Most lawyers probably would not appreciate being compared to a cold-blooded terrorist responsible for thousands of deaths. But for John Banzhaf—an octogenarian litigator who’s been called the "Osama Bin Laden of Torts"—the comparisons are a point of pride. (snip) Now, though, this self-proclaimed "legal terrorist" has set his sights on an unlikely target: the Stanford Law School students who shouted down Fifth Circuit appellate judge Kyle Duncan.
Banzhaf told Stanford earlier this month that he will file a character and fitness complaint against the students with the California state bar.

Actions have consequences, a lesson I learned from my father at about age 5, but one that many in more recent generations have not learned at all. It's about time they do.

I would never hire a recent law school graduate from Stanford! They appear to be entitled babies who cannot handle differences of opinion. Such personalities and character traits are not fit for the practice of law. The whole application process and screening of candidates for Standford Law School admission obviously need to be reviewed, gutted, and totally revamped! The school obviously needs to provide a safe room for their student where they can comfortably lie on mats while sucking their thumbs in a fetal position, watching hot air balloon, puppy dog, and unicorn videos, and eating cotton candy and vegan cupcakes while waiting for their Prozac to kick in. These people are NOT READY for the real world! I blame their parents. Why does the diversity professor still have her job? She demonstrated that she is not for diversity, so why have her?

I've heard of several legal organizations say they will not hire Any Stanford Student currently going to this law school.
Sounds like a reason to transfer.

Love it, standing up for standards in behavior and comportment, and also standing up for their importance.

Now THIS is how it’s done. No angry letter, no public demonstration, but a filing by a respected judge to the bar association in the state where the law school is located stating that, due to their demonstrated inability to restrain themselves and present a cogent, reasoned argument, the students should not be allowed to practice law when they graduate. Simple - and, hopefully, effective.

John Banzaf is a grifter whose actions have resulted in great harm to the republic and its citizens. It matters not one whit that his latest ploy to gain publicity appeals to conservatives. He is a snake and should be treated as such.

Alumni and others should stop contributing until Stanford issues a policy to deal with such behavior. It's outrageous that students get away with such disrupting behavior.

I think that Stanford Law School students will easily find work as North Korean border guards. Then again, even there, they will not be able to keep their mouths shut so their N Korean tenure will be short-lived. What idiots.

In this case, Banzhaf is right. He shouldn't have to step up and remind law students to monitor their professional conduct. No need for him to stop with Stanford, either. He's targeting only those who were eager to disrupt the speech, thereby denying their fellow students their right to hear an invited guest. The fact that an associate dean participated in the appalling tantrum does not excuse the students. All attendees are responsible for their own behavior. By her conduct, the "diversity" officer demonstrated a profound lack of tolerance for a value she was obviously not interested in promoting.

Banzhaf is a jerk! He may have a point about Stanford, but blew it with lying about Trump and Georgia's 2020 election.
President Trump DID NOT ask for votes to be added like the demonrats to all the time to elections. President Trump was
asking about lost votes that should be there.
Gutfeld explained it very nicely to that dunce Jessica Tarroff when he said, when I ask if you know where there's a good restaurant, it doesn't mean I want you to make up a restaurant. In other words, President Trump was asking that vile Sec. of State Rats=in=burger if he knew where those 10,000 votes were...it's all in the phone call. Recent election tallies have shown that over 100,000 votes for Trump were stolen in Georgia and these Rino Republicans and demonrats don't want that exposed. Georgia State has one of the crooked elections in the nation along with several others.
