Dazed and abused by high taxes and rising crime, more New Yorkers fled to Florida in 2022 than any year in history, according to new data.
A staggering 64,577 Empire staters exchanged their driver’s licenses for the Sunshine State version last year, according to figures from the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles.
“They come in every day,” a staffer at a Jacksonville DMV office told The Post this week with a weary laugh. “I hear all the complaints. I feel like a therapist sometimes.”

President Joe Biden’s younger brother Frank Biden peddled White House influence during Joe Biden’s presidency, according to a CNN report that indicates the Biden family business remains operational even since Joe Biden was elected.
On at least two separate occasions, Frank Biden publicly cited Joe Biden as a means by which he has influence, despite holding no government position or relation to the White House other than by having the same last name as the president and being his sibling.
In October, Frank Biden spoke in Venice, Italy, as the keynote speaker at a BioSig Technologies conference about “the future of global health care.” BioSig Technologies is a health technology company.

Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) Director Christopher Wray alluded to “collaboration between the private sector and the government,” during Thursday remarks at the World Economic Forum — as the bureau remains mired in scandal following the “Twitter Files” revelations and braces for aggressive Congressional investigations.
Wray, speaking to an audience of global elites at the Davos gathering, touched on the federal government’s work with ostensibly private technology companies, during a discussion about the potential dangers of new technology. The FBI chief touted the “significant strides” the FBI in particular has made in efforts to work more closely with the tech industry.

New York City is amongst some of the top crime-ridden places in the U.S., thanks to soft-on-crime policies and Democrat-run leaders.
A new law is forcing prosecutors to release suspects, putting them back on the street sans consequences, only making the city’s crime problem heighten.
According to a new study obtained by the New York Post, 69 percent of criminal cases were dropped due to justice “reforms.”
In 2019, the year new “discovery” rules were adopted by state lawmakers, 44 percent of cases were dismissed, rising to 69 percent by mid-October 2021, according to the Manhattan Institute.

Exclusive photographs reveal the shocking scale of devastation in a Philadelphia neighborhood ravaged by a newly popular and dangerous drug.
Kensington, an inner city area described by The Philadelphia Inquirer as 'the poorest neighborhood in America's poorest big city', has become ground zero for abuse of an animal tranquilizer called xylazine.
Pictures obtained by DailyMail.com show addicts shooting up in broad daylight, or hunched over in a stupor. Needles and syringes litter the ground and any of those on the streets had raw, gaping wounds.
'I've never seen human beings remain in these kinds of conditions,' said Sarah Laurel, who runs outreach organization Savage Sisters.

When Presidentish Joe Biden stages a “surprise” burger order as part of a political ploy to boast about the economy, what’s a respected newspaper to do?
Gush like a schoolgirl, apparently.
In his official capacity as an elected official who can’t even order lunch without making it political, Biden called a new local restaurant to order a burger with a side of braggadocio.(Tweet/Video) Brittany was caught so off guard that she was well-lit and on her mark for the camera she pretended not to notice.
She wasn’t expecting a call from POTUS, mind you, but from the videography to the drooling press coverage, the whole thing was more stagey than

The U.S. Supreme Court released a statement Thursday afternoon announcing that investigators could not determine who was behind the leak of Justice Samuel Alito’s draft opinion in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization last year.
“In May 2022, this Court suffered one of the worst breaches of trust in its history: the leak of a draft opinion,” an unsigned statement from the Supreme Court Justices said. “The leak was no mere misguided attempt at protest. It was a grave assault on the judicial process.”
“The Chief Justice assigned the task to the Marshal of the Supreme Court and her staff,” the statement continued.

Former President Donald J. Trump has gained some 15 points in his net-favorability rating in just over a month, according to a poll.
An Economist/YouGov poll released Wednesday shows that 45 percent of U.S. adults have a favorable view of Trump while 48 percent have an unfavorable one, marking a net difference of -3 percentage points.
The 45th president, the only Republican candidate thus far in the 2024 presidential primary field, has made major strides in his favorability rating compared to an Economist/YouGov poll conducted from December 10-13. Trump’s net rating in that poll registered at -18 points, as 38 percent found him favorable versus 56 percent who viewed him as unfavorable.

Revelations that Joe Biden kept classified documents in multiple locations probably won't be much of a problem for Biden, but it's a big problem for Biden's Department of Justice, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) argued on Wednesday.
Cruz told Fox News's Sean Hannity the White House "is not really concerned" about Biden's legal exposure in possessing and mishandling classified material, given the fact that Attorney General Merrick Garland appointed as special counsel a man who is expected to go easy on Biden: (Video) "Merrick Garland appointed as a special counsel someone who had been the right hand to Rod Rosenstein, who had been the right hand to Chris Wray.

The Paul Pelosi attack story disappeared from the news for a reason; the courts are blocking the details from getting out.
It was in late October when the dire news broke that the husband of then-House Speaker Nancy Pelosi had been attacked in their home with a hammer. For a couple of weeks, the story raged, as conservative news outlets and loose-tongued Republicans were blamed as being the force behind the attack on Paul Pelosi. But soon, details emerged that countered the initial outrage reports, and before long, the story began to rapidly fade from news cycles.
Suddenly, it went from being the story reporters could not shut up about to

Secretary of State Antony Blinken said Tuesday he had no idea why government documents were taken to the Penn Biden Center, despite serving there as managing director for two years.
At a press conference, Blinken was asked if he was “aware of any reason why classified documents would have been packed and brought there while you were there, and whether you would be available for an interview if the special counsel requests.”
Blinken responded, “The short answer is no.”
He added, “Just as you heard from President Biden about a week ago, I was surprised to learn that there were any government records taken to the Penn Biden Center.
