NPR interviewed Newt Gingrich for Friday's All Things Considered, ostensibly to underline how successful President Biden has been. Their headline at NPR.org was "Newt Gingrich thinks the GOP needs to stop underestimating Biden." Anchor Mary Louise Kelly couldn't help but steer the car into the woods when Newt said the 2020 election was "rigged," as in Twitter censorship and Zuckerbucks.
Kelly started down a well-worn path when she asked Newt whether Trump helped or hurt in 2022, and he said we was very helpful in some races, and not in others.

They haven’t been paying attention. Newt, one of the smartest speakers ever and right now one of ours, has been frequently guesting on Fox. Makes no bones about sharing his opinions on the election. And if he has said something tood aout Biden, I missed it. Newt advocates looking forward and not backward (unless acknowledging errors made so as not to make them again). As for Trump helping or hurting midterm races, the grossly uninformed show themselves when they say that “none of his candidates won” and dumb things like that. The numbers told a different story, but lemmings who get their news from MSNBC et al will keep on down that path. That path is indeed well worn.

The Newtster is a terrific “eminence gris” of conservative thinking yet as a politico when he did have power it was more a classroom in government./not actually doing governing. He is not the very best real world , hard knuckle fighter ..we all know who that really iz ..and nwo thugs hate him every way possible ..

There were four major races where Trump interjected himself with endorsements and rallies, and they were the Senate seats for PA, GA, AK and AZ. All four were losses in states that should be in the R column. In Alaska you can toss in Sarah Palin in the House race. That's not to say he's the reason they lost, but you cannot argue he's the reason they won becasue they didn't. The MAGA vote failed to carry the day for those candidates. It failed to deliver a Red Wave. And if you're going to claim victory, one also has to accept a role in defeat. Like it or not, FPDT is a waning force. Newt hits it on the head advising FPDT, "don't run only as a MAGA candidate focused on the right wing of the Republican Party because that's not going to win." The proof is in these key races. These election results, with the possible exception of AZ, offer a clear indicator to those giving them a reasonable analysis.
And if anyone wants to claim it's all rigged, what's the point of even discussing the pre-ordained outcomes? We can all save our money and energy. Any "R" will do to lose.

For those who deny Newt's political skills, you must be forgetting that, as a young congressman, he organized the greatest victory for Republicoans in 40 years. The republicans last held the House in 1954, and Newt, by coming up with a coordinated strategy - Contract With America - was responsible for the victory, run against a skilled, dirty poltical fighter named Dollar Bill Clinton. And the media were completely against Newt, to the extent I had never seen.
As Speaker of the House, Newt democratized House rules. His record of achievements was not perfect, but was significant.
As for rigged elections, Pennsylvania elected a man of fewer words than Young Frankenstein's monster - Puttin on the Ritz. But because of media complicity and early voting, most Pennsylvanians were not aware of Fetterman's brain damage.
We now have George Soros's favorite son speaking for him.

I hope PDJT is listening. Newt is a proven prognosticator and is a very valuable asset.
Talking about stolen elections takes the focus off the destruction being applied to our Country, and the World.
