New Hampshire Secretary of State Weighs
Using 14th Amendment to Keep Trump Off Ballot

New Hampshire Secretary of State David Scanlan (R) is consulting with the state attorney general to determine if the U.S. Constitution’s Fourteenth Amendment empowers him to keep former President Donald Trump off the 2024 presidential ballot. As secretary of state, Scanlan oversees New Hampshire’s first-in-the-nation presidential primary that will take place at the beginning of 2024. However, Scanlan has caught wind of scholars’ recent arguments that the Fourteenth Amendment’s Disqualification Clause prohibits Trump from being on the presidential ballot. As ABC7 Chicago detailed:

If you think that the 14th Amendment can be used to bar Trump from running, which is pure BS, do you also believe Biden. should be prosecuted for treason under the same Amendment for his adding and abetting the enemy, Iran, a declared enemy and international terrorist country? Biden has released 6 billion dollars to Iran which will be used in their ongoing terrorist activities.

#6 We HAVE to stop trucks from bringing in ballots and counting well after the election ends for weeks until the dems win. Too bad the Repubs are just as crooked as the dems. You really have to know they are ALL complicit in the gathering of money for themselves and how dumb are we to let them. Why do the dems get to count the ballots and repubs only get to watch from the sidelines. And why do the repubs have to leave when the dems say so? How abt they stay through the night? Is anyone watching after the dems tell the repubs they are done counting for the day. Is anyone watching the building after they all leave for TRUCK DELIVERIES? How many ballots are DELIVERED to be counted the next day and the next? How many are registered and how many OVER that number have voted. Dems keep counting until they win and then ALL OF A SUDDEN the election is over. I read an article where 92% of registered voters voted in the last election. Do you believe that? And how many of our REPLACEMENTS (here illegally) will feel free to and are encouraged to vote in 2024? And yet the dems will say the "replacement theory" is untrue. Until WE stop them it will continue. If repubs believed in FAIR elections they would DO something. But they do not want the gravy train to stop either.

FTA: "Scanlan said he views the January 6 Capitol riot as a “really unfortunate event in our history” but cautioned that he is not “really qualified to say whether that was an ‘insurrection’ or not. “I think that is for the courts to decide,” Scanlan added. This fool is the Secretary of State for New Hampshire yet he is not qualified to decide for himself whether an insurrection occurred. He is admitting that he is so weak minded that he is passing that decision on "to the courts." How on earth do such fools get nominated and elected?

Nearly 50 years ago, the Concorde's first, non-stop transatlantic flight was the stuff of science fiction. The sleek, supersonic, 203-foot tailless bird with a downturned nose scorched across the ocean and cast a shock wave over the water implying the promise of a new age of modern travel. It seemed like a beginning. It turned out to be an end. On September 26, 1973, the Concorde's sprint from Washington D.C. to Paris took three and-a-half hours. Today's Boeings cover that distance in more than twice that time. In 1969, four years earlier, American men landed on the Moon in another achievement we can't seem to match these days.

Truthful and comprehensive journalism is at the heart of whether we will continue to devolve, or whether we regain our national footing. By their nature, journalists have a platform with the public, and a tremendous ability to influence it; people believing in and then acting on erroneous information yields destructive consequences. In this way, journalists as a whole advertently support the interests of the Democrat Destroyers; think of the “every man for himself” hysteria stories or the suppression of the efficacy of certain medicinal drugs when COVID first appeared. Mr. Dooley, the alter ego of humorist Finley Peter Dunne, famously uttered this about the function of journalism: .
