As The Gateway Pundit reported earlier this year – the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Georgia unsealed the 96-page Halderman Report in June 2023- the Security Analysis of Georgia’s ImageCast X Ballot Marking Devices.
Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger was hiding this report from the public for two years.
University of Michigan Professor of Computer Science and Engineering J. Halderman and Security Researcher and Assistant Professor at Auburn University Drew Sringall collaborated on the report where they discovered many exploitable vulnerabilities in the Dominion Voting Systems’ ImageCast X system.

It's long known that Georgia's governor has ties and is tainted by Chinese money. The Chi-Coms are involved in election fraud, with likely access to backdoors to voting machines.

He can't willfully testify without incriminating himself, he knew the voting machines could be manipulated, then defended the system as secure while making sure they were used for his re-election.
He needs to be made to testify, if he refuses hold him concept and put him in the general population of a maximum security prison.
He will be begging to testify inside of an hour.

Raffensperger was a known RAT from day one of the inquiries--
He can testify all day long that he certified what he thought were the bona fide results, but he KNEW they weren't. Why not impel his testimony to come clean about it? He sure won't have the book thrown at him for admitting a mistake, because it would have to be proven he did this KNOWINGLY to throw an election.
The water is too far down the bridge to rectify what happened. This is most likely TRUE in all of those states Trump won in 2016 that were targeted in 2020 that he lose those by hook or by CROOK.

Why does the Georgia Pubbie party hold onto this traitor?
Just another instance of the linguini-spined, brain-dead, corrupt GOPe. And while we're at it - - how long will Ronna RINO Romney be allowed to run the RNC?
Disgusting.

Raffensperger refuses to testify. Hmm. Now why would he do that? Is he not aware that the optics of doing so make him look guilty as hell? I suspect he fears Dominion more than he fears the courts. And speaking of Dominion, someone needs to some real gumshoe work on this entity. They are about as secretive and litigious as Scientology. After all, they were successful in getting Tucker Carlson the boot (with no notice) after their lawsuit with Fox News. What other skeletons are in Dominion’s closet?

Donald Trump should call the GA Sec of State as a witness at his trial. He should also call the people who did the voting tabulator study.

Looks like the Truth has finally sought out Brad Raffensperger.
How many "Soros bucks" made their way into Brad's bank account?

The “vulnerability” in the Dominion “tabulators” is not a flaw, it is a feature. Outlaw them nationwide TODAY!

I can't believe that the Dominion cheating machines are still legal and in use four years later. Just answer one question, why were some of them online to IP addresses in China on election night in November, 2020? The reason for multiplying Democrat votes in even multiples of 100,000 is relatively easy to answer. Definitely a feature and not a bug.
Having access to a corporation's central computer system, dishonest programmers can easily manipulate accounting numbers and even write themselves AP and payroll checks without leaving a trail, that's why modern IT has such tight security. It sounds like Dominion is still open to the world. Biden received 81 million honest votes just like he is responsible for a roaring economy and a secure border.

I live near Atlanta. Republicans in this state are just what use to be moderate Democrats.
If Dominion machines are flawed (and they are) why did Fox News settle with Dominion so fast?

If the 2020 was the most secure election in the history of our country then we must identify least secure and declare it null and void.

I"m assuming this is a separate lawsuit, since at the very end of the article it mentioned the 2017 lawsuit that has similar implications and had the following comment from the judge:
Last month U.S. District Judge Amy Totenberg ruled that a lawsuit against Georgia’s use of electronic voting machines must go to a non-jury trial in January. She ordered Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger to defend the state’s utilization of electronic voting prior to the upcoming presidential primary election because the lawsuit questions whether Georgia’s current system of computerized voting is safe or whether it is vulnerable to potential hacking.
Sure makes you wonder about how things have transpired in the past few years and if the results are true and accurate of what actually happened, not simply true on what was presented as the results.

I don't understand why he would refuse to testify under oath; It is not like his oaths mean anything to him, or that to continue lying about his part in stealing the election would bother him.
