The WH press secretary’s statement about
illegal aliens in D.C. is illuminating

The first Biden administration press secretary, Jen Psaki, was snarky and dishonest but she wasn’t stupid. The same cannot be said about Karine Jean-Pierre. Jean-Pierre, who defines herself by her race, gender, and sexuality, rather than by her abilities (which is really sad when you think about it), is staggeringly bad at her job, daily exposing the vast chasm behind her eyes and between her ears. The latest example is her response when asked about why it’s fine for the administration to fly illegal aliens across America but not fine for Texas to send them to Biden’s and Jean-Pierre’s hometown of Washington D.C.

It’s true Raggedy Ann is dumber than a box of rocks, but she may she may be in the top tier intelligence wise of all the other single digit IQ folks in this outfit. Not having any skill set is a plus with this bunch.

My bet is on the fact that they couldn't care less what we think because the system IS locked up and the most extensive voter fraud in history will play out again in the midterms and 2024.

FTA: This means that, looking ahead to the elections, the Biden administration is confident that it’s got the systems locked up so tightly that, even if the American people push back a bit in November, come the 2024 election, we’ll see a solid repeat of what happened in 2020—namely, an election that Republicans cannot possibly win, whether in the White House or in Congress. This has to be the case. The actions being taken deny all logic. joey is in a hole and keeps on digging.. i would say this is a good thing; keep digging. but it seems they know something we don't. I disagree with the author on one point. Jen Circle Back P-saki was stupider than a bag of hammers along with being snarky and dishonest. The self identified Black Gay Immigrant Woman however, is so bad at her job she makes Dee Dee Myers, Mike McCurry and Robert Gibbs look like WH press secretarial geniuses.

From the time Donald and Melania Trump descended the escalator to announce his candidacy for President of the United States, there has been little other than a torrent of hate directed at him, his family, and all who support him. We have endured the past several years being required to account for how we could support such a man. For me, it was simple. My support for Donald Trump in 2016 and 2020 (clearly explained to family and friends) came down to the three pillars of American exceptionalism

Sen. Joe Manchin (D. WV) continues to deserve credit, along with Sen. Kyrsten Sinema (D. AZ), for holding firm on the filibuster. Without them, the Democrat wish list, including packing the Supreme Court, would have been met a year ago. However, after blocking the economically destructive “Build Back Better” bill, Manchin suddenly collapsed and agreed to a $739 billion bill that includes climate change garbage and increased corporate taxes. This deal is so bad that Sen. Lindsey Graham (R. SC), who’s reverted to his old, pre-Kavanaugh ways of putting collegiality ahead of America, strongly castigated Manchin.

For the past few days, I’ve been trying to explain to a millennial the concept of that “Great America” that is encompassed in Trump’s MAGA slogan (“Make America Great Again”). Marinated in modern academia, which hates America, he simply doesn’t get it. Perhaps that’s why I was stunned by the perspicacity in Michael Anton’s latest, which looks at the ruling class’s vision of America, a vision that, in its own way, is even more antithetical to the MAGA viewpoint than this young man’s generalized disdain.

By July 28, the number of cases reached 281, according to the city. “San Francisco is declaring a Local Public Health Emergency for monkeypox. Congressional Republicans are floating the idea of investigating Dr. Anthony Fauci and the Biden administration’s response to the COVID pandemic should they win back the majority in the midterms. Senator Rand Paul (R-Ky.), who is in line to become chairman of the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions (HELP) Committee, if Republicans win the majority in the U.S. Senate, told The Hill that Republicans will attempt to get the answers from Fauci. “One way or another, if we are in the majority, we will subpoena his records and he will testify in the Senate under oath,” he said.

Asked if he could go back to March of 2020 and start over with the pandemic response, Dr. Fauci admitted that mistakes were made in his and the CDC's response to COVID's initial spread but refused blame for collateral damage caused by public health officials. What he did admit? That masking and social distancing restrictions should have been "much, much more stringent" than they were. "If I knew in 2020 what I know now, we would do a lot differently," he said during an interview on HillTV's Rising.

Professionals who need a graduate degree to ply their trade—doctors and lawyers, mostly—are incredibly protective of their ability to work in their chosen professions. They’ve invested years and tens (or even hundreds) of thousands of dollars in attaining their credentials, passed licensing exams, gotten checked out by the police, and worked years in their field to attain the upper-middle-class success to which they aspire. That’s why the latest leftist tactic is one of the most vicious: trying to disbar attorneys who worked on Trump’s election lawsuits.

If you have been paying any attention at all to academia in this country, you know it has entered a dark age, neglecting what my alma mater once described as its function: A place for the sifting and winnowing of ideas. Today’s academic “marketplace” increasingly sells only one product, drives others from the agora with a variety of bullying actions, and threatens both the sellers and purchasers into silence about alternate products. Here’s an eye-opener to illustrate the extent of the assault on free speech and free thought.

Yesterday, Vice Kamala Harris delivered a speech at the American Rescue Plan Workforce Development Summit. Harris told her audience the following “Together, we are investing in training programs and apprenticeships that give workers the skills they need to take on the jobs with better wages and better benefits — in particular, workers from underrepresented backgrounds.” Harris had just achieved the seemingly impossible by her standard -- she had constructed a meaningful sentence. But before her aides could leap with joy to celebrate the accomplishment, Kamala served another word salad.

As the party in control of Congress and the White House, Democrats are responsible for the high inflation and gas prices that are wrecking the nation's economy.

FBI Director Christopher Wray always seems a little too pleased with himself. But on Thursday the smirk may be wiped off his pretty face when Republican members of the House oversight committee start grilling him on the mounting evidence that something is very rotten inside the agency Wray runs. Top of the list is the curious question of why the FBI apparently did nothing with Hunter Biden’s laptop, which was handed to two agents on Dec. 9, 2019, by John Paul Mac Isaac, the alarmed owner of the computer repair shop near the Biden family homes in Greenville, Del., where Hunter had dropped off his MacBook eight months earlier.  CORRECTION*

The United States killed Al-Qaeda leader Ayman Al-Zawahri in a drone strike over the weekend, three people briefed on the operation told POLITICO. The strike was conducted by the CIA, according to two of the people, with one saying it took place in Kabul. Al-Zawahri was an Egyptian who took over Al-Qaeda after the U.S. killed its longtime leader, Osama bin Laden, in 2011. He never achieved the household name status of his predecessor, but Al-Zawahri’s killing is nonetheless a major win for the United States in the ongoing struggle against Islamist terrorism, especially as the United Nations warns that the terrorist group is outpacing its peers

Their arrival has been accompanied by spikes in violent crime and social disorder, prompting an urban exodus. A “slow and bureaucratic” response that has seen monkeypox spread rapidly across the US–with more than a thousand cases in New York City alone–reveals just how badly battered local health agencies have been since the Covid pandemic, advocates have said. Once a rare African virus, monkeypox has taken hold amid the ragged patchwork of city, county, state and federal agencies that make up the US public health infrastructure. “Unfortunately, delayed actions mean monkeypox has spread within the gay community and among other men who have sex with men,” said David Harvey, executive director of the National Coalition of STD Directors.(Snip)“The system is tired, it’s overworked, it’s underpaid,
