting the CIA and larger IC apparatus, which includes the State Dept., has been heavily controlling all activity in Ukraine for the past decade. The only reason to admit this now very publicly is because they are losing voter support. THIS EXPLAINS WHY

After the second Trumpless debate last fall, the real Donald Trump revealed what Nikki told him in private, “‘I will never run against our great President,’ she said, ‘he has done an outstanding job.’ To which I responded, ‘How nice of you to say, Nikki,’ knowing full well that her words mean nothing. She even came to Mar-a-Lago with her family, ‘bearing gifts.’ Anyway, Birdbrain doesn’t have the TALENT or TEMPERAMENT to do the job. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!”
Birdbrain.
A few days later, Nikki claimed in a tweet that Trump left a birdcage outside her hotel door. No one in the press bothered to confirm her story
