Pope Francis pushed back against the condemnation of the gay community and anti-gay laws after visiting with African leaders on Sunday.
The Pope said it is a sin and injustice to treat people with "homosexual tendencies" poorly when interviewed during his flight from South Sudan, the Catholic News Agency reports.
"People with homosexual tendencies are children of God. God loves them. God accompanies them," he said. ""To condemn someone like this is a sin. Criminalizing people with homosexual tendencies is an injustice."

The socialist Pope is hoping that today's "plate" is overflowing.

Temptation is not the same thing as sin. We are all tempted, and so was the Lord himself. Whatever you may be coping with, the message from the Church is that being tempted does not make you an outcast from the community. And going beyond that - I think it was John Paul II who said that we can all understand weakness. Rationalizing wrongdoing is much worse, and teaching others to do as you have done is worst of all.

The institutional Church is collapsing and this loon is focusing on LGBT issues which affect 3% of the population. This issue does not play well with the African Catholic Church. He is an idiot

He might want to stay hoe and read the Bible where it says homosexual behavior is an abomination.

The man REALLY needs to open his Bible. Then he might reconsider his stance after seeing what God has to say about this unnatural use of His creation.

I pray for the Holy Catholic Church and that it survives this horrible Pope. Jesus is Lord and He is what we need to focus on. There have been horrible Popes before , yet the Church is worth saving!

"
Same-sex ***acts*** are illegal in Sudan and South Sudan..."
The ACTS, see? Not the "tendencies". Big Difference. Continuing to spread the papal bull.
When's he gonna condemn the alphabet community for denying the supremacy of God to define who is and what is a woman? And their support of genitile mutilation?

Wait a minute. I thought in the eyes of the woke crowd everything black or tribal or African was superior to the civilized world. Are we to believe that the leader of a major western religion found fault with our troglodyte betters? Say it aint so!

In Francis' Roman Catholic Church, there is only one sin that is to be condemned--RACISM! Nothing else is of any consequence. Curious, though, how he manages to overlook the "pride" proclaimed by homosexuals, which, if I recall is actually one of the "Seven Deadly Sins," along with "lust," which is the overarching motivating factor in the debauched lifestyle of homosexuals. The Roman Catholic Church is dead, killed by its own hierarchy.

Frankie Baby neglects the fact that
1. GOD, in His Word, clearly considers man laying with man and woman laying with woman an abomination,
2. There is a big difference between 'condemning and rebuking. GOD condemns. We, rebuke, and are encouraged to do.

This institution has managed to continue to protect the truths revealed by Christ as the sole means of salvation, for over two thousand years and has withstood bad and corrupt leaders, the rise ad fall of empires. It will survive his guy. Smaller, back in catacombs perhaps, but it will endure.

Kookie gay men with female (Mother) issues adore extravagant women like Cher, M.M., Mae West etal. They should not be near the Church nor the Mother or Jesus.
