Donald Trump called for the homeless to be put into specialized camps and bragged about sending the Secret Service to sweep search tents on Tuesday in his first speech back in Washington, DC since leaving the White House.
In a somber speech running more than an hour long, the former president hammered the Biden administration on the crime wave sweeping the country while dramatically listing some of the more gruesome incidents that have hit headlines over the last year.
He also reiterated past calls to impose the death penalty on drug dealers, claiming that 'You execute a drug dealer, you save 500 lives.’

The dem pols & Rinos created the sensless problems & manufactured divisions challenging America right now. Pres. Trump is the already proven leader who can MAGA! Only he offers a plan of action which actually addresses and offers answers to correct the countless human tragedies the Biden Administration's radical left policies have slammed down on America the Beautiful and we, the people. Watch Pres. Trump's entire speech and consider his plan. ...The dem's calculations are only making everything worse for everyone!

Great forward thinking, Mr. President. But please be careful with this because when W started talking about taking out drug dealers and members of the various cartels when he was President, he received stern warnings from the cartels that he had better back off or they would take out both of his daughters. And back off he did.

Just saw some articles on the fascist Democrat propaganda narrative sources. They are using the term "concentration camps" and not "homeless shelters". The term to describe the propagandists is LIARS.

His speech yesterday was fabulous...spot on!!...he's a problem solver...and the tent cities for homeless is a perfect solution for the problem....build the bathrooms for them so the streets won't be cover with filth...and drug dealers need a deterrent ...and the death penalty is the answer...nervous Nancy and chuckie schummer can't stop him from talking to the people...WE wait for his insights because they make common sense....

And then on the other side they can't seem to keep their stories straight. An article posted previously about "wide-eyed" Biden points to the obvious. Biden talks about Trump and January 6 - says Donald Trump did nothing while he sat in the dining room. What is it, Democrats? Did he grab the steering wheel or was he in the dining room doing nothing?
Everything the Democrats are, is what I am not. They take God out of society, believe in abortion, and want us to be fear-filled people. I firmly believe Donald Trump learned who his friends are or aren't. I hope he learns his lesson with Kellyanne Conway. . .

Talk is cheap. This from the guy who vowed to "lock her up," drain the swamp, build the wall, end birthright citizenship, send illegal aliens back, slash the size and scope of government agencies, and who knows how many other promises that either failed to materialize, or were undone in a matter of weeks by the cabal that stole the election because the Trump administration failed to overhaul our voting systems as a matter of national security. Give or take ousting unapologetic patriot Steve Bannon as senior advisor and replacing with the notorious soft liberal Javanka, and backing various Deep State creatures for cabinet slots and Senate seats.

Taking this with a modicum of salt, if this report is even partly true, FPDT has jumped a shark and opens the door for more "moderate" candidates, such as DeSantis and even Pence. If this story reflects what FPDT said, it should give "real conservatives" and "Constitutionalists" pause, claiming the use of US Federal Law Enforcement to round up the "homeless"...really? Now to put them in camps...really? Essentially Federalize the National Guard, your state's militia?
Think about all that for a moment. Wouldn't Obama and Biden love to have that power, like they exercised the "conservative" Patriot Act, festooned with safeguards and protections? It's fine to assail MS13 and other deadly Latin gangs and expose their heinous crimes. And what is anyone going to do about them - local cops don't want to see their family's heads in burlap bags in a ditch...or their own.
With this, if at all accurate, FPDT is doing a disservice to the GOP(e) candidates, especially those he has endorsed, "confirming" what the libs have been saying about the nation taking an authoritarian bent under Republican and, especially, another DJT administration. The scary TV ads make themselves. How about ambushing Herschel Walker, for example, asking whether he will support Trump's wanting the internment of the homeless in camps, like the Japanese after Pearl Harbor...apparently with no due process and no crime committed.
Even if it's all a lie, it's got wings on its feet to "inform" a wary public. Biden's bad. Is this vision of America better?

Regarding homeless camps, not sure they are a good idea:
- Can see this being an easier sale with Democratic governors and mayors than Republican ones.
- How much will this cost? Need I remind the federal government is 30 trillion in debt, and the nation is 90 trillion in debt. Can see this program costing trillions over time.
- How big will these camps get? Will they include children? How big do they have to get to have their own representation? These camps could turn into cities. Will they have mail in ballot drop boxes?
- Will they allow illegals?
- Will entrance be voluntary or involuntary? If involuntary, are they prisons? How does one get out? How will the homeless be transported to them (hint, don't use boxcars)? Will the homeless be transported across state lines?
- Would you want a camp within five miles of where you lived?
- How would these places be maintained? If children are involved, they need schools. What about food and water? What about police, fire, sanitation, and hospitals?
Regarding drug dealers:
- Exactly who would be executed? The schmoe that buys three hits and sells one so they can buy more? The hardcore dealers that have hundreds of customers? The mules? The foreign kingpins that buy governments?

America First, as a political platform, ought not include rounding up millions of Americans without due process, and forcing them into specialized camps, something our nation’s home grown, wannabe communists dominating the democrat party are salivating over with regard to conservative, Constitution-loving citizens. Due process is already under assault by the progressives and making drug dealing a capital crime is and has been under the purview of our state and national lawmakers, not a function of executive action. Enforcing the laws currently on the books would be a worthy step. All of this calculated posturing by Trump is likely to have a negative impact on flipping Congress this year, a year that has shaped up to be a slam dunk for the right-of-center majority in this country. For what it’s worth, I see Reagan as the best president in my lifetime, which began during the Eisenhower administration; however, my criticism would be the same if Reagan had given the speech made by Trump yesterday, maybe worse criticism coming from the best communicator of conservative principles I’ve ever seen or heard.

The left and MSM will call Trump crazy for saying this, but how many times have they done that in the past, and then Trump was found to be right all along.

Allowing mentally ill and dysfunctional people to live in squalor on the street is just plain inhuman. We used to have mental institutions for them. But the liberals got rid of those apparently not realizing or caring that the alternative would be much worse. It's simple to realize that anyone who can't take care of themselves well enough to live in a normal house or home and can only live on the streets should be removed from the streets and put in a facility that can care for them. Mental institutions should be brought back. Encampments should be created for those who don't need mental care but would benefit from some level of incarceration. Involuntary committal should be brought back.
The history of how all this came about is well described in Madness In The Streets by Rael Jean Isaac.
The quick easy explanation is it all started with do-gooder lawyers in California who didn't care about what happened to their clients beyond the exit doors of the court room. And for some - a belief that the miracle drugs that were revealed in WWII (penicillin) could cure anything and everything.

Way too many "shoppers" at Costco, and Walmart seem to care. That's the impression I wearing "Buck Fiden" hats and "Let's Go, Brandon" shirts. It's scary.

I really don't like this talk of his. We MUST always remain within the Constitution. And people who day this stuff don't realize how corrupt our criminal justice system is. Too many.poorer people are falsely convicted because they can't afford good representation or are threatened into taking deals. I have seen and experienced through friends and family how people have been railroaded by corrupt cops, judges, Public Defenders (,Pretenders,), and evil DAs who don't care about truth. They only care about elections. Too much power abuse. There are better ways to deal with drug dealers and that is to.stop the flow and take down the top of the chain.
