A coda to Kyle Rittenhouse’s ordeal recently occurred: conviction of one of his aggressors, armed rioter (now armed robber/kidnapper) Joshua Ziminski, on unrelated felony charges. Rittenhouse, George Zimmerman, and NYC subway Samaritans Daniel Penny and Jordan Williams are frontline warriors battling to preserve civilization. Rittenhouse's legal ordeal continues. He faces litigation from Gaige Grosskreutz (wounded after pointing a gun at Rittenhouse) and a wrongful death action from Anthony Huber’s estate, shot by Rittenhouse after Huber bashed him with a skateboard. Grosskreutz's complaint, more diatribe than lawsuit, features the word “White” 20 times, two more times than in the Huber suit.

Depend upon the Word. You will, as a fallible, weak, buffeted little person be subjected to trial. In court or (worse) in your conscience.. Believe. Have Faith. Be it "hero" of "martyr"... do not fear. But rejoice that you know the choice before you. And that it is within your power to make it.

If this year brings the inevitable violence that has become the trademark of unhappy radicals who do not get their own way there are going to be more Kyle Rittenhouses out here. We have had enough of violent temper tantrums that are ignored by the police. Based on leftist criteria, Whites and Asians have just won a big battle and you know the crybabies are out there building the short arrows of war.

I keep wondering how long this war against The Normals can remain mostly not a shooting war.

The U.S. attorney in charge of the Hunter Biden investigation broke his silence Friday following explosive whistleblower allegations that his probe was "influenced by politics" and that he was "hamstrung" when making prosecutorial decisions, while denying Congress the records it requested for its oversight efforts. House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan last month requested U.S. Attorney for the District of Delaware David Weiss turn over materials related to those allegations. Weiss responded in a letter Friday evening, saying he is "not at liberty to provide the materials you seek."

U.S. Attorney David Weiss has caused plenty of confusion when it comes to whether or not he has had full authority to charge Hunter Biden. House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) had recently sent him a letter demanding clarification about a letter Weiss had sent to the Committee indicating he had full authority, in response to a letter that Jordan had sent to Attorney General Merrick Garland. Jordan had given Weiss a deadline of July 6. Almost a full week before the deadline, though, Weiss sent a letter to Jordan on Friday night. It's not only a "Friday night news dump," it's one before the holiday weekend.

Slipped out under the radar ahead of a long Fourth of July weekend on a Friday night, the State Department's report on the U.S. pullout on Afghanistan in 2021 is out, and it's a beaut. According to CBS: Washington — The State Department released on Friday an unclassified version of its Afghanistan "After Action Review" report, which faulted both the Trump and Biden administrations for "insufficient" planning and said a lack of clear communication and decision-making "added significantly" to the challenges U.S. personnel faced during the frenzied, and ultimately deadly, military withdrawal and evacuation from Kabul in 2021.

President and Fellows of Harvard College dealt an overdue blow to race-based college admissions, and some of the best punches were thrown by Justice Clarence Thomas in his concurrence. The court ruled that so-called “affirmative action” at Harvard and the University of North Carolina were in violation of the 14th Amendment and its application via the Civil Rights Act. Policies that discriminate based on race without demonstrating a compelling public interest,

The following should remove all doubts that the Times is in the tank for the Democrat. Here are the lede paragraphs from a June 29 AP story by Mike Catalini on the sentence given a New Jersey politico for arranging the murder of "a colleague."

When I was ten years old, I got a trial with a Little League team, but I was cut by the coach just before the season started in favor of his 9-year-old son. The son wasn't nearly as good at baseball as I was, but I understood the situation and accepted it without much fanfare. I figured at age 11, I'd have no problem making the Little League, and I'd be on some team for two years. Much to my chagrin, at age 11, I wasn't even considered for a team and went straight to what was called the farm team. This irked me.

Project Veritas on Friday released an undercover video revealing Joe Biden’s unannounced “Plan B” to work around the Supreme Court’s ruling on his student loan bailout program. The US Supreme Court on Friday crushed Joe Biden’s student loan bailout program. Joe Biden unilaterally announced a massive forgiveness of student loans last August to buy the Gen Z-Millennial vote in the 2022 midterms. Biden canceled over $400 billion in student loans which turned out to be up to $10,000 in student debt for borrowers who earn $125,000 a year or less and up to $20,000 for recipients of Pell Grants.

Her desire to do so is unfathomable to me. It is an insult to individual achievement and cancerous to young minds seeking to push though barriers. Their race is not to blame for everything good or bad that happens in their lives.’ What is your response to that?”

After her long-winded rant, Johnson yelled, "F**k the suburbs because they don't know a goddamn thing about how life is in the city."

First, this point from Elle Purnell: Between April and June 2020, when IRS agents were preparing to execute interviews and search warrants, it was “career DOJ officials,” Shapley said, who “purposely slow-walk[ed] investigative actions.” She then points out: All of that happened under Trump and his attorney general, William Barr. That’s not to make the absurd suggestion that it happened at Trump or Barr’s direction. Rather, it shows how monstrous the triple-letter leviathan and its grip on our political process are. It is "absurd" to say that President Trump protected Biden. But is it so absurd to argue that Barr played a role in protecting the likely Democrat nominee? I don't think so.

Bud Light's sales have plummeted so much that a glass bottling company was forced to shut down two of its plants and lay off nearly 650 employees. The Ardagh Group, one of the largest glass producers in the world, announced last week it was shuttering its Wilson, North Carolina, and Simsboro, Louisiana, plants on July 17. The Wilson plant employed nearly 400 people, and the Simsboro plant had 245 — all of whom now find themselves without jobs. The company did not cite a reason for the closures in its statement, just saying it was part of a 'multi-year performance optimization program.'
