Durham Court Filing Reveals DOJ Inspector
General Horowitz Withheld Key Evidence

A new court filing by special counsel John Durham reveals that Department of Justice (DOJ) Inspector General Michael Horowitz concealed crucial information from Durham in connection with the ongoing prosecution of Michael Sussmann, a former attorney to Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign. The filing also reveals that Horowitz failed to disclose that his office is in possession of two cellphones used by former FBI general counsel James Baker. The phones may contain information that’s important to the Sussmann case, as well as to a separate criminal leak investigation of Baker that Durham personally conducted between 2017 and 2019.

So, Durham is now going after DOJ for lying. I wonder if he feels the surge to elect President Trump for a third term and then HE would be liable for persecution or treason charges from Trump. He knows President Trump will pay really hardball once back in the driver's seat.

#9, a few problems (but not all of them) happening in America are: 1) One warm body, one vote doesn't work. The voters MUST have skin in the game and NOT be in line to gather largess from a segment of government they can vote into office. 2) We quit hanging traitors, the corrupt, murderers, etc., and now too many don't see a downside to being treasonous, corrupt or a murderer. 3) politicians and bureaucrats are not dealt with harshly when they ignore the constitution. Too many citizens think the 'courts' or 'somebody else' are supposed to take care of that. They forget they are the owners, not the renters.

I thought Horowitz was cagey when he gave his report to Congress. He shaded the Truth and wouldn't make determinations that were clearly seen. We knew at the time that Horowitz was having to give a report on crimes committed, but at the same time he was covering for the Obama/Clinton, et al crime families by making generalities that the demonrats could repeat to whitewash them. The Left hired him so he felt an allegiance to them, not to the American people.
