How can Mr.Elmi be arrested twice in one day unless he had a 'get out of jail free card'?

I guess if no one chose to swallow them - - the dealer would be stuck with 65,000 useless pills. Fortunately for the dealer - - there are lots of very, very stupid people out there - - who will help him to profitably reduce his inventory.

Simple solution. Having that much fentanyl should be a sentance of 10 years. If any fentenyl overdoes is trace back to a dealer, then it is life in prison.

He should've been executed at once after he'd been forced to give up his suppliers. That's the only way this is going to end by execution at the border and then dare the cartels to give our loyal military an toexcuse to end them.

There could be a sentencing guideline something along the lines of, 1 year in jail for each 100 milligrams of the drug you are caught carrying without a prescription.

You don't have to wait for the fentanyl pills to get to NY. Any day you can bust 10x this at our southern border.

I have been saying this for my entire adult life, but NONE of this drug abuse will stop unless the idiots across our nation stop demanding/buying the stuff.tired of blaming cartels, poor countries, poverty, etc., it's supply and demand folks. As long as the demand is there by Americans , the $upply will flow.

How to rid the USA of drug dealers? Make them eat their own product when caught. Eventually they'll be selling JellyBeans on street corners instead of Fentanyl, Crack, and Heroin.

The cartels, thanks to FJB, now control the southern border. What is needed is death squads tasked with killing cartel members plus Reaper drones armed with Hellfire missiles hitting the Fentanyl labs in Mexico. Kill a few thousand and the world will be a better place. Harsh? I don’t think so so. The drug is now killing 1500 people a week and all the Dems can talk about is “gun violence” and more gun control. Gun murders pale in comparison to drug ODs. 21,000 gun murders (90% black on black) versus over 100,000 drug deaths per year and climbing exponentially.

Skip the "Rule of Law" Kabuki theatre on this one. Put him in a room that he can't escape, an ornate bowl of his fentanyl pills on a table, the centerpiece (kinda like in "Hunger Games".). Dispose of body and remaining pills responsibly.

I agree with#18. Drug dealers and traffickers should be forced to "sample" a couple of handfuls of their "product" once caught with it in their possession. What's left can be destroyed.
