While I have no way of knowing — or giving a damn — if ABC “This Week” host George Stephanopoulos woke up on the wrong side of the bed Sunday morning, I do know that by the time he got to the studio, he was ready to do battle with Arkansas Republican Senator Tom Cotton over his favorite target: Donald Trump.
Unfortunately for Stephy, Cotton was more than ready to dismiss him and his stage four TDS nonsense.
As reported by NewsBusters, Stephanopoulos did his damnedest to frame Putin as an egomaniacal dictator

In the past month, we have seen some turmoil in countries that are led by two different types of leaders: Justin Trudeau of Canada and Volodymyr Zelenskyy of Ukraine. While these countries are a world away, I think it is safe to say that most people, at least in North America, would have thought that the guy not having a spine made of steel would be the actor and comic from Kryvyi Rih, Ukraine.
Then again, President Zelenskyy was never photographed running around in black face, so that might have been a leading indicator of the future character of each man.

In an era of inclusion, some must be excluded.
Case in point: the State University of New York (SUNY) Binghamton, where a professor recently made clear her modern take on letting students speak.
In times past, some university attendees loathed being called on by the teacher. Avoiding being picked was a win.
These days, in order to talk at all, you’ll need to wait in line — if your skin isn’t sufficiently shaded. Or if you, like an apple, possess a stem.
Such was the situation in Ana Maria Candela’s sociology class.
Ana favors an approach to discussion called “progressive stacking.”
Per her syllabus, as reported by the New York Post:

If you think Joe Biden is capable of exerting any image other than one of abject weakness, you can safely put that possibility out of your mind. He isn’t.
Not only has he shown a level of cravenness in dealing with Putin in Ukraine over the last year, he has demonstrated an equal lack of guts in dealing with our most important security challenge: China.
China is a bad actor that we have coddled for way, way too long. US companies operating in China were coerced into relinquishing intellectual property and subjected to predatory financial practices. China’s intelligence operations

Joe Biden’s current cognitive decline is evident to anyone paying attention, and considering the level of power that he commands, the degree to which he is deteriorating is unnerving. Additionally, it’s been clear for years that he was never going to be invited to address a convention of Mensa members. President Biden is not very bright, and never was. But what if Sleepy Joe is clairvoyant? Would that change our opinion of him?
Consider the following video as evidence as Joe Biden’s psychic abilities. He’s at least as accurate as Nostradamus was on his best day:

There’s a story that hasn’t been getting a lot of the network news yet, and it may not — because it involves allegedly armed leftists and an armed homeowner.
The leftists had gathered in Portland, Oregon at Normandale Park on Saturday night to march against the police shooting of Amir Locke that happened in Minneapolis on Feb. 4. A homeowner confronted members of the group at the park. A witness said that there was a lot of arguing between the homeowner and the group. Another report said that the homeowner confronted them about blocking traffic, a common BLM action. Then the shooting started.

Boston’s new mayor, Michelle Wu, took the city by surprise yesterday when she announced that Beantown’s requirement for proof of vaccination to enter most indoor businesses was being lifted “immediately.” This was particularly good news for bars and restaurants in the city which have struggled to enforce the mandate and seen their customer traffic (and profits) tanking over the course of the pandemic. The reason she gave was yet another “following the science” speech, noting that the city’s positivity, hospitalization, and ICU occupancy rates had all fallen below the previously defined limits.

Journalism today stinks!
There’s no getting around it anymore. While there are exceptions, and long-form journalism is still worth reading, the news divisions today just stink.
And I think my experience allows me to make that judgment. I’ve worn many hats in my life, including, during a couple of stretches, that of journalist.
I have always been a consumer of news, and got into it officially through my college paper, where I was on the editorial board and wrote the occasional Op/Ed column.
In the Fall of 1972, I caused a bit of a stir with an editorial column titled “Don Quixote vs. the Used Car Salesman.”

In May 2021, I wrote an article titled Carville, Axelrod Deliver Blunt Message to ‘Smug,’ ‘Arrogant’ Dems — They’ll Totally Ignore It, in which I said the following:
Today’s Democrat Party isn’t even the Democrat Party of former Clinton official James Carville and former Obama official David Axelrod, anymore. And no one knows that better than Carville and Axelrod, themselves — and they’re not happy about it.
“Axe” and the “Ragin’ Cajun” teed off on the Democrat Party during a joint appearance on CNN’s “Fredo Cuomo Prime Time” on Wednesday to deliver a blunt message to their party:

Bob Saget’s death in January was a very tragic thing, especially for someone who was still relatively young, was beloved by so many people, and who had contributed so much to the entertainment industry.
But now, there are folks raising questions about the serious head trauma he suffered.
His death was attributed to head trauma in an autopsy report released on Thursday, and it was assessed to be an accident, i.e. maybe he fell and then went to sleep, and then died.
Now, the description of the head trauma is much more extensive than initially suggested, according to the NY Times.

Rep. Liz Cheney (RINO-WY) has tried to play the pure one — the one who is only siding with the Democrats because she was concerned about the Constitution, the one who wants to bring the Republicans back, and away from President Donald Trump. She stated outright the most important thing was to make sure he wasn’t able to run again.
Now, that’s just so much nonsense. If you were siding with the Constitution, you would know to fight the Democrats at all costs because they are doing all they can to suborn the Constitution and move the country further left.
But if that wasn’t already clear it was nonsense,

The COVID-19 Pandemic is now officially over. If you want to be specific, it has gone from ‘Pandemic’ to ‘Endemic’ but that’s not really a new thing when you think about it.
The mainstream media would have you believe that COVID being in the ‘Endemic’ phase is a relatively new period. One that they’re not sure how to handle because, if they were to explain it to you, they fear they would lose control over the narrative. After all, endemic means ‘forever’.
Sounds scary, but COVID has only been something to fear for those who allowed it to cause fear.
Comments:
The differences couldn't be more stark. Trudeau is a joke, Zelensky is rising to the challenge.
