Washington— After major blows to his agenda by the Supreme Court, President Joe Biden is intent on making sure voters will have the final say.
When the court’s conservative majority effectively killed his plan to cancel or reduce federal student loan debts for millions of people, Biden said, “Republicans snatched away the hope that they were given.” When the justices ended race-based affirmative action in college admissions, he said, “This is not a normal court.” When they overturned Roe v. Wade and a national right to abortion last year, the president said, “Voters need to make their voices heard.”
As Biden heads into the 2024 election, he is running not only against

He doesn’t want to understand that the Supreme Court is the ultimate authority when it comes to the constitutionality of what would-be kings like Biden would try to pull off. The founders foresaw the Bidens to come.

Well hey.... the biden crew has had success manipulating votes before. I guess the thinking is "We did it before, why not do it again? Our media is primed and ready to help us convince people that the votes were honestly counted and everybody loves the biden agenda. We should keep our string of successes going."

Most polls say that voters WANT YOU OUT, PAL. They’re tired of TYRANNY that YOU conduct. No more vote-buying via Student Loan forgiveness, pal.

OK. Let's put it to a vote.
(1) Yes. I would be happy to help pay off student loans for the deadbeats who won't pay their debts.
(2) No. Let the deadbeats pay them off or let the colleges forgive the loans. Keep me out of it.
Oh, by the way. If you have student loan debt, you don't get to vote. Conflict of interest.

The AP infuriates yet again; “court’s conservative majority”. Since when have they said “court’s liberal majority”. Uh, never?

Um, Joe, the Constitution does not allow national referendums. Thank you, Founding Fathers!

This is about the constitution not somebody's hurt feelings. Our constitution. And that's the problem. A lot of very ignorant people walking around America who can't even tell you who the first President was, when the Civil War was fought, and who were our allies during WW2. Pathetic but true.

He knows as well as the rest of us that the voters are idiots, and an awful lot of them will support whoever promises to steal from someone else, constitutional or not.

Biden you cheater, Kamalie and you will be gone in November 2024. The Donald aka President Donald J Trump will be in the room, pal. Despite the expected ballot harvesting and voting fraud by the chicoms, the russkies, iran, and the blue swing states.

FJB is acting like judicial review is one of the Executive Branch's powers... Smells kind of like Barry's been messing with things. (He who declared DOMA to be unconstitutional.)

That's rich. By hook or by crook. If the "voters" pass something anathema to leftists, they get one judge to overturn it. If a judge does the same, now it looks like the left will conjure fake "voters" to accomplish the goal.
