MOSCOW, Idaho – Neighbors of the Washington State University graduate student arrested in Pennsylvania Friday morning in connection with the murders of four Idaho co-eds were shocked to learn the alleged killer – who had evaded police – was living among them in their typically "quiet" community. Bryan Christopher Kohberger was arrested thousands of miles from Idaho, in Albrightsville, Pennsylvania, early Friday morning. But police have since said he was a graduate student at Washington State University, and he had been living in Pullman. Justin Williams, a 34-year-old WSU employee who lives in an adjacent building, told Fox News Digital he had occasionally seen Kohberger in the neighborhood,

After heavy criticism of the police, they got their man. They did not talk and tell the Press what they were doing or where they were looking. Good job.

First of all, I want to point out that the chief of police in Moscow ID. violated the rights of Kohberger by stating that he committed the murders as well as a number of so-called journalists that Kohberger committed the crime before any evidence is presented in court. That the police have evidence that he was involved in the murders is beside the point. According to the law, everyone is entitled to a fair trial. By stating that Kohberger did it before he has an attorney to represent him and before said attorney has a chance to examine the evidence that will be presented in court, the jury pool has been tainted before anyone is even called to jury duty no matter where the trial takes place. If the evidence presented in a court of law and a jury finds him guilty of these crimes, then Kohberger deserves whatever punishment that is handed down. But to have the media and the police be the judge, jury, and executioner before any evidence is presented is just plain wrong. If the police can keep their activity quiet this long while investigating, they can keep their mouths shut until the trial starts.

A warrant for 1st degree murder has been signed by the Idaho court having jurisdiction. This alone says that the state believes they have probable cause that he committed the crimes and a judge agreed. The warrant is sealed until he is extradited to Idaho and brought before the court to be arraigned. The defendants rights have not been compromised. The fact that the police chief had provided evidence to the prosecutor to file the warrant and the court issued same are not problematic. Any competent defense attorney will ask for a change of venue. The murders of four students in a college town like Moscow obviously taints the jury pool because the entire town is dependent on the school for survival.

They knew it was him because his DNA was found at the crime scene. As for anyone in Pullman reporting the car, why would they want to get involved? Pretty slim evidence at a distance from the crimes. And maybe, like many here, they never bothered to read the articles when the car was mentioned. Most people are engaged in thei own lives.

We all know people who are "off", but there is not a darn thing you can do about it until they kill someone and get caught. Then you can get interviewed and say you knew the guy was "off". But you can warn those around you to be alert to the situation. And have them look at you like you are the one who is "off".

One of the silliest myths in TV newscasting is that objectivity is still a lodestar. As PBS NewsHour anchor Judy Woodruff was wrapping up her last show in the anchor chair on Friday, pundits David Brooks and Jonathan Capehart both pretended Woodruff exemplified neutrality. Do they think Republicans never watch this show? NewsBusters has the truth on this. You can watch her trash Trump's COVID record with Vice President Mike Pence. It's nothing like the softness Woodruff has offered Hillary Clinton. Or Joe Biden. Or Adam Schiff.

Almost two years after the January 6, 2021, Washington D.C. protests that Democrats and the mainstream news media call an “insurrection,” the Department of Justice (DOJ) is still asking for the public’s help in identifying more people to arrest.  Of the 964 individuals charged with crimes for their participation in the protests of January 6, 2021, “hundreds” are still in Washington D.C. prisons today.  The conditions in these prisons are so horrific that 34 January 6th (J6) prisoners asked for a transfer to the military terrorist prison at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba (Gitmo). In their letter pleading for a transfer, the J6 prisoners said that Gitmo would provide what they are lacking

The January 6th committee recently ended with a whimper after a year of pomp and circumstance. Despite much manipulation of information by its members, the committee’s report garnered all of about eight hours of headline news before quickly burning out. Why? Because there was almost nothing revealed that we didn’t already know in it, and no matter how much Liz Cheney, Adam Schiff, and the rest insisted otherwise, they themselves never produced an ounce of evidence that Donald Trump orchestrated and was responsible for the Capitol breach. Still, there was something interesting shown in the testimony of now-infamous Ray Epps, the man who was caught on video multiple times

Why did Republicans underperform during the 2022 mid-terms? That question has become a near-constant point of contention on the right. Was it a candidate quality issue? I’d argue that was certainly the case in several high-profile races, but that’s obviously not the only thing that plagued the GOP. There was also a lack of coherent messaging from leadership, and in many important races, Democrats were simply able to outspend their opponents by large margins. The RNC’s inability to harvest votes and bank early votes didn’t help either. Donald Trump is looking elsewhere for an explanation, though. In an eyebrow-raising rant on Sunday, he appeared to blame pro-lifers for GOP woes.
