#BareShelvesBiden Trends as Americans
Detail How Joe's Failures Have Hit Hard

I live in the Fort Worth area and one of the places that I enjoy going for some great comfort food is the West Side Cafe. It has some great fluffy western omelettes and wonderful chicken fried steak. But truly, everything is good there. It was hard to get a better breakfast than one of their omelettes, their sausage, and their thick, but wonderful rye bread. They source very good products. But a couple of months ago, I ordered the rye bread and they said it was out — that it was a supply chain issue. It hasn’t come back. I thought, “Dang, Brandon even got my rye bread!”

Comments:

Gee, thanks, Dementia Joe!! And just in time for deep winter, too!!

Jan. 15 is when covid passports take effect for truckers crossing the US / Canada border. (Note that it doesn't impact US / Mexico). That'll do wonders for supplies and inflation as upwards of 30,000 truck drivers are shut down.

Cat food, canned cat food of all things is in short supply. The shelves are bare. Frozen foods, especially vegetables are wiped out every few days. Here we have limited grocery stores, unless you count dollar stores. I will not buy frozen vegs that come from anywhere other than the US. It is a chore to shop because you have to go to every store to get what you are looking for. FJB x100

Last month it was very hard to find cream cheese. A day ago, I could not find lunch meat. My cats use the Purina Breeze system pellets for the litter box. I went to PetSmart, PetCo, Meijer's, Target and Walmart and no one had them. Neither did Chewy or Amazon. The price of dairy products is sky high. FJB indeed and his totally incompetent administration as well.

We saw this coming months ago and decided to start stocking up. Went to the grocery yesterday and some of the shelves were bare. Certain items have just disappeared altogether. Like everything else that is happening here we just scratch our heads and discuss how crazy things have gotten in a year. Looks like we’re going from plenty to barely enough and all thanks to the democrats decision to steal what they could not win. You know this would not be happening under a Trump administration. He would never have allowed this country to sink to third world status, but it appears Joe and his cabal are proud of what they have wrought. Evil is the only word that describes this bunch of lawless criminals.

I don’t know why, but this hasn’t hit my area yet. I started stocking up last year as soon as TaliBiden slimed his way into the WH, knowing that his canceling of the pipeline and ending of fracking was going to wreak havoc on the economy. Our pantry closet is stuffed with non-perishable food and our garage contains a couple of year’s worth of TP, paper towels, tissues and cleaning supplies. Ditto the bedroom closet with toiletries. And I still have a year’s worth of dehydrated food for hubby and me which I purchased back during the Smidgen reign of error. It has a 25 year shelf life so it’s still good. My husband thought I was crazy when I bought all of that food 12 years ago and people made fun of me as a “prepper”. We may soon see who gets the last laugh. L-dotters, if you haven’t already, this is the time to prepare.

I was in Costco yesterday in Kentucky. While the lower shelves were mostly full, one had only to look up to see the bare, empty shelves above. This is where Costco keeps its stock. Apparently no one will be exempt from supply chain interruption. Fewer sales will eventually lead to fewer employees.

I do most of the shopping for food. In multiple stores across the state I live in I have experienced supply chain issues. Milk, comfort snack foods, meat, poultry, pork fish. And if they do have it, it is much more expensive. When I see abundant supply at a good price I horde. What Brandon and the Democrats have done to this country and to us is criminal. But then that's the Democrat way.

Wifey & I had to buy a new car because our still warrantied 2018 needed a necessary part. None anywhere and no prospects. Fortunately, the dealer took it in trade and will wait for repairs, but the shortage of new ones didn't get us any discounts. Also can't find some electrical supplies and of course, some food products. At least in the USSR they would tell you when you could get shoes or a new tire.

My friends laughed when I started stockpiling the 25 year shelf life food supplies, because 'gold' was what they were piling up and it was the thing to hoard. Always said, you can't eat gold. With a few years worth of TP, and a freezer full of food, we're coping. We try not to eat out of the freezer stock if we can help it, and get what we consume daily, from the local groceries. About June, the future supply of Angus beef, will be about 1100/1200 # and ready for the butcher, so hopefully, we can outlast Joeflation.

Biden the cheater has done us no favors with one failure after another. He, minders, the dim party, and the msm have hung onto this covid narrative for way too long. And made fools out of themselves while the country tries to find its way. In the WH, we have a feeble old man suffering from dementia as president and an incompetent vice president, a former hooker. As for the food supply in our western Colorado town, our Kroger store is mostly well-stocked. However, several items such as over the counter cold/flu and allergy remedies, potato products, poultry, soups, beef were thinner than usual. Almost no breakfast cereal and bottled water. Plenty of eggs. We prepped last year a fair bit with water, food buckets, dried fruit. 6-month supply on hand. Always keep both vehicles full of gas/diesel. Portable shortwave radio kept handy and charged. Spotty propane shortages out here so fifth wheel trailer tanks are kept full. Maybe 6-month supply of TP. Hard liquor is plentiful in town. Still increasing my precious metals holdings, if needed someday for future barterability and wealth preservation. Keep asking myself why we are here with these shortages? It all started when the dims, deep state, and msm decided to weaponize and politicize the covid pandemic and inject non-stop fear into everyone in order to conceal their other failures. I did experience a very late package delivery from FedEx recently. Took just over a week to be delivered for what was supposed to be a priority overnight delivery. While it wasn't the fault of the delivery guy who showed up at my front door, I commented, "is everything is ok at FedEx". He got a very pained look on his face and said the old "everything has been crazy lately response".

And oh yes. If you need to buy a new car, forget about it in my town. The new car dealerships here have practically no inventory on their lots. And now pre-owned cars are in short supply. I replaced the turbocharger in my truck, but it took almost 3 months for the new to arrive from a parts house in Calgary Canada.

My daughter, who lives in the greater DC metro area, just sent me 9 photos of the aisles in her local supermarket - the bare shelves included the entire meat department, the cheese cases, fresh fruits and vegetables and most of the produce section, juice and all salad makings. And this is in the wealthiest county in the country and practically in the White House’s front yard. I lived behind the Iron Curtain in Romania for three years and these photos remind me of the food shops there at the height of Ceausescu’s regime. I wonder how all of the ultra wealthy ultra leftists in Loudoun and Fairfax counties are going to react to this.

It is said that any country is three days away from revolution. That is after the food supply runs out. What will happen in the blue cities if/when this happens? Are the plantation owners in the big blue urban plantations ready for the slave revolt? When the people who believe the government is their mommy and MUST take care of them turn on their masters? The deep state might want to stop looking to the right and look down the street towards the places where their constituents were perfecting their burning and looting skills a couple of summers ago.

I am seeing empty food shelves too, it seems that some non-grocery items are never coming back at our local Walmart. I have been prepping for most of the last year, non-perishable food, 2 freezers full of grass fed beef and some free range chickens. Lucky enough to have found a source for fresh milk and farm eggs, try to keep plenty on hand. Stocked up on home remedy heath and emergency medical supplies (including an oxygen generator). Also, we put in a wood burning cook stove & stocked up on firewood, bought a kerosene heater, built a green house a few years back and have some solar generators and back up fuel. It gets cold in MN in the winter!! I have no faith in this administration, or--pretty much anyone in government. We also have tried to prepare for home/self defense. It is getting harder to imagine that our society can survive. Who knows, in the end we may get hauled off to the concentration camps anyway but I feel better being prepared. Happy New Year!

Anti-Israel protesters at the UCLA campus were unceremoniously cleared out of their makeshift encampments early Thursday morning after ignoring orders to leave. While the leftists chanted, made speeches and whined about their cause, they sang a different tune as police unmasked those being arrested and hauled off. “A dispersal order was issued Wednesday evening and by 3:30 a.m. Thursday, CHP officers in riot gear began advancing on the encampment. They then began dismantling and tearing away pieces of plywood, metal barriers and other items that protesters used to fortify it,” KABC reported. “The California Highway Patrol said at least 132 people were arrested. President Joe Biden made some very unkind comments about Japan on Wednesday, comparing the nation to Russia and China over what Biden says is economic stagnation due to "xenophobia." As RedState covered earlier on Thursday, Biden said that Japan isn't accepting enough migrants to its country leading to an economic downturn. It's an odd statement to make, given Japan's status as an important ally: “One of the reasons why our economy’s growing is because of you and many others. Why? Because we welcome immigrants,” Biden said at a Washington fundraising event for his 2024 re-election campaign and marking the start of Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander Heritage Month.

These kinds of meetings aren't all that unusual during presidential elections, but as usual, Donald Trump is doing this his way: In less than two months, Trump has hosted Polish President Andrzej Duda, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban, former Japanese Prime Minister Taro Aso and David Cameron, the former British prime minister who now serves as the U.K.’s foreign secretary. He’s also talked with Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and others by phone. It’s not unusual for a party nominee to meet with foreign officials —

A Boeing whistleblower who raised the alarm about defects in 737 Max jets has died suddenly at the age of 45. Joshua Dean previously said he was fired from his job as a quality auditor at Spirit AeroSystems for questioning standards at the supplier's plant in Wichita, Kansas, in October 2022. Spirit manufactured the door plug on the Boeing jet which shockingly blew out midair on an Alaska Airlines flight in January. Dean died in hospital on Tuesday after a sudden illness, his family said on social media. He was fired from Spirit AeroSystems in April 2023. Earlier this year, Dean spoke with NPR about being fired

CBS News is reporting that the Biden administration wants to bring some refugees from Gaza to the United States. CBS says documents obtained from the White House reveal that "senior officials across several federal U.S. agencies have discussed the practicality of different options to resettle Palestinians from Gaza who have immediate family members who are American citizens or permanent residents." The CBS report continues, “The plans would require coordination with Egypt, which has so far refused to welcome large numbers of people from Gaza. Those who pass a series of eligibility, medical and security screenings would qualify to fly to the U.S. with refugee status,

Five West Virginia middle-school track athletes who protested the participation of a transgender student in a recent competition have been barred from future meets and are now engaged in a legal battle with their school district that could end up at the Supreme Court. On April 18, during the 2024 Harrison County Middle School Championships, the student athletes — all girls — made local headlines by stepping out of the shot-put circle, choosing to forfeit rather than compete against a 13-year-old transgender female. The silent protest came after a federal appeals court struck down part of West Virginia's transgender sports ban, allowing the 13-year-old in question to compete

Assistant Attorney General Kristen Clarke admitted Wednesday that she was arrested and chose not to disclose the legal matter during her Senate confirmation process because it had been expunged from her record. During her 2021 confirmation process, Clarke, who now heads the Justice Department’s civil rights division, was asked by Sen. Tom Cotton (R-Ark.) in a questionnaire if she’d “ever been arrested for or accused of committing a violent crime against any person.” To which Clarke responded, “No.” The Daily Signal reported on Tuesday that Clarke was arrested in Maryland in relation to a domestic violence complaint back in 2006.

New York— Even as many Americans say they learn about the 2024 election campaign from national news outlets, a disquieting poll reveals some serious trust issues. About half of Americans, 53%, say they are extremely or very concerned that news organizations will report inaccuracies or misinformation during the election. Some 42% express worry that news outlets will use generative artificial intelligence to create stories, according to a poll from the American Press Institute and The Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research. The poll found 47% of Americans also expressing serious concern that news outlets would report information that has not been confirmed or verified, and 44% worry that accurate information

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken arrived in Israel earlier this week, speaking loudly and waving a small stick. While Blinken ostensibly represents America's national interests abroad, his job in Israel is all about Presidentish Joe Biden's reelection bid — and how Israeli's defensive military actions in the Gaza Strip are complicating things for Biden at home. Blinken met with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in hopes, once more, of getting a temporary ceasefire with Hamas. A truce would "give us something to build on," Blinken said. Who is this "us," Kemosabe, and what are we trying to build? Hamas has rejected every offer for a ceasefire

A protest at Emory University has descended into chaos as Georgia police officers fired rubber bullets and tasers at anti-Israel activists. In this, the latest explosive example of unrest on American college campuses, students and faculty members were arrested as videos showed Atlanta Police Officers and Georgia State Troopers wrestling them on the ground. A demonstrator was also seen being tasered by an officer as he lay in the grass. Another protest broke out at Northeastern University's Centennial Common as more than 100 pro-Palestine protestors gathered in tents with University and Boston Police standing by.
