Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., and Sen. Joe Manchin, D-W.V., on Wednesday announced that they have struck a long-awaited deal on legislation that aims to reform the tax code, fight climate change and cut health-care costs.
The reconciliation bill would invest more than $400 billion over 10 years, to be fully paid for by closing tax loopholes on the richest Americans and corporations, the senators said in a joint statement. It would reduce deficits by $300 billion over that decade, the senators said, citing estimates from nonpartisan congressional tax and budget offices.

FTA: “The reconciliation bill would invest more than $400 billion over 10 years, to be fully paid for by closing tax loopholes on the richest Americans and corporations, the senators said in a joint statement. It would reduce deficits by $300 billion over that decade, the senators said, citing estimates from nonpartisan congressional tax and budget offices.“ BS. The above statement is a big lie. So is the non-partisan part of nonpartisan congressional tax and budget offices.
What’s next, Manchin? A vote to end the filibuster? Manchin is a two faced d’rat.

The weasel words here are "invest" and "cut costs" which they have no intention of doing in the natural way. Also, the hated "richest Americans" and "corporations" are the usual villains who must be robbed to make the poor and the downtrodden feel better. "Nonpartisan congressional tax and budget offices" do not exist. Bottom line, they are spending more money and lying through their teeth about it. Manchin does it again as we knew he would.

We’re screwed. We the People no longer have representation in DC. Period. And another thing, it isn’t “fossil fuel..” (a term the Rockefeller’s coined to imply scarcity) because, as AlGore said himself, “Da Eart’s core is incwedibly hot, several miwwion degwees..” the oil and gas we need, and was given to us by God, is #EarthFuel. The zealots who are restricting its use are evil autocrats. We need the Convention of the States and we need it fast. The USA is being destroyed. There are 80 million plus of us who will not let it happen.

All campaign contributors to Democrats must be excluded from feeding on this climate change pork spending.
We are not going to get anywhere on the climate if China builds a new coal power plant there for every one we close.

Eh, his daughter made millions selling Epi-pens; which became more expensive than gold after the FEDERAL LAW requiring them in schools etc… was passed, so what does he care about those hokey West Virginians who with the increased unemployment-directly related to Manchin’s support of this monstrosity of a bill die of meth.
He’s a Democrat. I have long said that all of them ALL OF THEM hate America and LOVE to see dead Americans.

By the way, I have an additional thought. Democrats are a bunch of bloated, indignant, self-righteous, arrogant suits that think the people underneath them are helpless and need them to take care of everything. Unfortunately, 81 million people voted for the most bloated, indignant, self-righteous, arrogant suit of all of them. . .

The reason this originated in the senate is because...nervous Nancy has lost all credibility with Americans because of her husband's illegal grab for money through his wifey/poo's legislation....it's still working for the DC crowd...but...it's coming to an end soon...just be patient...

Manchin is a complete phony! He talks the talk of moderate democrat but when his vote is counted he is with the liberal spending gang. When will the voters of WV learn he is killing your coal mining industry to vote for the masses climate spending. Lucy has pulled the football again and you fell for it again.

Hmmm. West Virginia, home of the coal miners and lots of coal. Senator Joe Manchin, a Senator from that State who is supposed to vote as a representative for his people. He signs a phony climate change (previously Global Warming) or now called new green bill that will do away with coal. Talk about betrayal!!! So Joe, how do you explain turning your back on your State as Judas did to Jesus?
My question is, Joe, how much did they pay you to get you to drop your principals? Or did you ever have them in the first place?

I told y'all a few weeks ago when you were celebrating Manchin's 'decision' and proclaiming him to be a wise and wonderful savior who should become a Republican; that it was only a temporary hold and that in a month he would vote for it.
Well, I have to admit I was wrong.
It only took him three weeks to 'change his mind'.
Well,

Remember "read my lips, no new taxes"????
Then Poppy Bush agreed to a plan to do the very OPPOSITE with the promise of "deficit reduction". THAT was the beginning of the END.
One of the unforgivable things Mr. Trump did (but I got over it when the Covid-1984 Trillions were approved) was agree to an "investment in infrastructure" 'deal' --
That was nothing more than the old Nobama BS of "shovel ready jobs" which ended up being NOTHING MORE than payola to demonrat socialists to game the taxpayer and screw them over.
We may yet still have time to do something to save the Republic, but the debt, invasion, and ignoring the Rule of Law and the proper channels has about done us in.
We the People are going to have to fix this.
Article V Convention of the States may be our last resort left, except the demonrat socialist marxists completely ignore that it even exists!
